Deacon had last been seen at around 1pm on Friday, June 13 at Newbridge train station wearing a Jack Jones t-shirt, black Nike jogging bottoms, Nike trainers and a black Puma Hooded top.
He is from Graig-y-Rhacca with links to Pembrokeshire and is described as white, about 5'8" tall, of average build with brown hair.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: 'Deacon, 17, who had been reported as missing has now been found. Thanks for sharing our appeal.'

Gwent Police say Lucy Hayden breached her licence conditions. Officers are looking to locate the 27-year-old and have asked the public for their assistance in finding her. A statement from police read: "Gwent Police is appealing for information to find Lucy Hayden, from the Ebbw Vale area. "She has been recalled to prison after breaching her licence conditions. "The 27-year-old was released from prison in February, after receiving a seven-month and 12 day sentence at Newport Magistrates' Court, in November last year, for theft. Four arrested as officers raid houses across Welsh town Gwent Police said it was 'wholly committed to removing drugs from our streets' Some of the cash which was seized during the raids Police s eized cannabis, cash, mobile phones, and suspected criminal property after raiding houses across Cwmbran. Neighbourhood officers for Gwent Police in the area arrested four people during the string of warrants on Tuesday morning. The team executed warrants at two addresses in Croesyceiliog and one in Govilon. During the operation four people were arrested on suspicion of multiple offences. This included a 54-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of supplying Class B drugs and possession of criminal property. A 45-year old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs, improper importation of goods, and possession of criminal property. A 32-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs and possession of criminal property. Article continues below Drugs were also seized And a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs and possession of criminal property. All four remain in custody. The warrants formed part of the team's enforcement work for neighbourhood policing week. A mobile phone which was removed from one of the properties Gwent Police inspector Lee Stachow, whose neighbourhood team planned and executed the warrants, said: "As we have clearly shown over the last week alone we're wholly committed to removing drugs from our streets and preventing suspected drug dealers from operating in Torfaen. "We are continuing to speak to our communities and act on any information we gather on drug supply in the area and are taking a proactive approach to safeguarding communities from the harmful effects drug supply has on neighbourhoods. "Our ask of residents is simple: please continue to support us by submitting any information you have concerning drug supply in the area. "Any information, no matter how small or large, enables us to compile a more detailed investigation and put criminals behind bars."
