'I found x-rated photos of my mum and husband in bed together - what should I do?'
Sometimes good deeds have bad consequences.
Everyone has certain aspects about their life they prefer to keep private. There are secrets within every family, some perfectly innocent and others less so.
Keeping details about your past to yourself isn't necessarily an indication of wrongdoing, but there are plenty of things we don't wish to share with the wider world - or even those close to us.
One woman was doing a good deed when she ended up uncovering a huge secret within her own family - and it could have disastrous consequences for her relationship with two of her loved ones.
The doting daughter had decided to clear out a messy cupboard of her mother's but the kind-hearted gesture could well have destroyed her marriage.
At the back of the wardrobe, she found a shoebox that held a USB stick. She decided to pop it into the computer in case there was anything important on it.
However, she instantly regretted her decision. On the drive she found X-rated pictures of her mum.
And, to make matters worse, featuring in dozens of the sexy snaps was her husband.
Posting about the horrifying discovery on Reddit, the woman said: "I found pictures of my mum having sex with my husband. I'm absolutely devastated.
"I'm so nervous I'm not even thinking clearly right now. In that thing, there are over 50 pictures of my husband and my mum having sex. I felt one thousand times betrayed when I saw them."
The pictures had been taken at her mum's old house, so the distraught daughter was able to work out that the fling happened before she married her hubby, who used to work with her mum.
However, she didn't clarify if the romps were before she started dating her partner - and there is no mention of her own dad in the situation.
Continuing her story, the woman said: "My husband used to work for my mum, that's how I met him, but he was just an employee. It never crossed my mind that there was any attraction since my mum is 30 years older than him.
"I don't even know if I want to confront him about this, it is just so disgusting in my mind. Neither of them ever told me about being together and my mum was really happy for me when she was at my wedding."
With the revelation sending her head spinning, the woman decided to ask the popular internet forum for advice. She asked her fellow Redditors: "What should I do?"
Users were quick to offer their advice to the woman and their take on the situation as a whole.

One person replied: "Right or wrong If I had found out my significant other had sex with my parents I'd be livid and couldn't continue the relationship."
Someone else said: "I knew a woman that did this - as the mother. She met a man a few years younger than her and they had a thing.
"After the thing was over, they remained friends and eventually, he was introduced to her daughter, who was 10 years younger than him and they married the next year.
"I didn't think it was a great idea to not tell the daughter, but I couldn't come up with an alternative that didn't hurt anyone. I sincerely hope that friend of mine isn't your mum."

Scots cops insist 'no evidence' Ross Monaghan and Eddie Lyons Jnr shooting set up in Scotland
Malaga-based Spanish police chief Pedro Agudo Novo today described the suspected killer arrested in Liverpool as a member of the Daniel gang. Scots police have insisted there is "no evidence" to suggest the assassination of Ross Monaghan and Eddie Lyons in Spain was set up in Scotland. It comes after Malaga-based Spanish police chief Pedro Agudo Novo today described the suspected killer arrested in Liverpool as a member of the Daniel gang, which has long been at loggerheads with the Lyons gang the dead men belonged to. Merseyside Police confirmed on Friday that Michael Terrence Riley, 44, has been arrested in the UK on suspicion of the Costa del Sol gangland execution of the key Lyons lieutenants. Police Scotland had insisted days after the May 31 double murder they had no information to suggest the horror crimes were in any way linked to the gang feuding which has been going on there. However, Agudo Novo then made the revelation linking the suspect to the Daniel clan today as he spoke at the first press conference Spanish police have held since Monaghan and Lyons Jr were shot dead at Monaghans Irish Bar in Fuengirola after the Champions League final. Mr Agudo Novo, who heads up a provincial Judicial Police unit, said that the hit had been set up by 'a professional killer and member of one of the victims' rival gangs.' He ruled out the idea the shooter was an independent hired killer but an internal member of the rival Daniel gang. The shooting came amid a violent gang war that has ripped through Scotland since March said to have started over a fallout over a stolen stash of cocaine. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! However, following the statement from Agudo Novo, Police Scotland have reiterated their claim that there is no evidence to suggests the deaths were linked to the recent attacks in Scotland. Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Houston said: "We have been assisting Spanish colleagues with their investigation into the fatal shootings in Fuengirola. We are not aware of any current evidence which suggests the deaths of these two men in Spain are linked to the recent criminal attacks in Scotland being investigated as part of Operation Portaledge. "We are aware of the statement from the Spanish Police and although we cannot comment on an ongoing investigation in another jurisdiction, our position remains that we have no current evidence to suggest that this incident was orchestrated from Scotland. "We are aware of the arrest of an individual in the Merseyside area and will continue to support colleagues in Spain where necessary and if required by them." Career criminal Monaghan, who fled Scotland for Spain after a failed attempt on his life outside a Glasgow primary school in 2017, was tried but acquitted over the murder of notorious Glasgow hood Kevin 'Gerbil' Carroll at an Asda car park in 2010. In August 2017 he and Eddie Lyons Jr, both members of the Lyons Glasgow crime family, were cleared of being involved in a brutal street attack on three men outside the Campsie bar in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire. In a statement released on June 3, Police Scotland made it clear it was not directly investigating the murders. "The investigation into the fatal shootings in Fuengirola is being carried out by Spanish police," it said. " Police Scotland is supporting Spanish police where requested, however at this time we have no officers deployed within Spain.

