Meanwhile, Vaani Kapoor was to play the female lead opposite Fawad Khan in his comeback Indian film, Abir Gulaal. All the posts and videos relating to the film vanished from her profile after Fawad's Instagram account, along with few other Pakistani artists, were blocked in India after the ghastly terror attack in Pahalgam. Indian authorities have also imposed a ban on the film's release within the country. Though Vaani expressed her furore over the attack on Instagram, she has yet to issue a statement about the future of her film.
