BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) is hosting a free Small Business Expo open to the public.
Shreveport mourns loss of victims in tragic house fire
According to a press release, the Expo supports and celebrates local entrepreneurship while connecting aspiring business professionals with valuable educational and financial resources. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
Network with local entrepreneurs and small business owners
Explore vendor booths featuring products and services from area businesses
Attend a financial literacy session hosted by JP Morgan Chase at 11 a.m.
Learn about BPCC's business programs and scholarship opportunities
The release added that BPCC's College of Business and Information Technology faculty will be available to discuss the college's associate and certificate programs, which are aligned with industry-based certifications (IBCs) to prepare students for success in today's workforce.
