TEMPLEGATE tackles Monday's racing confident of banging in a few winners.

MARBUZET (2.47 Catterick, nap)
He comes here in fine form thanks to a battling win at Ayr last time. He's been nudged up just 1lb for that excellent effort where he stayed well. He was beaten in a photo for this race 12 months ago so we know the trip and track suit.
STRICTLY TANGO (4.40 Southwell, nb)
He took a maiden hurdle at Sedgefield in October and went close on handicap debut at Carlisle. He didn't enjoy dropping back in trip at Uttoxeter last time and this test should be ideal.
HONOUR YOUR DREAMS (5.00 Windsor, treble)
He went down in a tight finish at Doncaster last time and relishes this trip on quick ground. A repeat in this similar grade can do the trick.
MISS WILLOWS (1.47 Catterick) completes the Lucky 15.
She had almost five lengths in hand when winning here last time and is best over this specialists' trip.

David Beckham to guest edit edition of Country Life Magazine

David Beckham will guest edit an edition of Country Life Magazine to mark his 50th birthday year. The former England captain and businessman will join the editorial team for the 22 October edition of the magazine with the aim of celebrating what the countryside means to him and his family. He follows in the footsteps of Royal Family members who previously joined the editor-in chief Mark Hedges at the helm, including the King, the Princess Royal and the Queen. Beckham said: "I am honoured to have been invited to guest edit an edition of a magazine that I have always admired and read. "I am really looking forward to working with the editorial team to produce an issue that will celebrate what the countryside and the great British landscape means to me and my family." This comes as Beckham is to be awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours, according to reports by The Sun. The football star regularly documents his life in the countryside by posting pictures and videos on his Instagram including him harvesting vegetables, gardening and his flock of chickens. Mark Hedges, Country Life editor-in-chief, said: "I know he has a deep love of the countryside, which has grown since he retired as a professional footballer, although he is, of course, still extremely busy as a businessman and an ambassador for a host of causes, such as UNICEF and The King's Foundation, as well as being co-owner of Inter Miami CF in the US and Salford City Football Club in the UK. "As someone who is passionate about the countryside, I'm excited to see what his special commemorative issue will bring." The one-off edition aims to highlight how the countryside has played an important part in Beckham's life. It will feature his favourite view, his best-loved recipe and spotlight his rural champions, including the craftsmen and woman who helped shape his home in the Cotswolds. Beckham, who played for England 115 times, is the only Englishman to score at three different World Cups and his career included the treble-winning campaign of 1998-99, when Manchester United won the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League. He earned the third highest number of England caps of all time for the men's team and was captain on 59 occasions. The former winger married Spice Girl Victoria, also known as Posh Spice, in 1999.

Horse racing tips: ‘She's bred to be speedy and is drawn well' – Templegate's NAP a winner-in-waiting

TEMPLEGATE tackles Wednesday's action confident of building the bank for Royal Ascot. Back a horse by clicking their odds below. WATEEN (4.00 Lingfield, nap) This sharp filly improved markedly to finish second at Doncaster last time, posting a strong speed figure in the process. She's bred to be speedy, is drawn well, and has more to offer in a race where most of her rivals lack experience. MAKES ME WONDER (2.45 Yarmouth, nb) She showed her liking for this track when scoring here over seven furlongs in April. The form of that contest has worked out very nicely and anything like that performance would be good enough. BANKSMAN (5.15 Yarmouth, treble) He has his sights lowered slightly here after going down in a photo at Brighton last time out. He is drawn to attack and this looks a cracking chance to get off the mark for in-form trainer Jack Channon. SAWGRASS (3.30 Lingfield, Lucky 15) Has been knocking on the door and looked in need of this longer trip when third at Beverley last time. She can score off this mark.
