Lauryn Goodman's incredible £2.5million mansion bought by Kyle Walker for kids

Footballer Kyle Walker bought a £2.5million seaside mansion for his mistress Lauryn Goodman, the mother of two of his children, despite reportedly fighting to save his marriage to Annie Kilner England star Kyle Walker splashed out on a luxury mansion for his ex Lauryn Goodman, the mother of his two children, Kairo and Kinara. The 34-year-old AC Milan right-back shares four sons - Roman, Riaan, Reign and Rezon - with wife Annie Kilner, but also has two children with influencer Lauryn, 33. Lauryn brought their eldest, Kairo, now four, to watch his dad play for England against Denmark at the Euros in June 2024 - a match also attended by Annie. ‌ Last January, Annie announced she was taking time away from their marriage following the revelation of Kyle's second child with Lauryn, a daughter born in August 2023, who was initially only referred to publicly by the initials 'KW'. ‌ Walker previously gifted Annie a £250,000 engagement ring when they married in 2021 - a year after Kairo's birth in April 2020. But he also gifted his mistress Lauryn a £2.5million seven-bed mansion in 2023 in an exclusive area of East Sussex for her to live with their two children. The influencer was said to be "thrilled" with her new home and enjoyed renovating the property, splashing out £40,000 on bespoke curtains and blinds alone. Now, Kyle is thought to be back in Italy fighting to save his marriage to Annie. However, it seems that the defender will be forced to return to England following the news AC Milan will not be extending his stay. Speaking on The Kyle Walker Podcast, he said: "After I said my goodbyes, Pep [Guardiola] got up and spoke and said a really nice message to me, just saying thank you for everything. "But listen, it's not over. I'm just on loan here [AC Milan]. I've got to take that into consideration that I can go back [to Manchester City ]. Obviously, both parties need to come to an agreement come the end of the season." Lauryn did not publicly disclose her second child's name, or the father's identity, when her baby was born but it was soon revealed that Kyle was the father, with Lauryn recalling the exact moment she showed Annie a DNA test to prove it. "It had to be out in the open for all of our sakes," Lauryn said. ‌ Lauryn's failed court battle with the 34-year-old sports star saw her ask for £33,000 for an AC unit, £31,200 astroturf for her children, £20,000 for a furnishing fund, £70,000 for a new Mercedes GLE every three years, £14,750 for both children, and more. The judge considered many of her demands unreasonable and said she treated him like an 'open-ended chequebook'. She even wanted a car for her nanny - who doesn't even drive. Lauryn said she refuses to be defeated or silenced by Kyle and his wife Annie, and has now revealed her agony at their actions in a tell-all interview. "They're about to ruin me forever. I have two children that I need to support," she recently said. ‌ A source exclusively told the Mirror regarding her feud with Kyle: "Lauryn is known for attempting to control a narrative that suits her story - she has consistently sought public attention with staged shoots, trips to the Euros and constant social media goading around her brief encounters with Kyle. "Annie and Kyle are looking forward to a resolution of the whole situation and hope that this latest chapter brings them just that. All they want is to work on their relationship, in private, to see what the future holds for them and their young family but have been unable to with the glare of the media - often led by Lauryn." Kyle also has no relationship with the two children he shares with Lauryn due to her "behaviour." Throughout the Euros tournament, Lauryn would take her Instagram off private and share pictures and videos of her two children, often wearing football kits with 'Daddy' written on the back of them. She also jetted out to watch Kyle play in a match with Kairo, despite Walker allegedly refused to arrange tickets. ‌ A source telling the Mirror: "Lauryn and her children are welcome to enjoy the games and to go to watch the matches if they want to, but we would question why she wants to do it in such a public way. Contrary to previous reports, Kyle has not offered Lauryn any tickets, the people supporting him in the ground are his wife Annie and their children." In an interview, Kyle discussed the painful consequences of his actions. He told The Sun: "I do and I don't regret it. I regret not telling [Annie] because she had a right to know and that's the least I owe my best friend. I don't regret it selfishly because I got to spend days with my children." ‌ Lauryn's modern home, meanwhile, consists of wooden flooring, full-length windows and plain walls. She also has a huge reception room with a small sofa in the corner. The TV personality, whose Instagram account switches between being private and public, hasn't disclosed any images of the exterior of the house publicly. However, she often shares glimpses inside, which include a large cream sofa and a gigantic wall-mounted flat-screen television. A source told The Sun in September: "Kyle has spent so much on this house. It cost a fortune. Lauryn is obviously pleased Kyle has finally done the right thing. She wants the kids to feel happy and secure." The source explained Lauryn had been living with her mum for a while, "with both kids cramped in one room" and it hadn't "been easy". ‌ The source added: "It is an amazing house, she is thrilled. It's like something out of Footballers' Wives. It's massive." At the time, it was reported by the publication that Lauryn hadn't yet moved in. It's unknown if she has moved into the property since. The source claimed she had spent an "absolute fortune" making the place her own and worked with a "fancy interior designer". The luxury five-bedroom house reportedly has a large garden and terrace. Around the time of the purchase, Kyle reportedly moved out of his house with Annie and into a penthouse flat in Manchester city centre following a string of 'blazing rows'. A source told MailOnline: "We don't see much of Kyle since she threw him out at the end of August... She was really angry with him and called him all sorts of names." In January, Kyle broke his silence regarding the split and said: "Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I've caused her." A version of this story was first published in January 2024.

