Robbie Williams teases Glastonbury performance 30 years after his infamous first visit
It's been suggested that Robbie Williams could be making an appearance at Glastonbury, 30 years after the singer left Take That and headed to Worthy Farm for a wild weekend of partying with Oasis.
Posting on Instagram this morning, the singer shared an image of a tongue-in-cheek blue plaque that has been posted in the festival's hospitality area to mark the three-decade milestone of his trip.
'1995. Robbie Williams entered this area without accreditation, authorisation, or alignment with prevailing taste. His presence was uninvited, unofficial and ultimately inevitable,' reads the plaque.
There's no indication that Robbie is actually on site, but the plaque hasn't stopped fans from speculating about whether a performance could be on the cards.

'Can't cope soooooo excited please please please,' wrote one fan on Instagram. Another said: 'If it already being Friday wasn't enough to pop a smile on your face… we get this!! How exciting.'
Williams' trip to the festival in 1995 saw him wearing a distinctive red tracksuit with white stripes, which has become the cover image for his new album Britpop. He also played the event in 1998.
Reviewing Robbie's show at the Emirates Stadium earlier this month, we hailed it as 'one of the most thrilling stadium shows of the year'.
Today marks day three of Glastonbury 2025, with The 1975 headlining the festival for the first time ever this evening. Check back at RollingStone.co.uk for all the latest news.

Lauren Sánchez made this subtle change after marrying Jeff Bezos
Lauren Sánchez is making changes already after tying the knot with Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos. The couple officially wed at their lavish, star-studded ceremony in Venice, Italy, on Friday, June 27. The bride wore a Dolce & Gabbana silhouette dress for the occasion. The philanthropist made the marriage official in the modern way: on social media. Sánchez shifted her display name to "Lauren Sánchez Bezos" and Instagram handle to @laurensanchezbezos hours after she was spotted making her way to the wedding ceremony. Eagle-eyed wedding onlookers noticed that the former guest cohost of ABC talk show "The View" also made another subtle change: Only three photos remain on her Instagram feed as of June 27. Sanchez, 55, and Bezos, 61, had fans watching and waiting for them to tie the knot in an extraordinarily luxurious Venice wedding, after multiple days of A-list nuptial events. Cameras captured the couple departing for the ceremony: Two hours after his fiancée boarded the boat, Bezos was snapped waving to the crowd during the spectacle. Sánchez, who was pictured boarding a sleek motorboat from the luxe Aman hotel to head to her wedding ceremony, donned her designer dress away from the paparazzi cameras, choosing a wedding gown with a high-neck, adorned with 180 silk chiffon-covered priest buttons. She paired it with a tulle-and-lace veil, inspired by a similar veil that iconic Italian actress Sophia Loren wore in the 1958 film "Houseboat," according to a Vogue magazine exclusive. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez set to tie the knot in wedding ceremony: Live updates A-list guests from the couple's orbit were spotted by photographers on the way to the ceremony including sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian, their youngest sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner and family matriarch Kris Jenner; R&B superstar Usher; Oprah Winfrey; model Brooks Nader; Leonardo DiCaprio and his model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti; and Bezos' fellow billionaire Bill Gates. The couple's controversial luxury Venetian wedding will have no legal status under Italian law, suggesting the couple may have already legally wed in the United States, avoiding the bureaucracy associated with an Italian marriage. Bezos' multimillion-dollar affair has drawn ire online and in person, as protests erupt in the region calling for the Blue Origin owner to pay more in taxes amid global frustrations about class and wealth divides. Celebrities at Glastonbury 2025: All the famous faces spotted at the festival, from Andrew Garfield to Margot Robbie
The 2025 Glastonbury Festival is well underway, with hundreds of thousands of people gathering on Worthy Farm in Somerset to see performances from the likes of The 1975, Neil Young, Olivia Rodrigo, Charli XCX, Rod Stewart and Alanis Morissette. In addition to the hundreds of announced artists, the weekend has also held a number of surprises, with Friday alone seeing surprise performances from Lorde and Lewis Capaldi, the latter making an emotional return two years after a performance at the festival saw him struggle to manage his Tourette's symptoms. However, a number of other celebrities have been spotted on the festival site as they attend as music fans or as participants in the festival's various debates and Q& talks at the Pilton Palais cinema include appearances from Paul Mescal, Andrew Garfield, Taron Egerton, Tilda Swinton, Ncuti Gatwa and Edgar Wright. Garfield reportedly left the crowd flustered by reading out sexual tweets shared about him. Hilariously, he came face-to-face with a writer of one such tweet that left the Spider-Man actor in hysterics when he first read it. The actor, who is a regular Glastonbury attendee, appeared after a screening of his film We Live in Time. Barbie star Margot Robbie also made a Q & A appearance at the Pilton Palais cinema talking about the 2024 coming-of-age comedy My Old Ass, which she worked on as a producer. i'm deaddd — m (@ANDREWG4RFlELD) June 26, 2025 Numerous celebrities also took part in the Letters Live performance on the Greenpeace stage on Friday, which is a staged reading show celebrating literary correspondence. Famous faces taking part included Simon Pegg, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paapa Essiedu, Bella Ramsey, Andrew Scott, Sophie Hunter, Ambika Mod, Caitlin Moran and James Norton. His old bandmate Harry Styles, has also been seen on site. The Independent's reporters on the ground have also spotted Emma Corrin, Aimee Lou Wood, Harris Dickinson, Rose Gray, Taron Egerton, Eddie Redmayne, Lily Allen and Dominic West enjoying the festivities. Other names that have been snapped at Glastonbury inclue Saffron Hocking, Idris Elba, Holly Willoughby, Mahalia, Dominic Cooper, Gemma Chan, Pixie Geldof, Monica Barbaro, Lily James, Billie Piper, Joseph Quinn, Daisy Lowe and Mia Regan. Elsewhere, former Doctor Who actor Peter Capaldi also made it on stage when he made a surprise cameo during Franz Ferdinand's performance on the Other Stage, joining the Scottish indie band for their hit song 'Take Me Out'. Music royalty have also been spotted out and about, with Paul McCartney spotted watching Inhaler, Dhani Harrison and Gracie Abrams. Noel Gallagher has also reportedly been seen ahead of Oasis's huge reunion tour, which is due to kick off next week.
