Richard Wilkins has been mocked by his fans after posting a seemingly innocent selfie on Instagram.
The entertainment reporter, 71, sat alongside legendary singers Iva Davies and Jimmy Barnes on a staircase in the image - but it was his feet that commanded attention.
Richard opted to go without socks or shoes for the iconic image, which deeply amused many of his followers.
'Did Iva and Jimmy steal your shoes?' joked one person in the comments section.
'Rocking the McCartney no shoes look!' another chimed in, while one more said, 'Where ya shoes, Richard?'

'Put your toes away Richard, it's freaky,' yet one more said, with someone else commenting, 'Nice shoes Dicky.'
In his caption alongside the image, Richard wrote: 'I knew we should've kept the band together! We would've given Hanson a real run for their money!
'Congratulations on 40 years. This tour will be EPIC!' he added, referring to Barnes' Working Class Man 40th Anniversary Tour, where Davies' band Icehouse will be special guests.
It comes after Delta Goodrem left Wilkins looking red-faced, after hinting at his wild antics at her lavish wedding to Matthew Copley in Malta last month.
The Australian singer, 40, appeared on Today on Tuesday, and was asked by co-host Karl Stefanovic if Wilkins 'behaved' himself at the ceremony.
'I can't confirm or deny!' Delta responded.
The camera then captured Wilkins looking visibly embarrassed as he turned away and covered his mouth with his hand.
'Hey, Dickie looks worried!' co-host Sarah Abo quipped, before asking the veteran presenter: 'Is there anything you would like to tell us?'

'Geez, stitch-up Tuesday! Even when you are on the other side of the world,' Wilkins cheekily responded, before conducting a field report from California.
While in Malta for the wedding, Wilkins stripped down to his striped boardshorts for a dip alongside girlfriend Mia Hawkswell.
He showed off his beach body before giving Mia a cuddle in the water as the two giggled together during a soak.
Mia was flaunting her fit physique in a chic black bikini and appeared to go makeup-free for the outing.
Delta and Matthew exchanged vows in the historic St Paul's Cathedral in Mdina, which was built in the 12th century.
The star-studded guest list included Channel Nine presenter Renee Bargh and Wilkins' influencer son, Christian.

Kelly Clarkson cancels Las Vegas residency dates over ex-husband's illness

Kelly Clarkson is taking a pause from the spotlight to focus on her family during a difficult time. The American Idol champion, 43, announced in February that she would be taking up a residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, following in the footsteps of Celine Dion, Adele, Madonna, and Sir Elton John. But the Grammy-winning singer and talk show host has now announced that she is postponing the August dates of her Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The move, she said in a social media post, is due to health issues her ex-husband is experiencing. 'While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children's father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them,' Clarkson wrote. 'I appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding.' The postponed shows were scheduled for August 8-9 and residency is expected to resume in November, with performances set for the 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th. According to Caesars Palace, fans with tickets to the postponed shows can hold onto them for newly announced 2026 dates or request a refund within 30 days. This isn't the first disruption in Clarkson's schedule this year. Earlier in 2025, she missed ten episodes of The Kelly Clarkson Show without explanation, prompting speculation about the cause of her absence. Additionally, at the beginning of July, she cancelled a Vegas show just 90 minutes before she was due to take to the stage. She began in a statement to her Instagram followers: 'We have been working 24/7 to make Studio Sessions the most intimate and extraordinary experience with and for my incredible fans. 'I am beyond grateful that you always show up for me and I am devastated to have to postpone tonight and tomorrow's opening at Caesars. 'The prep and rehearsals have taken a toll on my voice. I want the shows to be perfect for y'all and I need to protect myself from doing serious damage so I am taking this weekend and next week to rest up so that we can deliver what you all deserve.' Now, her newest statement suggests that behind the scenes, she's been navigating more than just a packed schedule. Clarkson shares two children – daughter River Rose and son Remington Alexander – with ex Brandon Blackstock. The pair married in 2013 and separated in 2020, with their divorce finalized in 2022 after a protracted legal battle. While Clarkson has largely kept the details of her family life private, glimpses into her post-divorce reality have surfaced in recent interviews. In a January 2024 conversation with People, Clarkson described the split as 'extraordinarily hard.' 'You feel alone,' she said, 'and it's just a blessing to be able to have that outlet for those emotions that are overwhelming,' referencing her confessional album Chemistry, which explores heartbreak. On a March 2025 episode of Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie podcast, Clarkson opened up further about the emotional toll of co-parenting, revealing how her children seem to give more leeway to their father when he's absent. 'Even from a young age, we didn't teach them, just innately you're like . . . he's allowed to be somewhere, but you're not?' she said. 'That is like real interesting.' More Trending She added, with a touch of sarcasm: 'Co-parenting is fun! It's like, 'Oh, he couldn't come cause of this.' I'm like, 'OK, cool. What! Do you think I just leave and just sit in the park all day?'' Clarkson's divorce from Blackstock, who once served as her manager, was complex. In March 2023, she was awarded $2.6million in a dispute over improper commissions paid to Blackstock, after a California ruling found that he had secured deals that should have gone through her licensed talent agents at CAA. Though both parties reached a confidential settlement in May 2024, the saga had dragged on for years. For now, though, Clarkson is putting her role as a mother ahead of her on-stage duties. While some fans expressed disappointment at the delay, many have rallied around her with support, echoing her message of prioritising family first. Got a story? We can't help our bodies sometimes. You know, we get sick, and that happens. "But thank y'all for showing up. We are so excited. This is my favourite residency, my favourite show I've ever put together, because I love being in the studio."