Walker praises Guardiola for including families in trophy celebrations

Kyle Walker has praised Pep Guardiola for making sure the families of the players and the staff were present when the team celebrated their successes. Walker, at AC Milan on loan, won six Premier League titles and a Champions League, along with numerous other cups, while playing under the tutelage of Guardiola. "Pep [Guardiola] is massive with that," Walker said on The Kyle Walker Podcast. "I think every trophy.... when we lift the trophy, he makes sure that all the families, all the kit men's families, their kids and everyone get to come on to the pitch, take a picture with the trophy - because it's not just our trophy. "We had all worked extremely hard throughout the season to get to where we wanted to get to. And nine times out of 10, we achieved that dream, especially in the Premier League, and they needed to enjoy the moment just as much as we did." Listen on BBC Sounds

AC Milan have made Kyle Walker transfer call after injury-hit Man City loan

Manchester City and England star Kyle Walker has spent the second half of the season on loan at AC Milan and the Rossoneri have yet to confirm whether he'll extend his stay AC Milan have decided they want Kyle Walker to stay at the San Siro, it has been claimed. The Manchester City has spent the second half of the season on loan in Italy, but questions had remained over his longer-term future. The 34-year-old has one more year on his City contract, and found himself on the fringes under Pep Guardiola in the first half of the campaign. He has been a regular starter for the Rossoneri when fit, though he has been eased back in of late following a broken arm. ‌ According to reports in Italy (via Sport Witness), Milan believe a bid of £3million will be enough for the England star. City added to their right-back options in January, with £34m man Abdukodir Khusanov alternating between the right and the middle of the back four, and Walker appears surplus to requirements. ‌ It's a different story in Serie A, though, where Walker has played 11 times. He also started both legs of Milan's Champions League knockout play-off against Feyenoord and played the full 90 in two Coppa Italia games - with Sergio Conceicao's team to take on Bologna in the final. The loan move also allowed him to prove to England boss Thomas Tuchel that he can still contribute for the Three Lions. Tuchel gave Walker minutes in both the March internationals, confirming every player called up was in with a chance of playing at next summer's World Cup. The optimism comes despite Walker appearing to leave the door open for a City return during an April edition of The Kyle Walker Podcast. "After I said my goodbyes, Pep got up and spoke and said a really nice message to me, just saying thank you for everything," he said. "But, listen, it's not over. I'm just on loan here. I've got to take that into consideration that I can go back. Obviously, both parties need to come to an agreement come the end of the season and listen, the chapter's not fully closed, but we'll see what happens." Conceicao talked up Walker's versatility before Milan took on Bologna in the league on Friday night, suggesting he's a viable option in a back three or at right wing-back. The veteran started on the bench, but came on as part of a triple change with Milan trailing 1-0 and was on the pitch as fellow sub Santi Gimenez scored twice in a 3-1 comeback win. A slow start under previous boss Paulo Fonseca left Milan out of the European picture, and they took a while to hit their stride in the league under Conceicao. However, a return of four wins from their last five outings leaves them with an outside shot at qualifying for Europe via their league position, while victory in the Coppa Italia final is another potential route in. 'He Facetimed me' - Walker's delight at Kompany and Kane's title win

As Bayern Munich were celebrating winning the Bundesliga title recently, former England defender Kyle Walker received a somewhat unexpected video call. "It was Vincent Kompany," he said on the The Kyle Walker podcast. "Me and Vinny are obviously still really good friends and he does FaceTime me probably once a month. And he FaceTimed me after the win." The current Bayern Munich boss was, of course, a team-mate of Walker's at Manchester City. Among those celebrating too was Harry Kane, who has also played alongside Walker for both England and Tottenham. "Harry was there with a pint of beer in his hand, which I was very, very impressed with," Walker added, saying he was delighted to see the Three Lions captain finally win the first trophy of his professional career. "It's probably a weight off his shoulders," Walker said. "To go there last season and not win it, and get beaten by a Leverkusen team that was very, very good, was probably a kick in the teeth for him. "He's been to two European Championship finals and had to walk past the trophy. He's played in cup finals, played one against me. We've played in a couple together at Tottenham and in semi-finals. "For him to then finally get a trophy, I think it's definitely more than deserved. At least no-one can start saying that anymore, that Harry Kane's not got a trophy. "He's got a trophy now and that's it. It's put to bed." Listen to The Kyle Walker Podcast Listen to the latest Football Daily podcast Get football news sent straight to your phone
