Entire star cast changed for the sequel
Speaking with Instant Bollywood, Boney Kapoor explained that the entire star cast of No Entry 2 was changed, which he considers a loss since they couldn't bring back the original actors. He said they waited 8–10 years, but things didn't work out. While the sequel will feature a fresh, younger cast, he admitted they will miss Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, who were the beloved original trio.
Reflecting on missed opportunities
The veteran producer also reflected on the passage of time, saying that while waiting for the original cast, the opportunity slipped away.
With a new setup for No Entry 2, things will inevitably be different, and he admits there's a lingering regret that the original trio isn't part of the film. He praised Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan as not just talented actors but wonderful people, and said he will miss them.
Still, he hopes the new cast will prove to be the right choice.
Tamannaah joins the sequel
