The 36-year-old was last seen on December 8, 2021, at a downtown Kent apartment complex.
Leming ran a construction and landscaping business in the Enumclaw area.
Law enforcement suspects foul play in his disappearance but hasn't said why.

Champaign man hospitalized in Saturday night shooting
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — A 21-year-old Champaign man was hurt after a shooting on Saturday. Officers with the Champaign Police Department responded to the area of Giboney and Tower Streets around 10:40 p.m. after a report that shots had been fired nearby. Police were able to find one vehicle that was damaged in this incident. Champaign police remained in the area for several hours to collect evidence, and search for witnesses and video footage that could help the investigation. No arrests have been made as of Sunday afternoon, and the investigation is ongoing. Victim sustains injuries after two people break into Peoria home
The Peoria Police Department is searching for a pair of men who allegedly broke into a home early Sunday morning and injured one of the residents. Police said that at 4:14 a.m., they received a ShotSpotter alert of nine rounds fired in the 300 block of East Corrington Avenue. While officers were investigating, a man approached them saying he was the victim of a home invasion in the 2800 block of North Missouri Avenue. Here's what to know According to the man, a pair of unknown males wearing ski masks broke into his home by kicking in the front door. One of them pointed a gun at him before hitting him in the face with it. The victim sustained minor injuries. Eventually, the pair left the home, fired shots into the air and fled on foot.
