Jennifer Lopez, 56, boasts about loving ‘hard sex' as she takes BRUTAL swipe at Ben Affleck in shock new song

The Sun7 days ago
IF Jennifer Lopez's ex- husband Ben Affleck wasn't already running for cover, he should be now.
Tomorrow, the American superstar celebrates her 56th birthday and is, insiders say, preparing to unleash her 'scorned woman energy' with a new album inspired by their bitter split.

J-Lo has already hinted at what's to come after unveiling her brand new track, Wreckage Of You, on stage in Pontevedra, Spain, during her European tour — which alluded to issues in her marriage to Ben, 52.
And on stage at the Lucca Summer Festival in Italy on Monday, she dished out another brutal blow with her cutting new song, Up All Night.
On the track, which has the same name as her concert trek, J-Lo sings: 'I'm up all night, dancing on somebody, living my best life. I bet you wish that you were by my side. I got tired of you breaking me down.'
Tellingly, she adds: 'Look at me now.'
I made a decision that I wasn't going to sing all the love songs...I wanted to do songs that were like, 'Get out of here! I hate you!'
J-Lo
Those close to Jennifer say the cutting comeback tune is a sign of what is to come as she enters the next phase of her life.
'Jennifer has written and recorded enough tracks for a whole new album,' a source explained.
'The material is inspired by what she went through during her relationship with Ben. Wreckage Of You was so specifically about Ben, and Up All Night points to where Jennifer is at in her life right now. This is a whole new era for Jennifer and she isn't going to be holding back.'
'I feel naughty'
During her Lucca gig, J-Lo ramped up the sex appeal and boasted about her antics in the bedroom before performing Moments In Love.
She told the audience: 'I have to be honest with you, sometimes I get in different moods at night. I don't know about you but I do, and sometimes I like it hard.'
As the crowd screamed, J-Lo added: 'Other days I am feeling a little romantic. You put on candles and soft music. On those days, I like it real slow.
Jennifer Lopez, 55, looks red hot as she simulates sex with hunky dancer in very steamy performance
'But there's other days . . . maybe because it's a new kind of time for me, maybe because it's summertime and it's hot outside, I feel a little more naughty.'
Laughing as the crowd reacted to her words, J-Lo said with a smile: 'You ever get that feeling?
'Where you feel like being naughty? On those days, I like it real fast.'
J-Lo, who has 11 shows remaining on her Up All Night tour, also insisted she won't play her love songs on the road.
In a nod to the changes in her life, she said: 'I made a decision when I decided to do these shows that I wasn't going to sing all the love songs — that I was going to do my anti-love songs.
'I wanted to do the songs that were like, 'Get out of here! I hate you!'.'
With a megawatt smile and a glint in her eye, she added: 'I'm just kidding. No, I'm not . . .'
To mark her special day tomorrow, J-Lo will release another song, aptly named Birthday, which seems to taunt Ben about what he lost when their romance ended.
She sings: 'Every day is my birthday, bitch. You ain't never seen nobody do it like this. You ain't gettin' in tonight, you ain't on the list. Everything I want, I got, I ain't got a wish.' Ironically, Ben's birthday is in a few weeks' time, though it is unlikely he'll get a card or pressie from J-Lo, who has described her Latin passion as 'my scorned woman energy'.
Following the breakdown of their two-year long marriage, Ben has been stoically silent.
The pair go all the way back to 2002, when they first began dating.
Hailed Bennifer, they swiftly got engaged and became the celebrity It couple.
But they split two years later amid rumours Ben couldn't handle the public scrutiny.
Both moved on — J-Lo married third husband, Marc Anthony, with whom she shares twins Emme and Max, 17.
They split in 2011 and later divorced.
She went on to have romances with back-up dancer Casper Smart and former baseball player Alex Rodriguez.
Meanwhile, Ben found love with his Daredevil co-star Jennifer Garner.
They got married in 2005 and had three children — Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 13.
But cracks appeared as Ben began drinking heavily — he later went to rehab — and they split in 2015 after ten years of marriage.
Actor and director Ben subsequently had romances with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus and actress Ana de Armas.
Then came the ultimate plot twist when, in 2021, Ben and J-Lo reunited.
I never shied away from the fact that for me, I always felt like there was a real love there, a true love there
Ben last year
Needless to say, their hard launch on Instagram following months of rumours broke the internet.
It was the stuff Hollywood fairytales are made of and fans were captivated.
Later that year, Ben said he was 'in awe' of J-Lo, while she told Elle magazine: 'I never shied away from the fact that for me, I always felt like there was a real love there, a true love there.

