Nic Nemeth Reveals The Surprising Response Vince McMahon Had After His WWE World Title Win

Yahoo7 days ago

Nic Nemeth revealed that Vince McMahon told him he would lose again after winning the WWE World champion.
In 2013, on the WWE RAW episode following WrestleMania 29, Ziggler cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Alberto Del Rio, creating one of WWE's most memorable moments. The crowd erupted with the loudest ovation of the night as he captured the World Heavyweight Championship.
During an appearance on LiMPiN AiNT EASY w/ Timmy Baltimore, Nic Nemeth explained that multiple bosses, including Vince McMahon, told him he would never become World Champion. 'I was told I'd never be world champion to my face by every boss that there is, and then became world champion. I was told that I wouldn't win Money in the Bank, and even when we're down to it, they said it'll be you or Cody, and that was the night before.'

'And then the day of, Jamie Noble's helping us out. He's like, 'They might switch it while you're out there, I don't know.' I go, 'Go f**king head, I'm climbing that ladder. Even then, once I got the briefcase. The boss goes, 'You're going to lose even more now, but it's going to mean so much more when you cash in.'
'All this bulls**t ends, and you become our guy.' I was like, Whoa. okay, cashed in, greatest freaking moment, came to the back. I thanked everybody and Vince. And then Michael Hayes goes, 'Hey, go tell him thank you.' I'm like, 'I did.' He goes, 'Do it again.'
Vince McMahon told Nic Nemeth he would lose WWE World Title in few months
'Sir, thank you for this opportunity. I hope you heard that crowd. I'm here to do whatever the hell you want. I'm going to be your guy one way or another.' And it's something along the lines of, 'Yeah, you're just holding it for another month or two until we get Del Rio some sympathy, and then, uh, he's going to take it back.' And I went, 'Well,' I go, 'It looks like I got two months to prove you wrong, boss.' And he went, 'Okay,' and then put his headset back on.'

Why Fans Think The Miz Is Leaving WWE?

Amid the recent departures of R-Truth and Carlito from WWE, fans have voiced their concerns about the Miz following suit and leaving the Stamford-based promotion. Additionally, the Miz, or Michael Gregory Mizanin, as is his original name, has only gone on to heighten these worries with his recent activities on social media. So, is the two-time WWE champion planning his exit from the professional wrestling organization? Here's everything you need to know regarding the ongoing rumors regarding Miz's proposed departure from WWE. Is the Miz, aka Michael Mizanin, leaving WWE? At the time of writing, neither the Miz nor WWE has issued any official statement regarding the 44-year-old wrestler leaving the company. Advertisement Theories regarding his exit began to make waves on the internet after the former IC Champion unfollowed WWE from his X (formerly Twitter) account. Moreover, he went as far as to delete every mention of the promotion from the bio of his X handle. Nevertheless, Fightful's seasoned wrestling reporter Sean Ross Sapp has come out to rebuke all claims of the Miz leaving the WWE. While replying to an X post that highlighted Michael Mizanin's peculiar social media activities, Sapp noted, 'A nothing story.' Another element in the story that has fans concerned is Mizanin's current contract with WWE. The wrestler/actor reportedly signed his latest extension with the company in 2019. While the exact date of expiry of his contract remains under wraps, the deal will not conclude until the end of 2025, at the very least, as per Wrestling Notícias. With R-Truth's departure from the WWE, which was announced on June 1, also coinciding with the expiration of his contract, fans are worried that the Miz might also be leaving the promotion in a similar fashion. Regardless, all theories regarding the Miz's exit from WWE remain mere speculations at the time of writing. More updates about his future with WWE should follow in the near future. Kenzie Paige Highlights Which Match Is A Perfect Representation Of Who She Is

One of the faces of the National Wrestling Alliance is current NWA Women's World Champion Kenzie Paige. She has been holding on to the world title for over 600 days. Recently, Kenzie Paige was interviewed by WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard. During the interview, Paige shared that her match for the NWA Women's World Championship against the former champion Kamille is the perfect representation of who she is in the ring. Advertisement 'Kenzie Paige versus Kamille for the NWA Women's World Championship. Still holds up. Still has a very emotional attachment to me, obviously. But I feel like that's the perfect representation of, I can hit hard, I can pull at your heart strings. And I can play dirty if I have to. I feel like that one's a perfect example of who Kenzie Paige is.' Kenzie Paige on her 625+ days as NWA Women's World Champion and potentially beating Kamille's record During the same interview, Paige shared her thoughts on her long title reign. 'I feel like I'm not really too focused on the days that I have the championship. I just want to make sure that the days I do have it, it matters. And whenever my time does come and I'm not the NWA Women's Champion anymore, I want people to remember, 'Kenzie Paige, she did something with it. She did something for the NWA. Her being the champion was good for her but it was good for the NWA.' That's the kind of thing I want to focus on there.' Advertisement 'But I also feel like, a lot of my run with the NWA has been history, right? The youngest NWA Women's Champion, first Triple Crown, first NWA Television Women's Champion. Just a lot of things. First woman to own a territory within the National Wrestling Alliance. And the youngest of course. But that is a lot of my reign and run at the National Wrestling Alliance is based on the fact that I've made history over, and over, and over, and over.' Paige noted how her match against Natalya would be historical too, and for different reasons. 'I've just been trying to build up not only my name but the NWA. I'm trying to give back some of that prestige feeling and just… It matters to me, and I want it to matter to everybody else. So, being a part of the history, being in those historical matches, it does mean a lot to me. And I just want to keep doing that and keep growing it to what I know it can be.'
