Bella May Culley case: Brit teen's latest Instagram post concerning amid Georgia prison scare
Bella May Culley, a British teenager, could spend up to nine months in a Georgian prison while she is being investigated for drug-related offenses. The 18-year-old from Billingham on Teesside was arrested in Tbilisi, Georgia, and charged with allegedly trying to smuggle 14kg of cannabis. The prosecutor asked for 55 days to find evidence before a trial could start. However, BBC noted that the period could extend to seven more months. Culley told the court that she was pregnant.
Now, Bella Culley's TikTok and Instagram posts have surfaced on social media, showing the British teen holding stacks of cash, a pile of £10 and £20 notes held together by a hairband. In another clip, Culley can be seen allegedly smoking cannabis while riding in the back of her car. Authorities are yet to comment on these videos.

While her TikTok posts have been turned private, the 18-year-old's Instagram profile is not available currently. The Daily Star noted that Bella Culley had previously been vocal against narcotics on social media.
Her lawyer, Ia Todua, said that the teenager says she is pregnant. 'She needs special examination and attention. In addition, in my assessment, she was depressed, confused and scared.'
"They said that they had to conduct a lot of investigative activities, so that they can collect evidence, establish where it was from [the narcotics] and was she planning to hand it over to someone," she added. "That's what they said they want to establish, and they also confiscated her phone."
Bella Culley sparked a massive international search operation days ago after she went missing while on holiday in Thailand. On Tuesday, it was revealed that she had been arrested in Georgia. Footage from the scene shows her being walked into the Central Criminal Police Department in Tbilisi while in handcuffs.

19 charge-sheeted for last year's 1,200kg drug bust in Delhi
The Special Cell of the Delhi Police has filed a 10,000-page chargesheet against 19 individuals, including a former Congress party worker, a Dubai-based fugitive, a British national, for allegedly running an international drug trafficking network that led to the seizure of 1,289kg of cocaine and over 40kg of marijuana in Delhi-NCR during a sweeping three-month-long crackdown last year. The chargesheet, submitted at the Patiala House court on Thursday, estimated that the drugs were worth ₹13,000 crore. Of the 19 people accused, 14 were arrested during raids conducted last year. The chargesheet mentions that five people are 'proclaimed offenders', but currently at large. This includes the alleged kingpin of the racket — Virender Basoiya, who is believed to be in Dubai, and his son Rishab. Police arrested Basoiya's younger brother Ravinder Basoiya from a hotel in east Delhi in December last year. One of the first major busts came in October 2024, when the Special Cell raided a godown in Mahipalpur, south Delhi, seizing 562kg of cocaine and 40kg of Thai marijuana. The storage facility was owned by Tushar Goyal, a former Congress worker, who was arrested along with three others. Goyal's interrogation led police to UK national Jitendra Pal Singh Gill, who was apprehended at the Amritsar airport. Gill, police said, had been dispatched to India by Basoiya to manage the consignment. Several consecutive raids included one at the manufacturing unit of Gujarat-based company Aavkar Drugs in Ankleshwar. The company makes precursors for cough syrups. The chargesheet states the drugs were made in Gujarat and Delhi. 'The raw materials were procured from five pharma companies in south India and Gujarat which have been sent notices. The drugs were smuggled by three shell companies created by Basoiya on forged identities. These firms were used for transactions and for buying raw materials and then selling them,' a senior police officer explained. Police said the five pharma companies are not accused but witnesses in the case. 'Once the raw chemicals were procured fraudulently from the pharma companies, they were processed in Aavkar and then sent to Delhi in trucks and other vehicles via Uttar Pradesh. Goyal further mixed the chemicals with the cocaine mixture. This cocaine mixture came from South American countries via Dubai,' added the senior officer. Police said Basoiya's family members have been named accused for 'handling the coordination' between key players in the nexus. The Special Cell stated in the chargesheet that the drug ring has been running since February last year. Basoiya has also been accused in the Meow Meow drug case in which 1,700kg of cocaine, worth over ₹3,000 crore was traced to Delhi and Pune. The seizure was made by Mumbai Police. Additionally, the chargesheet has shown technical evidence — mobile data records, CCTV footage, transaction records, digital footprints apart from the seizures. 'It is believed that Basoiya left India after the February drug hauls. There are some other key associates of Virender Basoiya who are also involved in the syndicate. Further investigation is on,' said another officer.

2 held for killing Punjab social media influencer
Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of YouTuber Kanchan Kumari, alias Kamal Kaur, Bathinda police Friday said. A third accused, who is also the main conspirator and who claimed 'moral responsibility' of the murder, is absconding, they said. Kaur's decomposed body was found Wednesday evening in an abandoned car in the parking area of Adesh University in Bathinda, three days after she left her house to attend a promotional event, but later went missing. Senior SP Amneet Kondal identified the arrested accused as Jaspreet Singh (32) of Mehron village in Moga and Nimratjit Singh (21) of Patti in Tarn Taran. Amritpal Singh Mehron, also from Mehron village, and a self-styled Sikh radical leader, is absconding, the SSP said. 'A SUV used in the crime has been recovered. Amritpal and Nimratjit have two and one FIRs pending against them, respectively, registered at Amritsar and Dhanaula police stations,' SSP told the media. During the preliminary probe, the arrested men said they killed her for uploading 'immoral and vulgar content that hurt the community's sentiments'. According to the police, Kaur's mother, Girja Devi, informed them that on the night of June 7, Amritpal visited their home in Ludhiana on the pretext of a business meeting and invited Kaur to travel to Bathinda for a paid promotional event. Amritpal allegedly returned on June 8, but Kaur refused. On June 9, Girija Devi told the police, Jaspreet and Nimratjit came to their home, after which Kaur left with them. Girja Devi told the police that after 11 pm on June 9, she lost all contact with her daughter. According to the police, at around 1 am on June 10, Jaspreet and Nimratjit allegedly drove Kaur to a deserted location where they strangulated her. The accused then placed the body in Kaur's car and Jaspreet drove it to the parking lot at around 5.30 am on June 10. He parked the car and fled with Nimratjit.