'When we reconnected, those feelings for me were still very real.'
They wed the following year — first tying the knot in July 2022 in Las Vegas, before a lavish ceremony in Georgia that August.
For a moment in time, it seemed like both stars had finally found their happily ever after.
But, unfortunately, reality started to set in.
Initially, pictures spread of them snapping at each other in public.
Then, in February 2023, cameras captured them appearing tense at the Grammys, as Jen was seen telling a stony-faced Ben: 'Look more friendly, look motivated'.
Whispers grew and, by early 2024, J-Lo was clearly doing everything in her power to prove the naysayers wrong.
That February, she released her visual album, This Is Me . . . Now, and its accompanying, making-of documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
In it, she played a serial bride who toiled endlessly in a hydraulic 'love factory' before ultimately reuniting with one true love, Ben.
Time to shine
The double-whammy project did what J-Lo does best — put herself, and her love life front and centre.
But for a publicity- adverse Ben, it was reportedly the straw that broke the camel's back.
In the documentary, he was seen learning that his wife had handed over a very intimate book he had given her filled with love letters.
He was clearly annoyed by the overexposure, and the album's dismal reception did nothing to repair the rift growing between them.
As she struggled to save her fourth, failing marriage, J-Lo took a step back from the spotlight she loves.
In May, she announced she was cancelling her Summer tour This Is Me…Live! to be with her family, telling fans: 'Please know that I wouldn't do this if I didn't feel that it was absolutely necessary.'
6
Now, we know she was doing it to salvage her marriage — which, sadly, couldn't be saved.
She filed for divorce last August, on their second anniversary.
In the aftermath, the superstar has embraced being single.
In November, she told Interview mag: 'You have to be complete . . . you have to be good on your own. I thought I learned that, but I didn't. This summer, I had to be like, 'I need to go off and be on my own. I want to prove to myself that I can do that'.'
She's clearly stuck to her word, taking herself out of the dating game while reminding the entire male race what they're missing with a sexier image than ever.
On Valentine's Day this year, she told fans: 'Self-love don't cost a thing' in a thinly-veiled dig at Ben.
And having cancelled her tour last year, Jen has launched herself full throttle back into the spotlight.
Ben may have hated the media attention, but J-Lo loves it, and she's putting two fingers up to anyone trying to dim her light.
As well as her European trek, which concludes on August 12 in Sardinia, she is also gearing up for her Up All Night In Las Vegas residency, which kicks off in December.
And she will soon be seen in the remake of musical drama Kiss Of The Spider Woman, which hits cinemas in October.
The message is clear: it is J-Lo's time to shine.
A source revealed: 'Anyone who thought Jennifer was a victim in all of this is wrong. The pain of the break-up is over and now she is channelling that into what she does best — making music.
'Jennifer knows her worth and wants to empower other women who've walked the same path as her. She has a really powerful body of music ready to go.
'If anyone hasn't quite cottoned on to what she's trying to say, when this album drops, it'll become crystal clear.'

Pep Guardiola opens up on wanting to retire 'to watch COWS' when he leaves role as Man City manager