Calls for 90s tattoo necklace to return as Maya Jama and Millie Bobby Brown join trend

People have called for the black choker necklace to make a comeback for the second time after Maya Jama was seen wearing the nostalgic piece in the final episode of Love Island: Aftersun Maya Jama strutted onto Love Island Aftersun channelling her inner Majorcan goddess, in a black netted one-shoulder floor-length gown, her hair tied into a ponytail and her neck graced with a simple necklace. To my surprise, she'd opted for a thin black piece of fabric around her neck. Lo' and behold, the return of the choker necklace. ‌ Chokers have been around for decades and date as far back as the late 19th century. They've re-emerged several times, in the 1920s and 1940s and most notably in the 1990s in line with punk, grunge, and alternative culture. Drew Barrymore, Winona Ryder and Gwen Stefani were among the many celebrities getting involved with the choker trend. ‌ Then in the mid 2010s, the choker made yet another resurgence among young people on social media platforms like Tumblr and Instagram, and now it seems Maya is steamrolling their return again 10 years later. It comes as The Mirror recapped Love Island 2025's shocking moments during second most complained about series. ‌ READ MORE: 'I switched my perfume to a cheaper alternative - and I've never had so many compliments' Maya wasn't the only one sporting the retro look, Millie Bobby Brown blew her Gen Z fans away with the 'new' accessory in a selection of promotional snaps from her most recent shoot with Essentia Watera, opting for a tattoo net black choker necklace, which, if you were a 90s or 2010s teen, you'll be all too familiar with. ‌ Lily Gladstone stayed true to her choker, telling People Magazine that she still wears the same one she bought in middle school. 'The necklace that Chloe wears, the black choker that's kind of stretchy and looks like a neck tattoo,' Gladstone said last year. 'I still have mine from middle school and I definitely rock it whenever I can.' Ariana Grande, Zoe Saldana and Elle Fanning wore diamond encrusted ones at the Oscars earlier this year. But for those on a tight budget, don't fret, it looks like the black plastic, painfully tight, interlaced chokers are making a retro revival. The #chokernecklace tag currently has over 180k videos on TikTok. In one viral video from last year, creator @daniellemarcan wished for the traditional black choker necklace to make a comeback. Another user in the comments confirmed they never stopped wearing theirs and said "Have been wearing the same one since 2018." A third user shared a TikTok video wearing hers, writing the caption: "Petition to bring choker necklaces back!!" Help us improve our content by completing the survey below.
