Lauryn Goodman's incredible £2.5million mansion bought by Kyle Walker for kids

Daily Mirror17-05-2025

Footballer Kyle Walker bought a £2.5million seaside mansion for his mistress Lauryn Goodman, the mother of two of his children, despite reportedly fighting to save his marriage to Annie Kilner
England star Kyle Walker splashed out on a luxury mansion for his ex Lauryn Goodman, the mother of his two children, Kairo and Kinara.
The 34-year-old AC Milan right-back shares four sons - Roman, Riaan, Reign and Rezon - with wife Annie Kilner, but also has two children with influencer Lauryn, 33. Lauryn brought their eldest, Kairo, now four, to watch his dad play for England against Denmark at the Euros in June 2024 - a match also attended by Annie.

Last January, Annie announced she was taking time away from their marriage following the revelation of Kyle's second child with Lauryn, a daughter born in August 2023, who was initially only referred to publicly by the initials 'KW'.

Walker previously gifted Annie a £250,000 engagement ring when they married in 2021 - a year after Kairo's birth in April 2020. But he also gifted his mistress Lauryn a £2.5million seven-bed mansion in 2023 in an exclusive area of East Sussex for her to live with their two children.
The influencer was said to be "thrilled" with her new home and enjoyed renovating the property, splashing out £40,000 on bespoke curtains and blinds alone. Now, Kyle is thought to be back in Italy fighting to save his marriage to Annie.
However, it seems that the defender will be forced to return to England following the news AC Milan will not be extending his stay. Speaking on The Kyle Walker Podcast, he said: "After I said my goodbyes, Pep [Guardiola] got up and spoke and said a really nice message to me, just saying thank you for everything.
"But listen, it's not over. I'm just on loan here [AC Milan]. I've got to take that into consideration that I can go back [to Manchester City ]. Obviously, both parties need to come to an agreement come the end of the season."
Lauryn did not publicly disclose her second child's name, or the father's identity, when her baby was born but it was soon revealed that Kyle was the father, with Lauryn recalling the exact moment she showed Annie a DNA test to prove it. "It had to be out in the open for all of our sakes," Lauryn said.

Lauryn's failed court battle with the 34-year-old sports star saw her ask for £33,000 for an AC unit, £31,200 astroturf for her children, £20,000 for a furnishing fund, £70,000 for a new Mercedes GLE every three years, £14,750 for both children, and more. The judge considered many of her demands unreasonable and said she treated him like an 'open-ended chequebook'. She even wanted a car for her nanny - who doesn't even drive.
Lauryn said she refuses to be defeated or silenced by Kyle and his wife Annie, and has now revealed her agony at their actions in a tell-all interview. "They're about to ruin me forever. I have two children that I need to support," she recently said.

A source exclusively told the Mirror regarding her feud with Kyle: "Lauryn is known for attempting to control a narrative that suits her story - she has consistently sought public attention with staged shoots, trips to the Euros and constant social media goading around her brief encounters with Kyle.
"Annie and Kyle are looking forward to a resolution of the whole situation and hope that this latest chapter brings them just that. All they want is to work on their relationship, in private, to see what the future holds for them and their young family but have been unable to with the glare of the media - often led by Lauryn."
Kyle also has no relationship with the two children he shares with Lauryn due to her "behaviour." Throughout the Euros tournament, Lauryn would take her Instagram off private and share pictures and videos of her two children, often wearing football kits with 'Daddy' written on the back of them. She also jetted out to watch Kyle play in a match with Kairo, despite Walker allegedly refused to arrange tickets.

A source telling the Mirror: "Lauryn and her children are welcome to enjoy the games and to go to watch the matches if they want to, but we would question why she wants to do it in such a public way. Contrary to previous reports, Kyle has not offered Lauryn any tickets, the people supporting him in the ground are his wife Annie and their children."
In an interview, Kyle discussed the painful consequences of his actions. He told The Sun: "I do and I don't regret it. I regret not telling [Annie] because she had a right to know and that's the least I owe my best friend. I don't regret it selfishly because I got to spend days with my children."

Lauryn's modern home, meanwhile, consists of wooden flooring, full-length windows and plain walls. She also has a huge reception room with a small sofa in the corner. The TV personality, whose Instagram account switches between being private and public, hasn't disclosed any images of the exterior of the house publicly.
However, she often shares glimpses inside, which include a large cream sofa and a gigantic wall-mounted flat-screen television. A source told The Sun in September: "Kyle has spent so much on this house. It cost a fortune. Lauryn is obviously pleased Kyle has finally done the right thing. She wants the kids to feel happy and secure." The source explained Lauryn had been living with her mum for a while, "with both kids cramped in one room" and it hadn't "been easy".

