Your butt is going to be as happy as your bank account when you buy this *much* cheaper version of the iconic seamless Victoria's Secret undies.
1. A tinted lip balm so close to the same magic as " Black Honey," TikTok's beloved $25 ~universal shade~ from Clinique, that it will genuinely startle you — especially when you see the price. This is a perfect, non-sticky "go-to" lippie that's just a step above the "no makeup makeup" look, giving the perfect subtly polished effect.
I bought this because I crave that Black Honey and will buy it until the day I die, but I am always paranoid of losing it, so I almost never let it leave my bag. I have tried probably five or six "almost" versions of Black Honey that came close, but this one genuinely spooked me. It has the same easy glide, same buildability, and the same refreshingly hydrating effect. It was a two-pack so I gave one to my BFF, another Black Honey fan, who also could not detect the difference!
Promising review: "Better than Clinique! I bought this one on a whim but never liked the real Black Honey Almost Lipstick by Clinique, since it tends to run red on me. This shade, in my opinion, is exactly what Black Honey SHOULD be, as it looks more like Black Honey in pictures. For the price, it can't be beat, so I'm buying more." — HAC
Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (also available in the pink honey version, and in a two-pack that mixes both!).
2. E.l.f. Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm for all the ultra fans of Summer Fridays, Rhode, and Laneige whose bank accounts are begging them to put a stop to the lippie madness. These new deliciously tinted, moisturizing, buildable glosses are just as buttery and decadent as the balms that inspired them, for a fraction of the price. (Brb, drowning myself in the "Strawberry Shortcake" and "Vanilla Toffee" flavors.)
Amazon
Promising review: "Diva, stop letting these influencers sway you into spending your hard-earned (and scarce) beans on $20–$30 subpar lip balms — you're paying for the brand, and the quality is questionable. ELF KNOCKED THEM BOTH OUTTA THE PARK WITH THIS! SO BUTTERY, SO YUMMY, SOOOOOOO MUCH PRODUCT!!!!! i wasn't expecting the tube to be so generous in size, by far the biggest amount I've seen from the market. The flavors are divine, the color payoff is even better than Summer Fridays … and it's only $9, you cannot go wrong. I just can't fathom any balm being priced above $12, E.l.f. always hits and barely misses. 🩷💋" — SONIA
Get it from Amazon for $9 (available in Strawberry Shortcake, Blackberry Sorbet, Java Chip, Vanilla Toffee, Wild Cherry, and Yummy Gummy).
3. A high-quality, *just* compressive enough layering T-shirt reviewers love so much that a ton of them tried it and immediately ordered more colors to stock up. This shirt is double-lined but still feels lightweight on the skin, giving a sophisticated, expensive look with a casual feel. Reviewers compare it to Skims at a fraction of the price!
Promising review: "At first, I was a little skeptical — I have been wanting to find a Skims-like material shirt for a while but didn't want to pay the price of one, LOL, and this shirt feels amazing. I will be getting one in every color now." — Julianne
Get it from Amazon for $9.99+ (available in women's sizes XXS–3X and in 33 colors).

I would say buy it." — Incognito

Reviewers in their thirties, forties, and up especially swear by this lightweight but effective formula, and love that it's ridiculously easy to use.
Jerome Alexander is a small business that specializes in airbrush cosmetic products.
HELLO — I found this through a recommendation on a Reddit beauty forum for people in their thirties, and I am OBSESSED. I am not very skilled with makeup and was intimidated by the brush factor, but it's nearly foolproof. This foundation straight-up glosses over my pores and redness and makes my skin look so even-toned and natural that it doesn't look like I used much foundation at all. It's a bit price-y compared to brands I used in the past, but I'm still on my first bottle of it, and it's been three full months. I hope this never stops getting made. It is so lightweight and lovely and has made my makeup routine feel like a TREAT.
Promising review: "Bought this because I saw it on TikTok, and it did not disappoint. I love the lightweight feel of it and how easy it is to build." — Smickens
Get it from Amazon for $13.15 (available in 12 shades).
18. A plated, jewel-embedded ring you can buy yourself as a little treat if the $1,250 Cartier Love Ring is decidedly out of your budget. Dare I say this version is ... prettier than the designer one?
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review: "The perfect non-name-brand ring you can find honestly. I wasn't looking for a Cartier knock-off when I found this ring, but I have had people ask me if it's the real deal. I honestly love this ring though, the sizing was accurate, it is weighted well, none of the 'diamonds' have fallen off, and it hasn't tarnished! I've worn it daily for almost a year now and it has held up well. It has some very small scratches on it, but that's typical of most rings. For the price, I am super happy with this ring and I honestly can't believe how well it has handled everything I've put it through." — Eva Richterkessing
Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (available in sizes 5–12, three finishes, and two styles).

