Monday saw a couple of shocks in the last 16, with Brazilian side Fluminense beating Inter Milan 2-0 before an even greater upset.
Saudi outfit Al-Hilal stunned the Premier League's Manchester City, taking them to extra time in Orlando, where they emerged with a 4-3 victory.
Chelsea are now hot favourites in that half of the draw as they take on Palmeiras in he quarter-finals, while Fluminense and Al-Hilal meet.
The winner of Real Madrid vs Juventus will take on either Borussia Dortmund or Monterrey in the last eight, with the other quarter-final a tasty affair between PSG and Bayern Munich.
Juventus are looking to bounce back from a 5-2 mauling from Manchester City in their last group stage game, which halted their early momentum in America.
Real Madrid come into the game after back-to-back wins, having drawn their opening game in the tournament with Al-Hilal.
The match kicks off at 8pm UK time at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida, which is 3pm local time.
The game will be streamed live on DAZN, which you will need a subscription to watch but it is available to sign up for at no cost.
This is not one of the games being shown on Channel 5.

'Xabi is a very nice person, he has a great way of talking to the players,' said the England star. 'For me, the thing that attracts me about him is his energy towards football. He is very active. He is moving, he gets involved so he can see and feel the game better. When you see a coach like that, you feel drawn to his energy.'
On the manager's style of play, he added: 'With this new style we want to play between the lines, we want to have control, but Xabi says we shouldn't lose the ability to attack the goal when we have the opportunity to speed up the game—we want to take advantage of that. We want to have control during the game.'
The Juventus manager said: 'Real Madrid are always strong in these tournaments, I expect a difficult match against a team that has great qualities and has always shown its value in every competition.
'We have prepared, we want to play our cards and get through to the next round. I explained to the lads that these are the best matches to play . Everyone wants to beat Real Madrid and we want to try too. You have to live it this way, also showing great courage . Even if at the moment they are stronger than us, we have developed a strategy to try to beat them.'

The Telegraph report adds that Chelsea would be willing to listen to offers for the 23-year-old with Arsenal known to be admirers. The Gunners are looking to revamp their attacking options this summer, and are growing closer towards completing a deal for the Sporting Lisbon forward Viktor Gyokeres, who has emerged as their main striker target ahead of RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko. The Gunners are also being strongly linked with a move for Madueke's England international team-mate Eberechi Eze, who is said to be open to leaving Crystal Palace to return to a club where he was on the books as a youngster. Chelsea have also been linked with Manchester United's Alejandro Garnacho, Eintracht Frankfurt's Hugo Ekitike and West Ham star Mohammed Kudus this summer, with any move for one or more of those players putting the Stamford Bridge futures of Madueke, Jackson and/or Nkunku in peril.