The source added: "It is an amazing house, she is thrilled. It's like something out of Footballers' Wives. It's massive." At the time, it was reported by the publication that Lauryn hadn't yet moved in. It's unknown if she has moved into the property since. The source claimed she had spent an "absolute fortune" making the place her own and worked with a "fancy interior designer". The luxury five-bedroom house reportedly has a large garden and terrace.
Around the time of the purchase, Kyle reportedly moved out of his house with Annie and into a penthouse flat in Manchester city centre following a string of 'blazing rows'. A source told MailOnline: "We don't see much of Kyle since she threw him out at the end of August... She was really angry with him and called him all sorts of names." In January, Kyle broke his silence regarding the split and said: "Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I've caused her."
A version of this story was first published in January 2024.

Jack Grealish handed fresh Premier League escape route amid brutal Man City snub

Manchester City star Jack Grealish is set to depart the Etihad Stadium this summer after falling out of favour under Pep Guardiola and Premier League sides are interested Everton are monitoring Jack Grealish's situation at Manchester City as the midfielder prepares to exit the Etihad Stadium, according to reports. The Toffees are interested in bringing Grealish to Merseyside, though no talks have taken place over a move thus far. The 29-year-old England international is set to be left out of the City Club World squad to travel to the United States. Grealish has won the Premier League three times with City but has seen his influence wane over the last two seasons. ‌ The former Aston Villa talisman started just seven times in the Premier League in 24/25 and was an unused substitute 12 times in the competition. The club are said to be willing to accept an offer of £40million for their record signing, taking a £60m hit. ‌ However, Grealish's salary could prove problematic to any deal. The star's £300,000-a-week pay packet will pose issues for any side interested in securing his signature and requiring to comply with profit and sustainability rules. Any potential move looks more likely to be a loan deal if Everton are to get a shock deal over the line. Newcastle have also been linked with making a move, while Bayern Munich have been touted with a potential deal if Leroy Sane and Kingsley Coman depart. Grealish has been told by England boss Thomas Tuchel that he must earn time on the pitch if he hopes to make the World Cup squad in 12 months time. The German coach said: 'I love Jack for his personality and of course his talent. He is a very unique player who can handle big pressure on the field. "He is never shy of pressure. It's the opposite. He grows in big matches but he's a player who needs minutes and minutes and minutes and simply does not get them for a very long time. That's basically everything. Nothing has changed. "I have maybe the same information as you that City are thinking of not taking him to the Club World Cup. So he needs to make himself available by playing. I think it's one of his key strengths. ‌ "To go every three days and get better and better with every minute that he has in his legs. That's what is missing, nothing else. I have spoken to him after the first international camp and very shortly after the FA Cup final but not since then.' Pep Guardiola agrees with the England boss' assessment. He said: 'Of course, Jack has to play. He's an unbelievable player that has to play football every three days. It didn't happen this season and last season either. He needs to do it, with us or another place. 'It's a question for Jack, his agent and the club. If he stays it will be fine and he will fight like he fought from day one to make a contribution, but not today.' Guardiola added: 'It's nothing personal with Jack. I'm the person who fought for him to come here and the person who fought for him to stay here this season."

