Former nightclub on sale for over £1.25 million
A once-popular part of Dunfermline's nightlife has gone on the market - but it will cost you more than £1million.
The venue has been changed in recent years but it played a significant part of Dunfermline's club scene until then.
Until recently, the large buildings at 29-35 Bruce Street were home to Collective, which included the 1703 Bier Helle, a restaurant called Dine 29, and 17 letting bedrooms.
Before that, it was Harlem, "potentially the only club in Dunfermline to have its own hot tub". Agent Christie & Co is marketing the premises, with offers over £1.25 million considered.

Air Canada faces potential strike as flight attendants vote
The union's bargaining committee is seeking a strike mandate to secure an industry-leading contract for its members. In a message, they emphasized that their 'strength lies' in collective power, stating, 'This is how we will show the company that we are united, serious, and will accept nothing less than the contract we deserve.' The airline noted that any strike would be subject to a 21-day cooling-off period, which only begins after a 60-day conciliation period expires. In the interim, Air Canada remains committed to reaching a deal. The airline aims for a 'fair and equitable collective agreement' that acknowledges flight attendants' contributions while supporting the company's 'competitiveness and long-term growth.' Despite ongoing efforts, including federal conciliation, key issues like pay, unpaid work, and pensions remain unresolved for the flight attendants' union. This contrasts with Air Canada's 5,400 pilots, who secured a nearly 42% cumulative wage increase over four years in a contract last October.

Former nightclub in Scots city on sale for over £1.25 million
Until recently, the large buildings at 29-35 Bruce Street were home to Collective, which included the 1703 Bier Helle, a restaurant called Dine 29, and 17 letting bedrooms. Before that, it was Harlem, potentially the only club in Dunfermline to ever have its own hot tub. Agents Christie & Co are marketing the premises, with offers over £1,250,000 considered. Read More Rightmove describes it as 'mainly a Victorian style church which has been substantially extended to the rear' and 'a two-storey modern building under a pitched and tiled roof.' The area was once a thriving spot where clubgoers would be seen spilling out onto the street, but in recent years empty units have become commonplace. Just down the road, the former home of Citizen has been empty for some time, and as far as drinking spots in the street go, only the Bruce Tavern remains.
