He married his wife Natalie in April 2024 after four years of dating, with them going on to welcome a child just months before tying the knot.
The 44-year-old reality star has now revealed his wife endured her third pregnancy loss this year.
He made the heartbreaking revelation in the latest episode of his podcast, The Viall Files.
Natalie, 26, who usually sits beside her husband when the podcast is being filmed, was absent from this episode.
Opening his podcast, Nick addressed Natalie's unusual absence, saying, "As you can see, Natalie is not with us.
"There's no really easy way to talk about this..."
He then got candid with his listeners as he revealed the heartbreaking news.
Nick opened up and said, "Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage.
"It is her third this year, our third this year...
"There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks."
Tensions heat up on Bachelor in Paradise as relationship tests are officially underway
Nick continued, "She's obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally."
The couple are parents to their one-year-old daughter River Rose, who was born two months before they got married.
Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January of this year before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later.
Nick explained to his listeners, "When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen.
"And everyone's just... don't freak out, there's nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process."
Nick went on, "And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy...
"Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing.
"Despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family."
He then spoke of how the couple now feel "uneasy".
"But right now obviously there's a little bit of uneasiness," he said candidly.
"It's far less normal to have two and three back to back.
"Now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it's like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something.
"Because if they find something, you don't know what that means. We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks," he said.
Nick also said, "I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys 'cause I know she wasn't there yesterday, people started to notice, and we're already getting messages with like a lot of concern.
"So overall, Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she's OK in that respect and emotionally, we're currently dealing with that."

Experience: I rent out my mohawk as a billboard
Until seven years ago, I had a really neat flat top. I was a volunteer in the playground at my kids' school in Littleton, Colorado, and when the school announced they were going to have a Crazy Hair Day for dads, I said, 'Let's do a mohawk!' My kids thought it was a great idea. So I went to the barber shop and came back with a small mohawk. My wife, Julie, wasn't so keen, and I promised I'd shave it off the next day. But my hair went down really well in the playground and I decided to keep it like that for a while. The community we live in is a small one and very conservative, but everyone seemed to accept my new look, even though some people said I must be having a midlife crisis. Julie works in education and had no real experience of styling anyone's hair when she started helping with mine. Through trial and error she got really good at it – now she's the artist and I'm her palette. I think the first picture mohawk we did was a phoenix, then an Irish flag to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day. After that, I'd just suggest whatever came into my head. My mohawk became a billboard for music I liked – Lynyrd Skynyrd, Metallica, Modern English – as well as important causes, both local and international. I'd also celebrate birthdays and memorialise people who had died. My boss at the grocery store where I worked made no objection, perhaps partly because people would come in just to see what design I was wearing that day. I loved creating holiday mohawks. I've had the Easter bunny pooping jelly beans on my head, while for Halloween I'd go out with it covered in cartoon pumpkins. At Christmas, Julie would paint it green and decorate it with real fairy lights and baubles, or shape it into a pair of reindeer antlers. Early on, we started posting pictures of our designs on Facebook and later we opened an account on Instagram, too. That's when I started to get attention from outside our town, quickly racking up followers. About a year in, I received my first commission – a doughnut shop in Washington DC got in touch to ask if I had ever considered putting the name of a company on my mohawk. We didn't know what to charge so we just said $75 (£56), and were astonished when they paid. Nowadays, we make sure to always have about a dozen colours of spray in our cupboard, as you never