Thursday will be a sunny and hot day in the Philadelphia region, perfect for heading to the pool if you are lucky enough to have the day off.
Even Jersey Shore locations will be warm due to a slight offshore breeze. While not in the 90s, most of the Jersey Shore should top out in the mid-upper 70s, with some spots getting into the low 80s.

Friday looks warm and a bit sticky again, with a chance for an isolated storm late. The weekend brings more cloud cover and unsettled weather, along with another relatively cool stretch. Both days are looking overcast, but Saturday has a greater chance for showers and/or storms, mainly during the later part of the day into the evening.
Father's Day Sunday should be cloudy and cool for June, with highs only in the mid-70s. While the chance for showers will be around, there should be plenty of time during the day that remains rain-free for dad to hit the links, fire up the grill and spend time with the family. But there will be a chance for some rain. Next week starts wet with temps in the 70s.

Nice weather Friday; Rain to start Saturday
We've got a beautiful day on the way Friday, with partly to mostly sunny skies, and some high thin cirrus clouds filtering during the afternoon. Temperatures are a little cooler than as of late, only climbing into the middle and upper 60s, about 5 to 10 degrees below average. As we move towards midnight Saturday morning, a few showers will being to work in from the west. That precipitation becomes more widespread as daybreak approaches. Rainfall totals range between a quarter and a half an inch for most, and we're drying out by Saturday afternoon, although likely holding on to a lot of clouds. The Father's Day forecast is improving, as high pressure move in from the northwest. Right now I'm thinking skies will be partly sunny with a few spotty afternoon showers. Denver weather: Afternoon storm chances, staying warm
DENVER (KDVR) — The chance for afternoon and evening thunderstorms continues in Denver's weather forecast Thursday and Friday ahead of a hot weekend. A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for northeastern Colorado, and will remain in effect until 11 p.m. During this time, strong thunderstorms will be capable of producing large hail, up to 2.5 inches in diameter, and strong, damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph. The chance for thunderstorms will continue into Thursday evening, with the best chance for storms to become strong to severe, producing hail and damaging wind gusts, in northeastern Colorado. The chance for storms will wrap up by sunset, followed by clearing clouds Thursday night and a low in the mid 50s. Friday will start off with sunshine, then as high temperatures climb to the upper 80s, clouds will build in ahead of the chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms through the afternoon and evening. Friday afternoon, storms could become strong to severe, producing damaging wind gusts and large hail, especially in eastern and northeastern Colorado. Sunny and hot conditions will move in by the weekend. Saturday in on track to be Denver's first day in 90s alongside plenty of sunshine. Father's Day will be even hotter, with a high in the mid 90s. Dry and hot weather continues Monday, as highs climb back into the 90s. Tuesday afternoon will bring a chance for a few showers. This will limit high temperatures to more seasonal levels in the mid-80s. Then, sunshine returns Wednesday and Thursday and will help temperatures climb back up toward 90 degrees. Tomorrow begins a start to even more oppressive heat
It has been another hot day here on the Western Slope, with highs reaching the mid-to-low 90s in our viewing area. Tonight will be another warm evening as we reach 66°, as partly cloudy skies help trap that heat overnight. While Friday's high will be an already far above average 96° with mostly clear skies, we won't be done warming up. Saturday will be sunny and rise into the upper 90s. On Father's Day, this Sunday, I have us reaching a high of 100°! Try to get as many of your plans for the day finished during the morning as you can. Overnight lows will be in the mid-to-high 60s for the remainder of the week. As we head into the weekend, you will want to be cautious about how you spend your time outside. If you have any sensitivities to heat, you're going to want to avoid physical activity outside during the hottest hours of the day. And even if you don't, it will be very important to bring water with you wherever you go, and get some shade when you can. Same thing goes for your pets! Sadly, this heat wave is not ending any time soon. Monday looks to be another 100° day. We'll briefly dip into the 90s, before getting to near-100 degree temperatures again later next week.