Pep Guardiola has opened up on his future as Man City manager with a strange analogy. Having dropped the bombshell that his plans for when he leaves are 'decided', the Spaniard explained his thinking with a phrase his grandfather used to use. The 54-year-old told GQ Espana: 'I know that after this stage with City I'm going to stop, that's for sure, it's decided, more than decided. I don't know how long I'll stop for, a year, two years, three years, five, ten, fifteen, I don't know. 'But I'm going to stop after this stage with City, because I need to stop and focus on myself, on my body, on... In Catalan, they say badar. Badar, badar, badar... I want to do this, simply stop and watch the cows go by when the train goes by. 'My grandfather used to say, you look at me like cows watch the train go by. Well, that's it, you have to stop and watch it go by. 'And then life... I had never thought that I would coach, that I would go to Germany to coach, to England, and be the coach of Barcelona, or that I would play for Barcelona. 'We think we're in control, but no, something's bound to happen that'll put something in front of me, and I'll say: "Oh, do I want to do this or not?" And if not, well, I'll figure it out. And I think my plan now is this: stop, stop... And then we'll see.' As City suffered a dramatic slump in form during the midway point of last season, speculation mounted that Guardiola would call time on his illustrious spell in charge of the club. It is understood that club chiefs began tentative planning for a future without the Catalan in charge, while Guardiola received contact from the FA about the then-vacant England job. However, in November the former Barcelona boss agreed an extension to his current deal with the club, keeping him at the Etihad until 2027. While speculation has consistently linked Guardiola with some of the top jobs in world football after his time in Manchester comes to an end, the 54-year-old recently revealed that he will instead look to step away from football when the time comes. Guardiola also reflected on his decision to leave Barcelona in 2012 after leading the club to 14 trophies during his four seasons in charge at the Nou Camp. He continued: 'I think I know how to stop at the right moment. The same thing happened to me with my coaching job [at Barcelona], there came a time when I said enough is enough. I'm going to look for another challenge.' Despite a dismal period that saw them drop as low as seventh in the Premier League table, Guardiola's side recovered to ultimately secure Champions League football. 'When you win six Premier Leagues, there comes a time when you go down,' he added. 'That's human nature. Then, we probably should have moved more players, but it's very easy to say that afterwards...' With the return of the Premier League now just weeks away, City have wasted little time strengthening their squad in the transfer market. Algerian defender Rayan Ait-Nouri completed a £33.7million move to the Etihad from Wolves last month, with Lyon winger Rayan Cherki following days later. City have also completed the signings of Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan and Norwegian midfielder Sverre Nypan from Rosenberg. However, while Guardiola's squad is brimming with talent, the question of who will start between the sticks for the Citizens next season remains a mystery. Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson has long been the club's No 1 but has been increasingly linked with a move away from the club. Meanwhile Ederson's long-time understudy Stefan Ortega is expected to leave City this summer in search of first-team minutes. As a result, the club are reportedly prepared to re-sign 22-year-old James Trafford from Burnley. Trafford emerged from City's academy before joining the Clarets in a deal that included a 'matching clause' allowing City first refusal to match any bid offered by a rival suitor. Guardiola's side have reportedly done just that after igniting their interest in Trafford recently, with the goalkeeper in favour of a move to City over Newcastle. The deal is expected to be completed soon.

