A beauty expert has revealed her simple tip to anti-ageing

However, beauty experts are urging everyone to stay extra vigilant when it comes to skincare, offering top tips to help prevent ageing as well.
Tina Birtchnell, Spa Manager at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa, explained that there are several factors during this season that can contribute to premature ageing.
'The good news is many of them are within your control,' says Tina.
'One of the most overlooked is sleep. Poor quality or insufficient sleep can accelerate cellular ageing, affecting everything from your skin to your overall wellbeing.
'We understand life gets busy, but prioritising quality rest can significantly improve not only your appearance, but also your mood, energy, and productivity.
'Hydration is another simple yet powerful tool. Many people underestimate the ageing effects of dehydration, especially when alcohol is involved.
'Alcohol strips the skin of moisture, leaving it dry and dull, and enhancing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
'Water can have a visibly rejuvenating effect, often making you look and feel years younger.'
In addition to these lifestyle basics, maintaining a consistent skincare routine is essential.

Natalie lived in the seemingly idyllic and luxurious city for years until the Dubai lifestyle became too much - because the city's "business model" didn't allow for "work-life balance". After years of working 80 hour, six-day weeks, Natalie moved back to the UK in 2019 and has settled down in West Parley, Dorset. And, while she loved Dubai and says she'll go back for holidays, she said she's unlikely to relocate back there. As swathes of Brits opt to move out there with high expectations of luxurious living and endless fun, Natalie feels that Brits going with high expectations "may be disappointed." Natalie, now a self-employed PGA professional, said: "I never saw myself leaving Dubai - I was working at one of the best golf schools in the world. "And the city was absolutely stunning, on my day off I went down to the beach and when you let your hair down you could have a bloody good time. "But afterwards you'd look at your bank balance and think 'oh crap'. "But the business model out there - there is no work life balance. "I was coming home to my partner after 12 hour days, at 9pm, and I could barely hold a conversation because I'd be so tired. I fled the UK for sunny Dubai - life back home is miserable & no-one has any cash "In my last year I told him 'I can't do this' - you know when your time is up. "It's a very glamorous place and I can see moving there is a trend - but everywhere has their downfalls." At the time, she was making the equivalent of around £25-£30k a year - but the high costs in Dubai meant she couldn't enjoy the full extent of the luxurious lifestyle compared to what people assume. She said: "I was just making money to survive - in the service industry you were worked very hard. How easy is it to move abroad? Brexit means British citizens now have to apply for visas to move to countries within the EU. While some countries residency restrictions are easier than others, here's what you need to do at home before moving: Notify HMRC about your upcoming move. Let your local authority know and provide a forwarding address. Contact your mortgage and utility providers and bank before leaving. If you have paid enough UK national insurance contributions, you can qualify for a state pension abroad - contact the International Pension Centre. You can sign up to the Royal Mail's redirection service. If you have outstanding student loans, contact the Student Loans Centre. If you have children, give due notice to childcares and schools. "I was working six days a week and I couldn't afford to reduce my hours." After meeting her fellow expat partner Will Coan, 34, in 2017, while out there, the pair lived together but Natalie began to "spiral". She said: "You can feel yourself, your work and time management aren't as good, your diet goes out the window. " I never saw myself leaving Dubai but it's not sustainable - as I got older, I started to think, how the bloody hell will I have a life here? "It's not on an individual person - it's just the business model out there." In September 2019, she moved from Dubai back to the UK and got a job in Guernsey, once she had secured the necessary golf qualifications to be a coach. A poll of 1,000 mums and dads found 87 per cent think getting to do kids' activities is 'one of the best things about being a parent'. And far from being bored while children play, 27 per cent secretly love to play on the swings and 22 per cent enjoy a bouncy castle. While others quietly like colouring in (31 per cent), water fights (32 per cent) and playing with toys (30 per cent). The research, commissioned by found 79 per cent claim doing activities with the offspring makes them 'feel younger' – by an average of 14 years. It also emerged 94 per cent of parents wish they could enjoy more quality days out with their kids. But working hours (65 per cent), the cost of living (42 per cent), and struggling to come up with new ideas for what to do (22 per cent) were named among the top barriers. Catherine Lyver, from Railcard, which commissioned the research and offers a Family & Friends Railcard with savings of a third on adult train fares and 60 per cent on child fares, said: 'The research shows parents relish the opportunity to relive the magic of childhood with their kids - and travelling by train makes it even more special. 'From beach days and zoo trips to theme parks and aquariums, these shared experiences can help bring families even closer together over the school holidays." The study also found 69 per cent said quality time with their children simply makes them happy, while 68 per cent claimed it leaves them feeling closer with their offspring. But 43 per cent said it has direct benefits on their mental health and 40 per cent think it allows them to focus on what is really important in life. The research also revealed nearly all parents (96 per cent) plan activities with their kids that they enjoy doing too, at least some of the time. With 16 per cent admitting that they always pick something they will have fun doing as well as their youngsters. A third (33 per cent) of parents prefer to travel by train on their days out, with 61 per cent of those enjoying being able to give their full attention to their child. But 56 per cent like that the adventure starts 'as soon as you board the train' and 53 per cent said it helped enable quality time as a family. Catherine Lyver, from Railcard, which has helped 7.4 million customers save an estimated £1.5 billion over the last year, added: 'Summer is a time for play – whether you are an adult or a child. 'And we want to encourage parents to reclaim their joy of play and adventure with the kids over the school holidays by taking advantage of savings on travel and attractions across Britain when you travel by train.'