These feature premium cushion padding, a built-in mic with the ability to take calls, 10 hours of playtime per charge, and surprisingly decent noise blocking for the price.
iJoy is a small business that specializes in headphones and tech accessories.
I own a pair of these, and because I'm vain as heck and need to own all things pink, but I was decently surprised by how well they muffle noise! I feel like these are ideal for people who still want to hear some of the world around them (read: parents, people working in open offices), but still want to listen to their tunes comfortably. The charge on these goes for at least four hours (I haven't tried it beyond that yet), and the Bluetooth connects to my devices super easily. Excellent pair of headphones for the price point.
Promising review: "These headphones surprised me. I thought they were not going to be as great because of how cheap they are, but the bass is amazing! The noise cancellation is so good that I can't hear anything. The volume is loud and sound quality is a win, and just how I like it. Very snug and comfy, recommend! Thanks TikTok, lol :)." — Chevelle Revero

www.amazon.com, Amazon
Promising review: "Lovely top, the stretch is just right and not super duper spandex like some stretchy things. Getting it on and off was a cinch. The fabric is a nice weight, somewhere between heavy and lightweight. I liked that my bra was hidden by the straps and didn't stick out anywhere, and, it isn't too short — it doesn't show belly. It will be a sweet addition to my summer wardrobe! Highly recommend." — merkie moo

Promising review:"Love love love this stuff. This is such a stellar product that is so versatile. Can be worn alone to put some glowy life to skin. Add to foundation or layer it. Beautiful. Use it as a base where you put highlighter on top. Mix some with moisturizer. This, in my opinion, is better than so many high-luxury brands that make similar products. And I am pretty sure it can be used by all skin types. It's not an oily feeling at all, and it doesn't dry out the skin either. Just a total package. Can't beat the price either." — Figgy08
Get it from Amazon for $13.98+ (available in four shades).

27. A pair of ~Dreamlux~ leggings made with an oh-so-buttery soft material reviewers compare to Lululemon's Align ... but WAY cheaper. If you're looking for a reliably squatproof, comfy, compressive legging, look no further than these.
I bought these on Prime Day, which is the only day I will buy leggings because I hate wearing leggings with a burning passion. My "I'm not like other girls" bit is that for some reason I am always comfier in jeans than leggings. BUT NOT THESE!!! They slide on. The fabric is so lightweight and breathable that it feels like a whisper. The band is so deceptively comfortable that sometimes I'm like, "Am I still wearing them??" I use them to run outdoors because that is the only circumstance I'll wear leggings, and I'm happy to report after several washes, they are durable and compressive enough to withstand workouts. They would be excellent for lounging if I weren't wired in this odd anti-legging way. I have already bought two more pairs and made my friends buy them, too.
Promising review:"Super comfy. I usually don't write reviews, I tried this first before buying Lulu, and these are the most comfortable leggings for every day and even for workouts. Highly recommended!" — Criselle Johnson

www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review:"I have the Skims bodycon as well, and this is a great alternative! The Skims dress is ribbed, and the fabric is thinner and softer, but I don't think that the Skims dress quality increases proportionally with the higher price point. If I were to purchase another bodycon dress, it would hands down be this one. It hugs my figure beautifully and can be layered and styled for all seasons. It's one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe!" — Makayla Curtis

It may still be summer, but fall is around the corner. Typically, this would make me call out of work for a 'self-care' day where I could lounge at a rooftop pool, but then I remember that I shop for a living and can spend an entire day searching clothes for fall. Insider tip: Shopping for things out of season is one of the best times to find items on sale. Take this PRETTYGARDEN Women's Oversized Cardigan, for example — currently 33% off at Amazon. Its slouchy fit and open front give celeb-off-duty vibes, and it never hurts to have another fashion basic in one's closet. Amazon Sweater weather just became less anxiety-inducing, thanks to this sale on the PRETTYGARDEN Oversized Cardigan. Made from a poly-blend, it's lightweight, stretchy and features a drapey fit that's been forecasted to be everywhere this September. The open front makes it easy to wear in place of a jacket, and it can easily be paired with jeans, leggings or even loungewear, if you're into the understated, street-style aesthetic. The cardigan comes in 20 different styles, and has been highly rated by Amazon shoppers for its weight, quality and softness. 'This is the perfect oversized, chunky, soft cardigan,' one reviewer gushed. 'It's perfect for lounging around or [dressing up] during fall or winter.' Whenever I find items like the PRETTYGARDEN Oversized Cardigan, I remember why I love my job. A trendy but functional fashion staple on sale? Of course, I'm grabbing one and telling others to do the same. It's perfect for the office or when you need something to make you look more put together when running to class or the corner store. And with all the neutral colors it comes in, I can almost guarantee you have at least five other items that go with it. While it's already affordable at $44, there's no arguing that at $30, it's a definite deal. In the name of fall and back-to-school season, I'm going to be smart and add two to my cart before the sale ends. Why Summer Fridays' K-Beauty Exfoliator Is a Game Changer for Smooth Skin

