In a statement, Kyle said: "I fully cooperated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident.
"I am not a violent person and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation."
The 23-year-old water operative from Stafford, in the West Midlands, previously told ITV that he was looking for "someone that's fun, confident and just themselves".
When asked if host Maya Jama would hire or fire him on his flirting skills alone, Kyle said: "Id say I'd be hired. I just go with it, find something to compliment a girl on and go from there."
The 2025 line-up was confirmed yesterday (Tuesday, June 3) as a new group of singletons look for love.

EastEnders star suspended by BBC after disabled slur on Strictly set
The singer, who performed in the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Of The Opera and also won 2023's Celebrity MasterChef, told The Sun on Sunday earlier this month that the Strictly comment was not sexual or directed at one of the female cast but was a nickname for fellow contestant Borthwick.

Jamie Borthwick suspended from EastEnders after using disabled slur
EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick has been suspended from the BBC soap, on which he plays Jay Brown, after being captured using a disabled slur. The 2024 Strictly Come Dancing star is believed to have made the offensive remark while in Blackpool last November. Jamie was recorded on a mobile phone on the set of Strictly as they filmed in the iconic Tower Ballroom. Describing the people of seaside town Blackpool, he used the term 'm********s', which was condemned by Blackpool Council's Tory group leader Paul Galley, who called it a 'shocking' and 'horrible' comment. Consequently, the BBC issued a statement to The Sun on Sunday: 'This language is entirely unacceptable and in no way reflects the values or standards we hold and expect at the BBC. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your show in the link we'll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you. 'We have robust processes in place for this.' As per the publication, Jamie, who joined EastEnders in 2006, has now been suspended from the BBC. Jamie also issued an apology, saying: 'I want to apologise sincerely and wholeheartedly for the words I used in the video showing my reaction to making it through Blackpool week on Strictly. 'I am deeply sorry for any offence and upset my words and actions have caused. 'It is no excuse, but I did not fully understand the derogatory term I used and its meaning. That is on me completely. 'Now I am aware, I am deeply embarrassed to have used the term and directed it in the way I did. It was wrong.' He continued: 'When I made the video, I was excited and caught up in the moment. 'Again, that is no excuse. But my regrettable actions are not a true reflection of my views or who I am. 'I enjoyed every minute of my time in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom and the town itself. 'The people of Blackpool have always been amazing with the Strictly crew, dancers, and cast members. 'I know they will be again for this year's show and those in years to come.' He concluded with: 'I am truly sorry.' The footage he refers to also featured Wynne Evans, with the pair having been informed they had been selected for the nationwide Strictly Live Tour. 'Blackpool, by the way. Absolute m********s,' Jamie is thought to have said at the time. After Jamie used the slur, The Sun's video has Wynne saying, 'Oh my God.' It also attracted backlash from disability campaigners and residents of Blackpool. Warren Kirwan, Media Manager at disability equality charity Scope, said: 'Attitudes and language like this are never acceptable. 'It's not just ignorant and hurtful to disabled people; it has wider consequences. 'Negative attitudes hold disabled people back in all areas of life, from getting a job to shopping on the high street. 'Mr Borthwick needs to reflect on what he said, educate himself, and do better. 'We hope he takes the opportunity to get to know the reality of disabled people's lives.' This is not the first time Jamie has been caught up in a Strictly-related controversy. In April, he and Wynne made headlines after a video emerged of them larking around with a sex toy backstage at the tour in Birmingham, which saw them chastised by bosses. This happened prior to opera singer Wynne being removed from the tour in January due to inappropriate behaviour. He was accused of making sexual comments around colleagues, for which he apologised. The GoCompare frontman was also filmed making a 'spit-roast' jibe during a photo session, which was believed to have referred to host Janette Manrara. More Trending Defending himself last month in his first interview since the drama began, Wynne insisted that he was actually addressing Jamie, whom they called 'spit-roast boy' among the cast, 'because he could contort his legs over his head like a spit-roast chicken.' 'I would be the first to apologise if I had used it in the double meaning of that word,' he told The Sun. However, in the latest development, Wynne was informed that his BBC Radio Wales contract would not be renewed after an investigation, which he said 'breaks [his] heart'. Love Island's Davide marks relationship milestone as ex Ekin-Su announces split
Davide Sanclimenti and Iris Au have celebrated their one-year anniversary -and he shared a sweet video montage with some of their best moments together in the past year Love Island star Davide Sanclimenti has marked a huge milestone in his relationship with his girlfriend after his ex, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, revealed she is going through a tough time since splitting from Curtis Pritchard. The 30-year-old Italian TV personality has celebrated his one-year anniversary with Iris Au, who is known as EyeRize online, and shared a sweet video montage of them to mark the occasion. The clip included some of the moments they enjoyed together over the past year, including dates and holidays. Davide can be seen giving his partner a huge bouquet of roses in the video, with another clip showing them kissing on the beach. He captioned the post "ONE," followed by a red heard emoji, adding: "Happy Anniversary." American Iris, who has two daughters - 10-year-old Paris and 11-year-old Pia - commented: "I love you so so much." Davide replied: "I love you baby." Davide, who has embarked on a new life in Los Angeles, went public with his romance with Iris in January. On Valentine's Day, he declared his love for Iris in an Instagram post, writing: "Happy Valentine's Day to the most romantic woman I've ever met. Since being with you, I learned what a 'monthsary' is." Davide shot to fame after winning Love Island with his ex Ekin-Su in 2022 - but the pair had a tumultuous relationship and split the following year. He then went on to meet Iris, while Ekin-Su dated dancer Curtis for three months this year after they appeared on Love Island: All Stars together and fell for each other. However, last week she said they have broken up as she shared the "tough decision" behind their split. Her statement read: "I wanted to share that Curtis and I have decided to go our separate ways. It's been a really tough decision, but one made with a lot of love and respect for one another. "He's an incredible person and I'll always cherish the memories we made both in and out of the villa. Thank you all so much for the love and support over the past few months. We're both focusing on navigating this transition and would really appreciate privacy during this time. Love always, Ekin-Su xX." Although Ekin-Su didn't give a straightforward reason for their split, she had been the centre of drama between Curtis and MAFS star Georges Berthonneau in recent weeks. The Married At First Sight star previously alleged he was in a relationship with the brunette beauty while she was dating Curtis. Speaking on Fubar Radio, Georges claimed: "On the day before my birthday, she was out with him that night, and they'd had an argument. She was messaging me whilst he was asleep in bed with her being like, I need to see you. Blah, blah, blah, like, I've got the receipts on my phone." He added: "Everyone was like 'why are you saying it now?', because I loved the girl and I didn't want to let go of it. And my biggest thing was, why should I keep protecting someone who can't even apologise or take accountability." He continued: "I even said to her on the phone, I was like 'are you not going to apologise?' You had sex with another man whilst I was at home. And you're not even going to apologise." Curtis later broke his silence and told The Sun: "Hey, if he wants to get in the ring with me, tell him to call me out and let's get in the ring. I've just been focusing on the camp. I haven't read anything or done anything, truthfully. And that's all that matters to me. I'm focusing on the camp, I'm focusing on having fun with Ekin and that's all that matters to me."