Love Island's secret sex rules as bosses make jaw-dropping change

As we wait for the new series of Love Island to kick off tonight, the Mirror lifts the lid on the show's secret sex rules as bosses allow sex scenes to be aired for the first time this summer ITV's Love Island has a string of secret sex rules, which the saucy singletons must follow. The new series of the smash-hit dating show, which kicks off tonight, is sure to be one of the steamiest yet after bosses revealed that sex scenes would be aired i n the Hideaway for the first time this summer. The jaw-dropping move has divided viewers, with some saying they don't know want to see what pops up beneath the sheets under the Spanish sun. However, others, think the rule change is just what the new series needs as executive producer Mike Spencer said: "If sex happens, we'll show it. The Hideaway will be open 24 hours. We need to keep the show fresh and exciting." ‌ So, as we wait for the new series to launch later when we'll finally be introduced to the class of 2025, here's all the sex rules the contestants must follow, including an outright ban on masturbating... ‌ READ MORE: Love Island contestant who replaced axed star admits he's already broken show rules Outright ban on masturbating Before going into the villa, all the Love Island contestants are prepped on what they can and can't do to ensure their strict sexual behaviour guidelines are met. There is an outright ban on masturbating in the villas and despite most of the contestants wearing very little in the show, no one is allowed to get fully naked in front of the cameras as it's a 'public place'. This even applies in the shower. Safety first Safe sex is paramount and each contestant is offered an STI-test before entering the villa. Love Island star Marcel Somerville has said that in his experience, the bosses of the show made a big push for safe sex - adding that anyone going on the show must pass an STI test. Marcel, who said he didn't have sex himself while he was in the villa, told The Mirror that the show does strict testing before people go in the villa, revealing that "quite a few" tests are done before people sign up for the show. ‌ To make sure the contestants are practicing safe sex, ITV bosses provide their own brand of condoms which are readily available with up to 200 packets of the contraceptive aids put in the villa at the start of the series. Former contestant, Kaz Crossley, managed to nab a bag of the branded condoms when she was dumped from the villa, sharing a snap of the loot with the caption: " to get my money's worth after being dumped, clearly." Drunk sex is banned Drunk sex – and getting drunk in general – is also banned in the Love Island villa as there is a two-drink limit per night for each Islander. ‌ Although the Islanders are given booze during their evening parties, contestants are not allowed to get drunk with an explicit number of drinks given to each contestant. After Andrea-Jane was dumped from the villa during the seventh series of the show, the blonde bombshell lifted the lid on the drinking rules inside the villa. She told Capital FM: 'It is a two-drink limit. And usually, you get your first drink and then you have to wait around three hours until the second one." ‌ Couples must see counsellor post-sex Anyone who does have sex in the villa must see a counsellor afterwards and can gain access to the morning after pill if needed. The contestants are also offered therapy when the show ends, with Love Island OG Amy Hart, previously praising producers, telling the Mirror the show 'saved her' with its 'exceptional' level of aftercare. A string of saucy singletons have had sex in the villa, including Jon Clark and Hannah Elizabeth, who 'christened' the villa when the show first aired in 2015 – with Jon declaring it was the 'best night of my life'. Meanwhile, in series two, Olivia and Alex Bowen had sex up to 30 times while Malin Andersson and Terry Walsh couldn't keep their hands off each other - and even did the deed in front of their housemates. ‌ The couple bizarrely decided to slide under their bed sheets in the middle of the day while in the middle of a conversation with the other islanders, but it was pretty obvious what they were up to. After dumping Malin, Terry moved on with Emma Jane Woodham who he brazenly had sex with on top of the covers in front of everyone. ‌ Speaking afterward in the Beach Hut, Emma admitted her dad wouldn't be impressed with her actions. She said: "Me and Terry had a bit of a kiss and a cuddle when we went upstairs last night. "My pops is very disapproving, so he won't like that very much." * Love Island 2025 starts tonight on ITV at 9pm

BBC Death Valley viewers 'switch off' over 'one of most annoying TV characters'

More info Death Valley has been hit with a wave of criticism, with viewers reportedly "switching off" just minutes into the third episode. The six-part drama, which aired its third instalment on Sunday, 8 June, stars Timothy Spall as John Chapel and Gwyneth Keyworth as DS Janie Mallowan, investigating the mysterious death of a best man. However, despite drawing in viewers, it was for all the wrong reasons. Disgruntled fans didn't hold back in criticising the show on social media, with one irate viewer exclaiming: "What on earth is this rubbish?". "#DeathValley No wonder everyone is talking about it... It's utter nonsense and woke to boot. Refund the BBC if this is the best they can churn out." Another unhappy fan voiced their disappointment: "Heard it was bad, but blimey it's horrendously bad. The lead lady is so irritating and the script is painfully unfunny. A new low for BBC Sunday night viewing, absolutely horrendous," reports the Mirror. For some, frustration reached its peak, leading them to switch off their televisions, as one viewer admitted: "Caught up with #DeathValley on BBC1. I love stuff starring Timothy Spall but just had to turn off after a few minutes due to the awful co-star detective played by Gwyneth Keyworth shouting all the time. She must be one of the most annoying TV characters ever." Another viewer was left thoroughly unimpressed, taking to social media to express their disdain: "#DeathValley on BBC1 is one of the worst programmes I've ever sat through!". Despite some harsh critiques, there are viewers who have found joy in the series, with one fan posting: "I know a lot of people seem to enjoy slagging off #DeathValley, and I admit that when I saw the initial trailer, I thought it looked poor. "However, having binged the series the other day, I can quash my original reticence and say that I loved it. Daft, funny, cosy and Welsh." Adding to the positive feedback, another viewer shared their enjoyment: "Enjoying #DeathValley too. It's Sunday night viewing and I remember 'By the Sword Divided' and 'The Pallisers' so this is quite fun." Despite a mix of reviews, Death Valley has managed to pull in impressive viewing figures, as reported by the BBC. The show's first episode, which aired on 25 May, drew in a significant 2.9 million viewers on BBC One. This strong debut marks the most successful launch for a new BBC Scripted Comedy in the last five years, surpassing Ludwig's premiere last September, which had an audience of 2.8 million.