Every item on this page was chosen by an ELLE editor. We may earn commission on some of the items you choose to buy. Of all the calendars on my phone—friend group outings, looming work deadlines, the never-ending birthday alerts—none strikes fear in my heart like the one tracking my period. Every month, I peek, cringe, and slam it shut, knowing that in a matter of days, I'll be wrestling with cramps, fatigue, and the hormonal breakout parade that takes residence along my cheeks and chin. But here I am, nine days out, and my skin is suspiciously calm—smooth, bright, almost as if she's on vacation instead of gearing up for battle. The plot twist? An unlikely skin care recruit I slipped into my routine at the eleventh hour turned out to be the reset my skin didn't know it needed. I've long relied on Summer Fridays to keep my lips plush (Mint is my ride-or-die) and my post-flight face hydrated. But now? I'm convinced their new exfoliating pads might be the perfect sidekick because nothing pairs better with glossy lips and a juicy, plumped-up visage than skin that's nearly poreless, even-toned, and fully unbothered. After all, that is the Cali-cool brand's ethos—ease, bliss, and luxury, just like the flexible workday perk it's named after. Now, imagine a product that blends that breezy California edge with the innovation and radiance of beauty's most popular skin care capital. Summer Fridays' last launch took us to the tropics with a guava-inspired balm. With its latest offering, we're off to Korea. 'It's true that Korea is one of the global leaders in skin innovation. As we started to develop a product like this, we wanted to really focus on prevention, but also on gentleness,' explains Kendall Johnson, senior director of product development and packaging at Summer Fridays. 'Korea marries science and sensorial formulations. As we started to work with a specific Korean lab, we were able to find that perfect balance between effective exfoliation and daily comfort in the pad.' Hydration is Summer Fridays' love language. From lip balms laced with shea and murumuru seed butters to hyaluronic acid-rich formulas like the Jet Lag Mask + Moisturizer, Deep Hydration Serum, and Skin Soothing Hydration Mist, the brand has built an empire on moisture. Then came the corrective era—vitamin C, retinol, and firming eye serums—proof that Summer Fridays could do more than quench skin's thirst. The Gentle Reset Daily Exfoliating Pads ($42) sit right in the middle: a marriage of correction and hydration 'without compromise,' says co-founder Lauren Ireland. Safe for all skin types, it's tailored for sensitive skin. Each double-sided pad sits in a blend of glycolic, lactic, and mandelic acids—exfoliation's all-stars—tempered with PHA gluconolactone, aloe water, and glycerin to keep irritation in check. 'Glycolic, lactic, mandelic—all of these ingredients are effective and give you the full chemical exfoliation experience, but they're a little smaller in size in molecular weight, so that they can be a little bit harsher on the skin. The PHA gluconolactone is a much larger molecule, which still gives you that chemical exfoliation, but it's a little less harsh at the same time, so you still get those results,' Johnson adds. As someone with acne-prone skin, I've long loved Korean toner pads for their conditioning abilities—especially when my weekly retinol, clindamycin, and benzoyl peroxide rotation leaves my skin a bit dry. Still, they've never made a real dent in the evidence of my pimple-picking past. These pads were different; they're deceptively potent—never stinging or peeling my skin—and ultra calming. Unlike the balms, there's no smell, just a chic suede-textured box that houses 30 individually wrapped pads—smart for travel and even smarter for consistency. 'Every pad delivers the same results,' co-founder Marianna Hewitt notes. 'With jars, the top pads can dry out and leave only the bottom pads soaked, so you don't get the same experience with every pad. [Gentle Reset Daily Exfoliating Pads] ensure that youre skin is getting the same amount of juice each time and perfect for on-the-go use.' One side is textured, the other smooth—my acne-prone skin prefers the grit for a satisfying degunking. Post-use, my face looks like I just had a deep-cleansing facial—minus the redness or bumps manual exfoliation often causes. With these, you get exfoliation and glow all in one step without ever leaving your home. By day four, the glow was still there, but the breakouts weren't. The rogue cheek spot I'd been battling for weeks was noticeably lighter. One week in, my skin feels like it's finally on my side—supple, smooth, and almost smug about it. Not to mention my makeup routine shrank to a dab of concealer, powder, blush, and done. My mornings are easier, and my period calendar feels a little less ominous. At a recent work meeting, I walked in to a chorus of publicists saying, 'Your skin looks amazing.' Call it vanity, but for me, that's the ultimate litmus test of a product's success. And over a week later, the compliments haven't stopped.
