Halifax food stand business still running hot after 30 years
Don Muszalski's hot dog business has been going strong in Halifax for 30 years. He soon set up shop on Spring Garden Road, establishing Dogs on Wheels as one of the top spots for an outdoor snack. 'Best hot dogs, best conversation,' said customer Colin Lewis. 'Honestly, it's one of the greatest spots in the city. If you need a snack, that nice lunch rush meal, Don's always ready to go.' Muszalski's grill skills have kept him in business for three decades, despite significant setbacks like a global pandemic. 'The worst two years was COVID,' he said. 'That was not easy to survive. 'But I had the good years, bad years, you know, up and down like every business.' Despite his lengthy career in the food business, Muszalski has no intention of closing his grill anytime soon. 'I have to sell a few more hot dogs before,' he said. Hot dog business Don Muszalski's hot dog business has been going strong in Halifax for 30 years.