Scots easyJet boss sacked for "comments about crew members' bodies"
Amanda Gallagher, an easyJet manager based in Glasgow, gave evidence at the Edinburgh Employment Tribunal on Tuesday, June 17. A Scots easyJet boss fired a cabin manager who showed "repeated conduct" issues involving comments about crew members' bodies, a court has heard. Amanda Gallagher, an easyJet manager based in Glasgow, gave evidence at the Edinburgh Employment Tribunal on Tuesday, June 17. As reported by Edinburgh Live, Ms Gallagher said that she terminated Ross Barr's employment for "gross misconduct". Former cabin manager Barr, 48, is suing the airline for unfair dismissal and sexual orientation discrimination, alleging he was told he couldn't "make the same announcements as a gay colleague" over aircraft PA systems. He outlined on Monday accusations made against him by customers and crew members, such as making inappropriate jokes at work. On Tuesday the court heard Ms Gallagher was present during Mr Barr's various disciplinary hearings. She also made the ultimate decision to terminate his employment. Ms Gallagher addressed a customer complaint where Mr Barr was allegedly walking behind a female colleague and said "I'm not doing anything, just staring at your a**". Ms Gallagher had spoken with Mr Barr following the incident and told the court: "He said it was banter but didn't understand there was no need to be referencing someone's backside." Mr Barr recalled using the word "bum" and also refuted that he referred to his comments as "banter". The court also heard that Mr Barr once brushed past a female colleague in close quarters on an aircraft and said something to the effect of "I just brushed past your boobs". Ms Gallagher felt Mr Barr's conduct was not "professional in front of customers and other crew" especially when referring to "more sensitive areas". Employment solicitor Jenni Darling, representing easyJet, brought up a separate incident where Mr Barr allegedly told a crew member to stow an extra seatbelt in storage. Ms Gallagher claimed he told the member of staff to "Stuff it in - I bet you've never had that problem". Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! On her decision to fire Mr Barr, she referred to both staff and customer complaints against the cabin manager. Ms Gallagher shared: "There was similar conduct from the past and it hadn't been rectified" and "Given that it was repeated behaviour, it was gross misconduct and it was termination of Mr Barr's employment." Mr Gallagher also posed that Mr Barr presented a safety threat. She said: "A cabin manager is in a position of trust on board an aircraft [but] crew might not feel comfortable coming to you. If there is sexual conduct [and] if you have to complete safety-related duties in proximity to Mr Barr, [crew] might not complete those safety duties." While giving evidence on Monday Mr Barr claimed conversations that took place in the rear of the aircraft were "quite personal" and "of a sexual nature". Ms Gallagher asserted on Tuesday that if such conversations were taking place in the cabin, she would expect it to be reported. She added: "There is no soundproof wall" on the plane and "customers can hear everything being said." Mr Barr further told the court that his termination related to his public announcements (PAs), but Ms Gallagher claimed his PAs had "very little" to do with his termination. Instead, she stated, it was due to his "conduct". She added: "It's around conduct and what we believe is right onboard. The fact a customer wrote in with a concern is not good for the brand of easyJet." The hearing is presided over by Employment Judge Muriel Robison. The tribunal continues.
