In an extraordinary display of vigilance and dedication, Jha recovered an impressive Rs 1,72,320 from 220 illegal passengers in a single day, marking the highest single-day revenue through ticket checking in the division.
On squad duty aboard Train No. 03251 (Danapur – SMVT Bengaluru Special) between Itarsi and Nagpur, Jha conducted thorough inspections, taking firm action against passengers travelling without tickets or occupying reserved sleeper class coaches with general class tickets. Jha's strict enforcement of railway regulations ensured compliance, curbed ticketless travel, and significantly boosted passenger revenue.
