Saanand Verma
. Known for his wild antics and the ever-viral catchphrase 'I like it,' he has not only entertained millions but also inspired countless fans with Saanand's off-screen journey of resilience.
Sharing a poignant turning point from his struggling days, Saanand Verma aka Anokhe Lal Saxena said, 'There was a time I approached one of the popular Bollywood directors for a role. Unfortunately, he spoke to me rather rudely, rejected me outright, and said some hurtful things. That experience stayed with me for years. But life has a funny way of turning things around. After Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai became a hit and Saxena Ji gained recognition, the same director called me, this time with warmth in his voice.
He invited me over for dinner and shared how his family, especially his kids, are huge fans of my character. That moment was surreal. Today, we share a great bond."
He adds, "It was a powerful reminder that no rejection is final, and the universe always circles back with something better. That day, I truly felt how talent and resilience eventually find their way to the spotlight—or in my case, to the dinner table of someone who had once turned me away. It was emotional, humbling, and honestly, I like it!'
From walking miles to auditions to starring in major films and web series, his journey is a true example of passion, grit, and determination. Beyond comedy, he has proven his range with impactful roles in movies like Mardaani and Chhichhore, making him a respected face in both television and cinema.

'Roof Over My Head...': Elon Musk's Ex Ashley Says She Has No Money, Launches Podcast
Ashley St. Clair, mother of Elon Musk's son Romulus, said that she is financial difficulties amid a custody dispute with the Tesla CEO. Ashley St. Clair, the mother of Elon Musk's one-year-old son Romulus, said she is facing severe financial difficulties as she launched a new podcast. The 26-year-old conservative commentator is currently locked in a custody dispute with the Tesla boss. Despite reports that Elon Musk has provided substantial financial support, Ashley St. Clair said she is struggling to stay afloat. 'Well, after a year of unplanned career suicide, many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot be legally explained, I've decided to start a podcast," she said in the opening episode of her podcast 'Bad Advice'. She joked about her circumstances, saying, 'Also, I'm getting evicted, and Polymarket offered me $10,000 to do an ad read. So with that, the roof over my head has been brought to you by Polymarket." Elon Musk vs Ashley Over Child Support The influencer earlier alleged that Elon Musk initially offered her $15 million upfront and $100,000 a month in child support if she kept their son's birth secret. She rejected the proposal, saying it did not provide adequate protections for the child and instead filed for custody and financial support through the courts. Her legal team claims Elon Musk subsequently cut monthly payments- from $100,000 to $40,000 and later to $20,000. Elon Musk has disputed that version of events, saying earlier this year, 'I don't know if the child is mine or not. Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year." A paternity test later confirmed with 99.9999% probability that Elon Musk is Romulus's father, according to a report seen by the Wall Street Journal. Romulus, Elon Musk's 13th child, was born in September 2024. Ashley St. Clair went public with the news on Valentine's Day this year, saying she had done so after becoming aware the tabloid press intended to reveal it. Elon Musk and Ashley first connected in May 2023, when the tech boss responded to one of her memes with a laughing emoji. They met later that month during an interview between Elon Musk and Seth Dillon, chief executive of satire site Babylon Bee, where Ashley St. Clair worked. Elon Musk's Alleged Ex Announces She's Broke, Turns To Podcasting After "Career Suicide"
Ashley St. Clair, the mother of Elon Musk's one-year-old son, announced she's facing financial difficulties during the launch of her new podcast. The 26-year-old, who is embroiled in a custody battle with Tesla CEO over their son Romulus, began the podcast by stating she's struggling financially, despite reports suggesting Musk has provided her with significant monetary support. "Well, after a year of unplanned career suicide, many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot be legally explained, I've decided to start a podcast. Unlike your Ben Shapiros or your Megyn Kellys, I'm not starting this because I think my big brain thoughts and my podcast mic are the greatest gift to humanity. I actually think I have the worst ideas, so consider everything out of my mouth a cautionary tale," she said in the first episode of her podcast named 'Bad Advice'. "Also, I'm getting evicted, and Polymarket offered me $10,000 to do an ad read. So with that, the roof over my head has been brought to you by Polymarket," she added. Watch the video here: bad advice ep. 1 brought to u by @Polymarket — Ashley St. Clair (@stclairashley) August 18, 2025 Elon Musk allegedly offered Ms Clair $15 million upfront and $100,000 monthly for child support in exchange for keeping their son Romulus's birth a secret. However, St. Clair declined the offer, feeling it lacked proper protections for their child, and instead took Musk to court over custody and financial support. According to her lawyers, after she did so, Musk substantially reduced the monthly payments from $100,000 to $40,000, and later to $20,000. Musk claimed he gave Ashley $2.5 million and was sending her $500,000 annually for their son's support, despite questioning the child's paternity initially. "I don't know if the child is mine or not. Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year," Musk tweeted after the news broke the internet. Romulus, Musk's 13th child, was born in September 2024, and St. Clair went public with her story on Valentine's Day 2025. "Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause," she wrote. A paternity test later confirmed with 99.9999% probability that Musk is indeed Romulus's father, according to a lab report seen by the Wall Street Journal. The influencer claimed that Elon Musk "slid into my DMs" in May 2023. The two reportedly met in person later that month when St Clair's boss, Seth Dillon, CEO of Babylon Bee, interviewed Musk. Public records of their interaction began on May 4, 2023, when Musk responded with a laughing emoji to one of St Clair's vaccine-scepticism memes. The pair continued exchanging public messages, discussing topics such as mental health, Adderall, and environmentalism. Notably, Ms Clair is a conservative political commentator known for her media presence and outspoken views. She authored the children's book Elephants Are Not Birds, published by BRAVE Books. She has been a vocal advocate for conservative ideologies and has appeared at events alongside prominent right-wing figures.

Chandni Chowk, Connaught Place top picks for filmmakers under Delhi Film Policy
New Delhi, Aug 18 (PTI) Nearly 95 per cent of movies filmed in the national capital are shot at Chandni Chowk and Connaught Place, according to a DTTDC official who hopes the Delhi Film Policy, introduced in 2022, will encourage more filmmakers to cinematically explore the historic landmarks of the city. Since its launch, around 39 films and web series have been shot under the policy framework till 2025, according to the official from Delhi Transport and Tourism Development Corporation, which looks after the policy. Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Kesari 2" was filmed across Red Fort, Sunder Nursery, and Delhi University's North Campus and Rani Mukerji's 'Mardaani" showcased the leafy lanes of Chittaranjan Park in South Delhi, and the upcoming third installment is also expected to feature key portions of the city, he added. Not only films but popular web series, be it 'Special Ops" or 'Paatal Lok", also had many portions set in Delhi. Under the policy, about 20 applications are expected to be accepted for film shooting permissions through its e-Film Clearance portal in 2025-26. In 2024-25, the portal received 10 applications. At least 15 of the new applications are likely to be cleared within 30 days. Plans are also underway to link the e-Film Clearance system with the Information and Broadcasting Ministry's India Cine Hub. Publicity material will be rolled out to raise awareness about the initiative, as per the official. The Delhi Film Policy 2022 also established Delhi Film Fund for branding Delhi as a tourist destination. Under the Rs five crore Dilli Film Fund, two applications have been received for performance-based funding. Incentives will also be extended to members of the film support staff, with the final amount to be decided by a designated committee, the official said. With its mix of heritage, modern infrastructure, and a growing support system, Delhi is steadily carving out its place as a sought-after film destination, the official added.
