KFSHRC revealed that the device uses artificial intelligence to monitor brain activity continuously. It identifies abnormal signals and sends precise electrical impulses to restore balance. This closed-loop system allows real-time adjustments based on the brain's activity.
As a result, patients receive personalized therapy and consistent symptom control throughout the day. The hospital reported that the procedure is minimally invasive. It typically takes between three to five hours to complete. The new device may reduce reliance on medication by up to 50%.
