Pembrokeshire sailing club's refurb and event update
Tenby Sailing Club is making progress with the refurbishment of its ground floor changing rooms. The club aims to complete all work by March, with top floor toilets available for use when the club is open until then. Membership renewals are due on January 1, with early payment offering a chance to avoid a planned fee increase in February. The club has also announced several upcoming events, including a Christmas party on December 21, a Boxing Day gathering with a raffle at 1pm, and a New Year's Eve party. In recent sailing news, club members Nina Marsh, and Jon and Amelia Nuttall excelled in the Neyland Yacht Club Early Frostbite Series, taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places overall in Division 1. Looking ahead to next season, junior training sessions will run from April 16 to September 17, with no training on August 6 and 27 due to the Nationals. Registration evenings are set for April 2 and 9 at 6pm. The club will host an RYA Dinghy Instructor Course for the region on March 8, 22-23, and 28-30, with three Tenby members participating. The top deck will be used as a classroom.