The country couples are flocking to for a fast and easy wedding

A Polish-Colombian couple, Magdalena Kujawińska and Heinner Valenzuela, travelled to Copenhagen to marry, circumventing complex bureaucracy at home in Poland. Living in Krakow, the couple had been engaged for over three years but faced significant hurdles. "We realised that it's not that easy to get married in Poland," the 30-year-old Ms Kujawińska said, citing the requirement for a certificate proving they were not already married. A certificate, needed from Colombia, presented an insurmountable challenge due to its three-month validity. "We tried to get it from Colombia, but it's only valid for three months, and it couldn't get to Poland from Colombia in three months. It was just impossible for us," she added. Learning about Denmark 's relaxed marriage laws from a colleague, Ms Kujawińska and her fiancé engaged an online wedding planner. The process proved remarkably swift, with approval granted in just four days. "And in four days, we had the decision that the marriage could be done here," a smiling Ms Kujawińska recounted as they awaited their 10-minute ceremony at Copenhagen 's 19th-century City Hall. Copenhagen attracts couples from around the world Couples who don't live in Denmark, both mixed- and same-sex, are increasingly getting married in the Scandinavian country — prompting some to dub Copenhagen the ' Las Vegas of Europe.' The head of the marriage office at Copenhagen City Hall, Anita Okkels Birk Thomsen, said that about 8,000 wedding ceremonies were performed there last year. Of those, some 5,400 of them were for couples in which neither partner was a Danish resident. 'That's almost double what we saw five years ago,' she said. 'They come from all over the world.' City wants to ensure room for locals But the city sees a downside to that: demand for ceremonies at City Hall now far exceeds the number of slots available. Mia Nyegaard, the Copenhagen official in charge of culture and leisure, said in a statement to The Associated Press that the 'significant rise' in the number of foreign couples getting married in the capital 'poses challenges for Copenhagen-based couples wishing to get married.' Local authorities plan to take action. Nyegaard said about 40 percent of wedding slots available at City Hall will be reserved for Copenhagen residents starting from the end of October. While booking a slot there is the most obvious way to get married in the city, arranging a ceremony with a private registrar is also an option, and that won't be affected. Copenhagen lawmakers will look after the summer break at what else they can do to relieve overall pressure on wedding capacity in the city. Liberal laws Denmark's marriage laws are liberal in several ways. In 1989, the country became the world's first to allow the registration of same-sex civil unions. The legalisation of same-sex marriage followed in 2012. For unions of all kinds, Denmark — unlike many other European countries — doesn't require a birth certificate or proof of single status to obtain a certificate that grants the right to get married in Denmark within four months. Officials might, in cases where divorce papers don't show clearly that a divorce has been finalised, ask for a civil status certificate. Applications to Denmark's agency of family law cost 2,100 kroner ($326), and couples are issued with a certificate within five working days if they satisfy the requirements. Non-resident couples can travel to Denmark and get married with just a valid passport and, if required, a tourist visa. 'We get that thing like, 'Are you sure we do not need a birth certificate?' And we go, 'Yes,'' said Rasmus Clarck Sørensen, director of Getting Married in Denmark. Clarck Sørensen, a Dane, began the wedding planning business with his British wife back in 2014. 'In the last 20, 30 years, people just meet more across borders," he said. 'Marriage rules are often made for two people of the same country getting married.' 'They kind of piled on patches onto marriage law, and a lot of people get trapped in those patches,' he added. His online company's 'Complete Service' package, priced at 875 euros ($1,014), includes help gathering all the necessary documents, processing the certificate application and organising the date of the ceremony. The business says it helped over 2,600 couples last year. Copenhagen, easily Denmark's biggest city with the country's best transport links, is the most popular location and so far appears to be the only one struggling with demand. Any changes to the city's rules will come too late to bother newlyweds Kujawińska and Valenzuela, who are now busy planning a celebration in Poland with family and friends. 'It means a lot for us because we've been waiting a lot for this,' Kujawińska said. 'We're really happy.'

Monty Don claims a garden 'doesn't need a single plant in it'

