What To Say If You Get Tongue-Tied During Phone Sex

Refinery2915-07-2025
You're all revved up and ready to have phone sex with your partner, and then the phone rings and all you can think of saying is, "I wanna li-li-li-lick you from your head to your toes, and I wanna move from the bed, down to the, down to the to the floor." Phone conversations are hard, particularly when you're supposed to sound sexy.
How to initiate phone sex?
There's no set way to do it, but it comes down to communication. It's completely normal to get tongue-tied during phone sex, and you don't have to face-palm yourself if you feel this way, says Ashley Manta, a former phone sex operator and author of A Feminist's Guide To Phone Sex. "We are conditioned from an early age to experience pleasure quickly and silently, due to most of us growing up in households where masturbation required stealth and speed," Manta says. "Identifying and articulating our sexual needs is a learned skill, and one that takes practice."
What to say when having phone sex?
And having a list of phrases to say before you start isn't dumb, it's brilliant, Manta says. "One of the ways phone sex is easier than in-person dirty talk is that it gives you the flexibility to have a cheat sheet in front of you in case you get stuck," she says. You can think of it as a Mad Libs exercise, but for sex. "Phone sex is an exercise in improv, self awareness, and communication," she says. "It can definitely feel awkward until you start to get the hang of it."
So, the next time you don't know what to say, try one of these tantalising, roll-off-the-tongue phrases from Mantas' book and other phone sex operators in the business.

‘Love Island USA's Miguel Explains Why He Unfollowed Louis

Love Island USA star Miguel Harichi has entered the chat. In a recent Instagram Story, Miguel explained why he unfollowed his friend—Too Hot to Handle alum and current Perfect Match cast member Louis Russell—on Instagram, and he defended his girlfriend Leah Kateb for doing the same, making it clear that this has nothing to do with Huda Mustafa. And if that sentence sounds a little like a reality TV show Mad Libs, allow me to explain. On July 31, Louis went public with a new romance with Huda, a fan favorite of Love Island USA season 7. Soon after, Love Island USA season 6 alums Leah, Serena Page, and JaNa Craig all unfollowed Louis, which caused Huda fans to accuse them of bullying her. Among Leah's critics was Louis' friend and fellow Too Hot to Handle alum Isaac Francis, who went live on Twitch over the weekend. During Isaac's live, he took a lengthy phone call with Miguel—unmuted. In a clip that has subsequently gone viral, Isaac accused Leah of getting mad at Louis specifically for dating 'a girl she doesn't even know,' which fans took as a reference to Huda, resulting in even more hate towards Leah. Leah reportedly defended herself in the comments, clarifying that she has no problem with Huda and wishes her well. 'I pray she protects her energy. From all kinds of people,' she wrote. 'There's many reasons why WE all unfollowed Louis... Huda isn't one of them and never was.' She went on to accuse Isaac of taking a phone call from Miguel on live for 'clout,' something Miguel seemed to echo in his Instagram Story addressing the drama. 'People I called my friends feeling as though they have the right to talk on my relationship so negatively in such a public manner with no regard for how this might affect my girls [sic] mental,' Miguel wrote. 'Making assumptions without first understanding reasons behind certain actions and using that to let people drag her name and drag my relationship is disgusting!' Miguel continued, defending Leah. 'Leah and the girls didn't unfollow Louis because he was dating Huda, they did it because as women the reasoning behind why he was dating her didn't sit right with them,' he wrote. 'Whether or not they are truly falling for each other at this point I couldn't care less. I wish them nothing but peace, but my road is my own and I would prefer if my name and my girl's name no longer crossed into their world.' Huda, make of these red flags what you will.

Does Taylor Swift make a cameo in 'Happy Gilmore 2' with Travis Kelce?

Here's what we know about Happy Gilmore 2: It is a very funny sequel to the original Adam Sandler golf movie, and there are A TON of cameos in it from celebrities, golfers and Sandlers. One of those cameos belongs to Travis Kelce, who makes an appearance and gets honey rubbed on him by Bad Bunny while the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has his shirt off, which is one heck of a Mad Libs sentence to write. Which brings us to the question you want to know about: is Taylor Swift in the movie too if her boyfriend -- who just dropped some Instagram photos of them -- is? The answer is: Nope. No Taylor Swift in there. Sadly, she's not in the movie, although that would have been fun. Here's the Travis Kelce and Bad Bunny scene with the honey in Happy Gilmore 2 Enjoy. LOL!