know from one day to the next what people are going to ask for. We've bought a proper stencil machine, too. At first, Julie cut those out by hand, and did a pretty good job, but now they're perfect every time. Getting the mohawk up takes about 15 minutes, but painting it can take anything from one to three hours. Some weeks I become burned out and take a little break, but on others we'll do five paid ads on one side of my mohawk and five of our own design on the other. We charge more now; we've reached the point where the mohawk commissions pay all our bills and I don't have to go out to work. I've learned to avoid any overtly political messages, as when you're posting on social media they can become an open door to hell. But I enjoy recording short videos and reels to back up the messages on my hair. My aim when I started out was 'Bringing back smiles, one mohawk at a time'. And, several thousand mohawks later, that hasn't changed. Sign up to Inside Saturday The only way to get a look behind the scenes of the Saturday magazine. Given that all this started as a joke, it's amazing where it has ended up. We're even looking at opening a themed business, The Mohawk Bob Bar & Grill. Nowadays, my mohawk is 14in (35cm) tall – a good size for painting messages on, but not too large to be impractical. I've seen specimens much taller than mine, but something that big wouldn't fit in my car. Despite everything I've put it through, I still have a solid hairline for a 58-year-old – I've been pretty lucky with that. Perhaps one day it'll all fall out and I'll have to start faking it, but until then, I don't think my mohawk's ever coming off. As told to Chris Broughton Do you have an experience to share? Justin Bieber parties without Hailey AGAIN as he smokes joint at lowkey dive bar away from Hollywood
Justin Bieber partied without his wife Hailey yet again Thursday, after they both enjoyed separate nights on the town Wednesday. Over the past few months fans have been harboring concerns over Justin's health owing in part to his gaunt, hollow-eyed appearance. He has also been trailed by rumors of marital strife with his wife Hailey Bieber and has since alluded to their relationship problems on his new album, while also affirming his commitment to her and their one-year-old son Jack Blues. This Wednesday, Justin, 31, swung by Gunna's album release party in West Hollywood while Hailey, 28, indulged in a girls' night in the same neighborhood. However when he stepped out this Thursday, he kept away from the usual showbiz hot spots and opted for a lowkey venue off the beaten path. In a new Instagram album he posted Friday, Justin could be seen smoking a joint the previous night outside the dive bar Dave's on Broadway in the suburb Glendale. First opened as a speakeasy in 1932 near the end of Prohibition, Dave's is an unassuming neighborhood bar with events like karaoke and open-mic nights. Justin's new album included a suite of images of himself inside the bar, sitting with his male friends and getting one of the pool tables ready for a game. His post concluded with a boomerang that showed the Baby singer, pool cue in hand, dancing joyfully in a circle near the table. One night earlier, Justin paid a visit to the West Hollywood nightclub Zouk to attend album release party for Gunna's latest project The Last Wun. He was accompanied by his controversial longtime friend Kyle Massey, who shot to fame on That's So Raven as the title character's little brother Cory Baxter. Kyle, 33, entered the headlines four years ago when he was charged with felony immoral communication with a minor over allegations he sent pornographic images to a 13-year-old girl, which he strenuously denied. A number of other women then claimed to The Daily Beast that Kyle had communicated with them on social media when they were teenage high schoolers. Kyle was sued in 2019 over similar allegations, but the action was dropped that year after the plaintiff's lawyer withdrew from the case. In 2015, Justin's friend Lil Twist was slapped with a yearlong prison sentence for breaking into Kyle's apartment and robbing his brother Chris Massey. The scandals evidently have not rent the bond between the two men, who were pictured sitting close by in Justin's Instagram album about Gunna's party. While Justin was out with Kyle this Wednesday night, Hailey was indulging in a girls' night in the same neighborhood at the swank restaurant Alba. She was accompanied by a claque of friends including Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and transgender model Alex Consani. Although Justin addressed their marital issues on his new album Swag, he and Hailey have maintained a united front while he promotes the project. Earlier this week he posted a loved-up Instagram album that included pictures of them snuggling up to each other and lounging side by side on picnic blankets.

