Gihan El Shamashergy
She's fun, genuine, and the kind of person you can't help but root for their smile. Last Ramadan, Gihan had everyone talking with her standout role in Ekhwaty, where her character arc brought something deeper and more layered than we'd seen before. Now, shifting back to a lighter tone with Ahmed w Ahmed feels like the perfect balance, and a reminder of just how versatile she really is.
Ahmed Ghozzi
Ahwet El Mahata was an unexpected turn after Ghozzi's breakout in El Harifa, but a welcomed one. This year feels like a turning point, packed with new opportunities that show just how far he's willing to go. With Mashro3 X and Mamlaket El Harir rounding it out, he's clearly just getting started, and we're watching.
Mostafa Gharib
The one who had us laughing the most this year, Gharib shows no signs of slowing down. Ashghal Sha'a Gedan was hands down his biggest hit of 2025 so far, and we're all eyes on how he'll keep leveling up his comedy game from here.
Hannah El Zahed
Those of you who've been following Hannah closely will know, this year just hits different. From Eqama Gabreya to Restart, and now El Shater in the making, she's serving a lineup that effortlessly moves between thriller, comedy, and drama. A range like that deserves all the appreciation.
Mariam El Khosht
Mariam never fails to impress, and this year is proof of that. From El Sharnaka to Kamel El Adad, and now with Fe Rewayet Ahadom in the works, it's clear this year marks a new chapter for her, and we're definitely here for whatever comes next.

From Passion to Big Screens: 4 Movies for Every Hobby
We all remember the first movie we watched and fell in love with, the hero who lifts cars, the girl with fairy dust, or the kid who could fly. But sometimes, the real magic isn't in superpowers. It's in a guitar riff, a football kick, a camera flash, or a radio mic. Some movies make us believe in dreams that actually could come true, the kind that start with a hobby and end with a purpose, and these Egyptian gems? They get that. They remind us that real magic is possible, and a superpower is just your will to try what you love. Here are our picks for you of movies that will help you start a new hobby or, even better, get back to your old ones. Ma2soum for the Love of Music It's girlhood, heartbreak, love, and music, served with 80s nostalgia and fabulous stage outfits. A girl band that falls apart, then finds its way back. Pure girl power, no skips. Baheb El Cima for Cinema Addicts A boy falling in love with cinema, and a father trying to kill the dream. It's funny, touching, and presents that first moment you realize movies can be your escape. El Harifa for the Football Heads The hustle, the skill, the obsession. It's that feeling of kicking a ball around and knowing you're meant for more, a full-blown dream-chasing ride. Eza3et Hob For the Voiceover Geeks He started out dubbing cartoon characters, then accidentally became a radio star. Add a little chaos, a lot of charm, and a love story he didn't see coming. It's your romcom daydream with a mic moment.
