Last Updated: Captured in a video, Aryan Khan is seen engaging in a friendly match, sweating it out for a productive day off. Fans got a rare glimpse into Aryan Khan 's life off-screen as the soon-to-be director was spotted playing paddle tennis with friends over the weekend. Captured in a video, he is seen engaging in a friendly match, sweating it out for a productive day off. With all his focus on the game and energetic presence on the ground, Aryan showcased both his love for the sport and fitness, leaving fans gushing over him. Keeping it comfortable, Aryan sported an athleisure look in a white T-shirt and black shorts, complete with sneakers. Aryan Khan's casual time out with friends comes amid rising anticipation for his directorial debut. Titled Ba***ds of Bollywood, the Netflix series is said to be a satirical take on the Hindi film industry, with many renowned names expected to make a cameo. The story follows the journey of an outsider and his friends as they navigate the 'chaotic, larger-than-life, yet uncertain world" of Indian cinema. The release date of the show is yet to be announced. Produced under Aryan's father Shah Rukh Khan's production house, the show also features Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan in cameo appearances, as Saif Ali Khan recently confirmed at Waves Summit 2025. The actor was speaking with Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos when he said, 'I have to say I saw a little bit of that show as well," adding, 'It looked fantastic. My kids have done a little appearance in it." Ted, too, added to the anticipation, as he said, 'We have a show called The Ba***ds of Bollywood coming up that is really fun, and I am going to leave the audience to try to figure out the title completely, but it is so fun. I am four episodes in." Even Karan Johar has spoken highly of Aryan Khan's talent, lauding his work in the most anticipated series. In a chat with Raj Shamani, the filmmaker said, 'I don't know if I'm even supposed to say this, but I have a huge belief in Aryan Khan's directorial talent. I don't want to say anything about his Netflix show, because he'll get very angry, but all I'll say is this: watch out. If there is a King, there will be a Prince. I can say this with confidence, because I've seen the show." While fans await the show's release date, it has been reported that Aryan Khan might skip the promotional events for the series. Ryan Coogler has no 'intention' of making Sinners sequel

Washington DC [US], June 2 (ANI): After the blockbuster success of 'Sinners', the fans of this horror-drama have been earnestly hoping for its sequel as per the current trend in the film industry. The director of the movie, Ryan Coogler, has now expressed his intentions of not making a sequel to the movie, reported Variety. In a recent interview with Ebony Magazine, as quoted by Variety, Coogler, who has helmed mega-franchise blockbusters like 'Black Panther' and 'Creed,' said he "never" thought about making a follow-up to his enormously successful vampire thriller, 'Sinners'. The director shared the inspiration behind his movie while highlighting that his "intention" was always to make a "holistic and finished" thing. "I've been in a space of making franchise films for a bit, so I wanted to get away from that. I was looking forward to working on a film that felt original and personal to me and had an appetite for delivering something to audiences that was original and unique," said Coogler as quoted by Variety. He continued, "I wanted the movie to feel like a full meal: your appetisers, starters, entrees and desserts, I wanted all of it there. I wanted it to be a holistic and finished thing. That was how I was asked all about it. That was always my intention," as quoted by Variety. In a recent sit-down with Variety, Coogler elaborated on how "Sinners" perfectly aligns with his favourite type of movies. While talking about 'Sinners', the director said, "This film is very much me. I love anything supernatural. I'm in. I like stories about communities, about neighbourhoods, about archetypes. And I love period anything. So, when you layer those things together, that does it for me," as quoted by Variety. According to the outlet, 'Sinners' recently crossed 350 million USD at the global box office, which places the movie in the top 10 highest-grossing movies of the year. The film follows brothers Smoke and Stack, both played by frequent Coogler collaborator Michael B. Jordan. As the enterprising twins return to their home in Mississippi to open a music hall, they find their new business under siege by a horde of vampires. Other members of the expansive cast include Miles Caton, Hailee Steinfeld, Delroy Lindo, Jack O'Connell, Andrene Ward-Hammond, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller and more. (ANI)

The 43-year-old widow of NBA legend Kobe Bryant posted a series of Rihanna memes to quash speculation about her having a fifth child with an unidentified 27-year-old boyfriend. Addressing days of baseless gossip, Vanessa posted a meme of Rihanna floating in water, snorkel mask on, flipping the middle finger, captioned, 'Me protecting my peace, not pregnant & having fun all summer.' I don't care what you have… I just have deep respect for people with pure hearts and good intentions.' Vanessa Bryant is the mother to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri and the late Gianna, who died in the helicopter crash with her father, Kobe. Reacting to rumors about her being pregnant, one social media user on Saturday wrote: 'Vanessa Bryant is pregnant by a 27 year old basketball player. Kobe gave his life, ruined family relationships behind this woman and just 5 years after the death of the man she spent over 20 years with, you get pregnant by another professional player 16 years younger than you. There are no rules out here fellas." "So rumor has it that Vanessa Bryant (Kobe Bryant's Widow) is pregnant which I don't believe but even it was true. In the vows it say 'til death do us part'. Kobe passed away 5 years ago!!!!" a second one said on X, platform formerly known as Twitter.