Kylie Jenner stuns fans with shock move amid Timothee Chalamet breakup rumors
has shocked fans with her latest move amid Timothee Chalamet breakup rumors. The 28-year-old beauty mogul - who recently sported a racy look for a girls' night out - has been embroiled in split speculation with the actor, 29, after the pair were last seen together over five weeks ago. However, the TV personality seemingly proved that all is well between the two when she reportedly liked Timothee's latest Instagram post on Wednesday, per E! News. While Daily Mail could not verify if Kylie had liked or possibly unliked the post, her mom Kris and sister Kendall's likes are still on full display on the post. He uploaded a new trailer for his upcoming film Marty Supreme, and they also showed their support for the Oscar-nominated star. It comes after the stars were last spotted together on July 5 during a vacation to St. Tropez, France. While Daily Mail could not verify if Kylie had liked or possibly unliked the post, her mom Kris and sister Kendall's likes are still on full display on the post The actor was also notably absent from Kylie's birthday celebration which took place over the past weekend. However, the reason for the pair's 40 days apart has now been explained. Timothee has been busy filming the sequel Dune: Part Three in Hungary, where he plays the character Paul Atreides in the third installment of the Dune franchise. 'Timothee is busy making a movie and the schedule is grueling because he is in so many scenes, he is the star,' a source told Daily Mail. 'So he has to be very focused and together to do his best work.' Even from a distance, the reality star gives him all the support he needs, added the insider. 'She helps him out as much as she can, like give him space to work and have her private jet on standby in case he needs to go somewhere fast.' The source continued, 'Kylie is a good girlfriend to him. She is always there and wants him to be happy, and if that means he has to be overseas for a few months, she is OK with it, she will wait. She also secretly jets off to see him when she can. 'Of course she misses her man and her heart hurts when he is not near, but she makes it work.' Timothee has been shooting in Budapest for the third Dune film, with his other co-stars being Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Robert Pattinson, Anya Taylor-Joy, Florence Pugh and Jason Momoa. Dune Messiah will be in theatres on December 16, 2026. The IMDB logline for the film is brief: 'The film follows Muad'dib, heir to unimaginable power, as he brings to fruition the ancient scheme to create a superbeing ruler among men, not in the heavens.' Dune Messiah is a 1969 science fiction novel by American writer Frank Herbert, the second in his Dune series of six novels. A sequel to Dune, it was originally serialized in Galaxy magazine in 1969, and then published by Putnam the same year. Kylie and Timothee started dating in January 2023, were rumored to be an item in April 2023 and then they went public with their romance in September 2023. Their first red carpet together was at the 70th David Di Donatello event at Cinecitta Studios in Rome, Italy on May 7, 2025. In early July, Kylie started following Timothee on Instagram. The businesswoman boasts almost 400million followers on the photo-sharing site, but she is quite choosy about who she follows, with only 119 profiles making the cut. However, one of those is now her boyfriend of two years. Fans of TyMothée - the pair's most popular ship name - have been driven into a frenzy after spotting Kylie has allowed the A Complete Unknown actor into her close social circle. However, at the time of writing, the follow is yet to be reciprocated. The actor has 19.7 million Instagram followers, and has only shared 147 posts, compared with Kylie's whopping 7,244 posts. But the Kardashians star shouldn't feel snubbed because he doesn't follow anybody on Instagram. Kylie is mom to Stormi, seven, and Aire, three - whom she shares with ex and rapper Travis Scott. And Timothee has had the chance to meet her children. A source told People in April that the two stars are 'making it work' and added, 'Kylie is truly his biggest fan. 'She would clear her schedule to attend awards and premieres with him. She couldn't be more supportive of his career.' The insider added, 'When they are in LA together, he spends time with her kids too. Her family loves that she's dating him. They have seen such positive changes in Kylie. She's the happiest.' Earlier this month, Kylie celebrated her 28th birthday on August 10 - and jumped to Instagram to share special moments from her intimate bash. She was joined by close family and pals for the special occasion while being able to indulge in more than one sugary cake. One of the desserts was covered in white frosting and colorful sprinkles while the other was covered with raspberries. In the caption of the Instagram carousel, she gave a shout out to her older sister Kendall for planning the party. The group also had a blast painting outdoors and later enjoyed a tasty dinner as well as the yummy cake for dessert. 'best birthday ever!!!!!!! I'm so grateful to my family and friends for making this weekend so special and full of love. 28 feels so good!!!!!' The Kylie Cosmetics founder added, 'and to my sister @kendalljenner thank you from the bottom of my heart for planning everything so perfectly. I'm so lucky to have you.'
