Andrew Garfield's Viral Fan Encounter After NSFW Tweet

Andrew Garfield's Viral Fan Encounter After NSFW Tweet

Buzz Feed5 hours ago

Andrew Garfield came face-to-face with the woman who wrote a playful, sexually charged comment about him years ago.
Four years ago, Andrew was brave enough to participate in our hilariously naughty series, Thirst Tweets, where we have celebrities read NSFW tweets that fans have written about them online.
The video is a gem because he responded to the lustful comments in a way that only proves why we're such big supporters of him in the first place. But there was one tweet that stopped him in his tracks, and it read, "I want andrew garfield to smash a laptop on my tits."
It took him through a roller coaster of emotions, and rightfully so, but watching it all play out was entertainment in itself.
"I'm not gonna do that," he said. "I draw the line...NOPE! Like, this is like pro tip, and also, like, boundaries. Like, if anyone says, 'I wanna smash a laptop on your breasts," just say, 'Get out of my house.'"
Well, imagine his surprise when he ran into the author of that graphic tweet at an event he was speaking at. On Thursday, the We Live in Time star participated in a Q&A at the Pilton Palais Cinema during day two of the Glastonbury festival 2025 in England.
The now-viral moment was shared on Reddit, and his response is probably why:
"I really did think that... I can't look you in the eye [laughs]," Andrew began saying. "It's so funny. There was a tweet. Can I say it? Am I allowed?" The woman replied, "Yeah." To which Andrew said, "Consent. Informed consent."
"I had to read a bunch of tweets about me being kind of like sexually objectified online basically, and one of them, which got me big was, 'I want andrew garfield to smash a laptop on my tits.'" The audience erupted in laughter as he continued to say, "And that is in the room with us tonight [laughs]."
"Honestly, one of the more creative sex acts I can imagine. I haven't imagined participating in that. I'm not. I refuse. But happy to meet you, and you're very creative...and sick. You're sick [laugh]."
This honestly sounds like something out of a movie, and I love how Andrew handled it. You can watch the full interaction here.

Robbie Williams teases Glastonbury performance 30 years after his infamous first visit

It's been suggested that Robbie Williams could be making an appearance at Glastonbury, 30 years after the singer left Take That and headed to Worthy Farm for a wild weekend of partying with Oasis. Posting on Instagram this morning, the singer shared an image of a tongue-in-cheek blue plaque that has been posted in the festival's hospitality area to mark the three-decade milestone of his trip. '1995. Robbie Williams entered this area without accreditation, authorisation, or alignment with prevailing taste. His presence was uninvited, unofficial and ultimately inevitable,' reads the plaque. There's no indication that Robbie is actually on site, but the plaque hasn't stopped fans from speculating about whether a performance could be on the cards. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Robbie Williams (@robbiewilliams) 'Can't cope soooooo excited please please please,' wrote one fan on Instagram. Another said: 'If it already being Friday wasn't enough to pop a smile on your face… we get this!! How exciting.' Williams' trip to the festival in 1995 saw him wearing a distinctive red tracksuit with white stripes, which has become the cover image for his new album Britpop. He also played the event in 1998. Reviewing Robbie's show at the Emirates Stadium earlier this month, we hailed it as 'one of the most thrilling stadium shows of the year'. Today marks day three of Glastonbury 2025, with The 1975 headlining the festival for the first time ever this evening. Check back at for all the latest news.
