Playboy legend Holly Madison insists sex with Hugh Hefner wasn't 'a horror story'
Holly Madison says her sex life with Hugh Hefner was "a lot more normal" than people might assume.
The 44-year-old star was in a relationship with the late magazine owner and lived i his famed home from 2001 until 2009 but explained that while she "hated" having to get intimate with him in front of others, it wasn't such a "horror story" when they were alone together.
Speaking on the ' In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele' podcast, she said: "Well, it's a very different story between when we were just by ourselves than with everybody else in the room. Everybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it.
"But if it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think.
"I think everybody has this real horror story of how gross an old man's body must be."
The former 'Girls Next Door' star added that she would face trolling on a daily basis that would make fun of Hugh's " old and nasty" privates, but she insisted that wasn't how she saw it in real life.
She said: "I feel like there was a time when I couldn't post anything without some dumba*** in the comments like, 'Oh, old balls,' or something like that and look, maybe some people's balls do get old and nasty, but I've never seen such a thing. All cats are grey in the dark."
When Holly broke up with Hugh, she recalled getting to leave the Playboy Masion and found a folder next to her bed which contained a will that claimed she was to receive millions when Hugh eventually passed away but wondered if it was all a "lowkey bribe" he had laid out for her.
She said: "This is kind of sad, but when I broke up with him, I was like packing my stuff, and then one day there was like ... I don't know why I'm laughing ... There was a folder set out on my side of the bed because he knows I'm going to look at it. "Everybody knew I was the biggest snoop in the house, so I looked at it. I had zero control.
"You didn't know who was showing up, who was going to be in the bedroom the next day and I just wanted to be prepared.
"This was very clearly for me to see, my side of the bed, so I look at it and it's his will all printed out, all the details. This is who's getting what and blah, blah, blah. He was leaving me $3 million, but it was kind of sad though, because I'd already broken it off with him and he was trying to get me to stay, so it was kind of like a lowkey bribe but also sad because he can't sit me down and talk to me about it. It was just like, 'Oh, maybe if she sees this...'"

Like, there wasn't any reciprocation to the kissing and I looked at him and I pulled back and he was just dead asleep. 'I woke him up and I was like, 'Hey, what the f*** is going on?' And he was like, 'Oh man, I'm sorry. I'm just so tired.' "I mean, he's a DJ, so I was like, 'Did you have a late set last night?'' Brittany's date was "really apologetic" and pledged to "make it up" to her if she gave him a second chance - only for the same thing to happen again. She added: 'He was very sweet about it. We go out, like, a week later and he comes over to my place. Same thing. We're kissing … We're making out, he's back asleep.' Despite the DJ's numerous apologies, Brittany "took it personally". The Kooks guitarist Hugh Harris shares bold biopic opinion - 'it's inherently bias'
The Kooks guitarist Hugh Harris doesn't think bands should get biopics made on them until the members are all dead. In the past 20 years a number of acclaimed biographical movies about music stars have been released to acclaim and success, such as 'Walk the Line' about Johnny Cash, 'Rocket Man' which focuses on the life and career of Sir Elton John and 'Bohemian Rhapsody', which focused on Queen and late frontman Freddie Mercury and earned Rami Malek a Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of the flamboyant singer. However, Hugh doesn't think any film should be made about a group or solo artist whilst they're alive because that film will be "inherently bias". In an interview with website Contact Music, he said: "It's not OK to write your own - you've got to die first! "You can't be alive and write your own biopic because history is inherently bias towards the people that wrote it. "I think there's got to be some committee that takes the storytelling of yourself off your hands." Hugh's bandmate Luke Pritchard doesn't necessarily agree and thinks Timothee Chalamet could play him in a biopic on The Kooks. Luke said: "Timothee Chalamet can come in and play me!" The 'Naïve' hitmaker believes Chalamet would be able to play him because he just portrayed Bob Dylan in 'A Complete Unknown' and Luke bears a striking resemblance to the legendary folk musician. Acknowledging his similar look to Bob, Luke quipped: "Oh, if only I could act! If only I'd gone to RADA!" The Kooks have just released their seventh album 'Never/Know' and Luke has revealed the uplifting vibe of the songs on the record, such as 'Sunny Baby', were partly inspired by the Dylan biopic 'A Complete Unknown'. The positive tracks that he and Hugh wrote for 'Never/Know' are a response to the current state of the world. He said: "[The record] is not unlike the '60s reaction, actually. I watched the Bob Dylan film and I guess the message the director was trying to make and the scriptwriter, is they had their problems then, they thought that nuclear war was going to break out at any time. My mum talks about it, they had drills on the Isle of Wight. The '60s expression was let's take LSD and go get some flowers and let's try and metaphysically change things. That music turned out in that kind of way. Through the modern lens sometimes people see it as a little bit too sunshine-y, but I think that's an interesting parallel."

Holly Madison 'makes up weird excuses' with her kids about why she's famous
Holly Madison is "still making up weird excuses" for her children about her fame. The 45-year-old star - who rose to fame on 'Girls Next Door', the reality show focused on the lives of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion - admitted she is yet to tell her kids the full story about why she still gets recognised in public. Holly - who has daughter Rainbow, 12, and son Forest, eight, with her ex Pasquale Rotella - told E! News: "I don't know, I'm still making up weird excuses. I'm like, 'Oh I just do YouTube' or whatever. "It's weird because kids that age, they have no idea what Playboy is, because it just doesn't exist the way it used to. "People always ask me, 'How are you gonna talk to them about it?' I have no idea. I will cross that bridge when I get there." The TV personality - who starred on the show between 2005 and 2009 - insisted the programme feels like a snapshot in time. Speaking 20 years after its launch, she added: "I feel so old! I guess that's a life time ago, it's so crazy. "I always say it's the one show you can't reboot, because it was like catching this little cult bubble in real time." Holly has been doing her own rewatch of the series, and she explained everyone can take it one of two ways. She explained: "You can watch it two different ways. You can watch it for all the eye candy like you did the first time it came out. "Or, you can watch it knowing all the stuff that's going on behind the scenes and that adds a whole other layer." Meanwhile, Holly admitted while she isn't ruling out a return to reality TV in some form, she has some strict parameters. She said: "I don't know. I always say, I wouldn't do anything about my person life. "I was asked to do the first season of Traitors and I turned it down because I didn't know what it was. "I just thought they were calling me a traitor and I was like, 'no.' " Now, she would reconsider, and even thinks she'd thrive in the castle. She quipped: "I have a good poker face."
