Babymonster amassed 200 million views on YouTube with the performance video for 'Sheesh,' label YG Entertainment said Monday.
It is the group's first dance video to reach the milestone and the fifth overall after the music videos for 'Sheesh,' 'Batter Up,' 'Forever' and 'Drip.'
'Sheesh' is the main track from its first EP, "Babymons7er." The performance video was uploaded in April last year, four days after the album's release.
In the meantime, the seven-member act is poised to bring out the single 'Hot Sauce' next week, which will be part of its next mini album due out in October.
Over the weekend, Babymonster will perform concerts in Taipei, the final stop on the Asian leg of the 'Hello Monsters' tour, which will resume in Canada on Aug. 30.

Blackpink to unveil new song at Goyang concert

Blackpink''s latest song to be performed at first 'Deadline' world tour show Blackpink is set to release a new song for the first time in two years and eight months, ahead of its full-group return. According to YG Entertainment, Blackpink will unveil a new track during the first show of its upcoming world tour 'Deadline,' which will take place at Goyang Sports Complex on July 5–6. YG Entertainment stated that after much deliberation over the best way to announce the new release, they decided it would be most meaningful to premiere the song at the Goyang concert — the tour starting point, symbolizing a reunion with fans. The official release date of the track has not yet been confirmed. Details about the new song — including its title, genre and concept — remain under wraps. However, reports that Blackpink is filming a music video in Korea have heightened fans' curiosity. YG confirmed that the video shoot began on June 6, saying, 'This will be another iconic music video that encapsulates Blackpink's identity and musical essence.' Blackpink's most recent release was its second studio album, "Born Pink," dropped in September 2022. Aside from the game soundtrack "The Girls," the upcoming new track will mark the group's first new song in nearly three years. The 'Deadline' tour will begin in Goyang and continue with 31 shows across 16 cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York and Paris.

New Babymonster single drops next week

Babymonster will be releasing 'Hot Sauce' on July 1, label YG Entertainment said Monday. The catchy, old school hip-hop tune is a throwback to the 80s and will be a great summer listen, said Yang Hyun-suk, the label's head chief executive producer. The single will give fans a taste of the group's next EP, due out in October, with another prerelease scheduled to be dropped in September. However, only six members will be promoting the upcoming single. Since last month, Rami has been taking time off due to health reasons. The main vocalist has been absent from the Asian leg of the group's 'Hello Monsters' tour, which wraps up in Taipei this weekend. The tour will resume in Toronto, Canada, on Aug. 30.