Monty Don has ruffled feathers by claiming that a garden doesn't need to have plants in. The gardening guru, 70, said that some of the most famous gardens in the world don't contain a single plant. Writing in his column for Gardeners' World, he said: 'A garden can be anything you want it to be, even if - and I know that this is heresy to many people - it does not include a single plant.' The beloved presenter pointed to the famous Stowe garden created by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown, who is widely considered Britain's greatest gardener, in the late 18th century. Filled with monuments, Brown's gardens 'did not involve any particular interest in the specific plants used,' Monty explained. He also evoked the home roof garden of lauded Mexican architect Luis Barragán, which Monty visited, adding: 'It consisted of pink-painted walls, terracotta walls and nothing else save the sky - which Barragan insisted was an essential part of the garden.' While Monty himself appears to cherish plants of all varieties - his own garden is filled with numerous different species - Monty appears not to favour one type of gardening over any other. He said: 'We in Britain tend to have such a fixed idea of what a 'good' garden might look like. 'I have a garden happily filled to overflowing with plants. I love the physical process of raising and tending plants, but I also love visiting gardens that explore all the subconscious and spiritual possibilities that gardens can evoke and enrich.' On the subject of plants, the horticulturalist has previously urged dog owners to be 'sensible' about the varieties which could harm their pets. He made the comments earlier this year, as he prepared to unveil his dog-friendly garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. Monty teamed up with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) for his first - and 'I hope my last' - garden at Chelsea filled with features for dogs including a lawn, water to wallow in and trees to cast shade. Don defended the inclusion of plants that can be toxic to dogs in the garden, such as alliums and foxgloves, saying they were blooms he had alongside his pets without problems in his own garden. The RHS and Radio 2 dog garden, which was not be judged, was to be relocated to nearby Battersea Dogs & Cats Home after the world-famous event at the Chelsea Hospital, west London. Monty said they would remove any plants the charity did not want to have as part of the planting. The horticulturalist, who has presented on Chelsea since 1990 and has covered the show for the BBC without a break for more than a decade, also said creating the garden had been a 'humbling' process that made him 'hugely' respect designers and makers of gardens at RHS Chelsea. Speaking onsite, he said: 'It doesn't matter what kind of garden or how good or bad it is, it's an almost unimaginable amount of work because of the detail you have to attend to.' He added that he was looking forward to getting back to presenting coverage after his stint as a designer, which he described as 'moonlighting'. 'I now have real insight into the whole process. I didn't know I needed that and I do, it's humbling.' Don, who was originally approached by the RHS to design a dog-friendly garden, said he did not want the project, created with horticulturalist Jamie Butterworth, to have any message except for being about dogs. 'I wanted to see a garden at Chelsea that didn't have a message, that didn't set itself in an exotic situation, was absolutely set fair and square in 2025 in England and that was full of plants that either I did have or everybody could buy from their local garden centre, and with trees or shrubs that were native or long adapted to this country.' The lawn was central to the plot, surrounded by planting which can create shifting paths for dogs to take around the garden, and a large open-fronted 'dog house' with an old sofa for the animals to retreat to. The garden also featured long meadow grass for dogs to lie in, while Radio 2 presenter Jo Wiley suggested an area of water for dogs to wallow in, based on experience with her pets, Don said. There was a playfulness to the garden, with use of dogwood, round-headed alliums evoking balls dogs love to play with, and terracotta pots have been created with pawprints of Don's dog Ned who is regularly be seen following him around his garden on Gardeners' World. But while the lawn was created to look like it had been used by dogs and people, the team have stopped short of having holes dug in it or 'pee rings'. And Don said: 'There are plants in the garden that are technically poisonous to dogs. 'However, there are no plants that I don't have in my own garden and I've always had dogs. 'My view on this is actually the main plant I worry about is yew and we don't have that in the garden. 'In my experience dogs are sensible and owners are sensible.' Don added: 'We have a brief to make a beautiful garden for Chelsea. The only dogs that are going to be allowed on here are mine or others specifically invited and on a lead and under control. 'When it goes to Battersea it will not have any plants Battersea doesn't want to be there, we will remove any that they feel has any toxicity to their dogs,' he said. 'We're not saying these are plants that are perfectly safe, what are you making a fuss about? What I am saying is in my experience I've not had any problems with these plants, and I've had dogs for the last 65 years.' Many everyday activities from cutting with knives in the kitchen to driving a car or crossing the road were more dangerous than these plants were to dogs, he said. And he added: 'Just be sensible, don't get hysterical, but at the same time don't dismiss it.' He also said dog owners who are keen gardeners should not expect a perfect lawn because 'that's not compatible with dogs', and encouraged those who did not want their animals to be crashing through the flower beds to create low fences or hedging on borders or corners to stop them. An RHS spokesperson said the dog garden was 'primarily designed to bring joy and delight'. 'However, as RHS Chelsea is also a great place to inspire and educate, with some people perhaps not realising that a number of common garden plants could be harmful to dogs if eaten, the RHS and Monty are encouraging people to be aware, but also to be sensible, about dogs in their gardens at home. 'The garden raises awareness to keep an eye on pets amongst plants. Don't let them eat or dig up plants in borders and, as with anything, if you see them eating something in the garden and you see changes in behaviours or are worried or have doubts, call the vets.' They added: 'The garden will live on at Battersea, where experts from the charity will carefully select dog-friendly, non-toxic plants to live on where rescue dogs can enjoy them for years to come.'
