R-Truth Names His Favorite Comedy Moments in WWE

One of the funniest characters in professional wrestling is former 24/7 Champion R-Truth. His jokes have made people in the crowd laugh, and have also sometimes made wrestlers break character too. Recently, Truth named his favorite moment in which wrestlers broke character. While speaking to Chris Van Vliet on his Insight podcast, R-Truth shared that his favorite moment was when he made The Beast, Brock Lesnar, break character. It was back in 2020, ahead of the Royal Rumble PLE. Truth came out during an episode of Raw, seemingly challenging Lesnar, but instead called out Paul Heyman. Truth also shared how the segment came to fruition. Advertisement 'Definitely the Brock Lesnar thing, which I got my friend Chris Dunn, he's is a writer. I kept forgetting to tell people that he was the one that helped me with that in the back. And Paul just surprising everybody, We're not going to let Brock know what we're going to do. It's just going to be a free fall. I'm like Brock is a beast. I think we should let Brock know what we're going to say about Brock. So funny thing is, I mean, I love Brock. Brock walked into gorilla, and it was simply just like he walked in. He's like, so what are we doing? And I'm looking at everybody for somebody to say something to this dude. Nobody said nothing. He's like, alright, well, guys, we just go out there and talk there and talk then. And I'm like, Oh y'all got this dude going out there. But it turned out to be one of the best moments,' R-Truth said. What is your favorite R-Truth moment? The post R-Truth Names His Favorite Comedy Moments in WWE appeared first on Wrestlezone.

Harley Cameron Gets Busted Open On AEW Dynamite

Harley Cameron and Anna Jay pulled out all the stops in their no disqualification match on AEW Dynamite this week. Unfortunately, it left them both winless and bloodied. Cameron's fate was of the utmost concern amongst viewers as she appeared visibly bloody after Megan Bayne dropped her face-first onto the steel steps at ringside. Upon reaching her feet and turning back to the camera, Cameron revealed that her nose and mouth had been bloodied, with one of them likely busting open from the impact. Still, Cameron refused to be checked out by the nearby doctor and continued to fight. From there, Penelope Ford knocked Cameron off the apron, then crashed face-first into a steel chair, courtesy of a Gory Bomb from Anna Jay. When Jay tried to cover Ford, Bayne broke them up and dropped Jay onto a chair with a Fate's Descent. Following this collision, Jay immediately clutched her face, which later emerged with a bruised and slightly bloody nose as well. As of now, there is no word on the extent of Jay and Cameron's potential injuries. Given the series of events, though, broken noses are possible. Nic Nemeth Reveals The Surprising Response Vince McMahon Had After His WWE World Title Win

Nic Nemeth revealed that Vince McMahon told him he would lose again after winning the WWE World champion. In 2013, on the WWE RAW episode following WrestleMania 29, Ziggler cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Alberto Del Rio, creating one of WWE's most memorable moments. The crowd erupted with the loudest ovation of the night as he captured the World Heavyweight Championship. During an appearance on LiMPiN AiNT EASY w/ Timmy Baltimore, Nic Nemeth explained that multiple bosses, including Vince McMahon, told him he would never become World Champion. 'I was told I'd never be world champion to my face by every boss that there is, and then became world champion. I was told that I wouldn't win Money in the Bank, and even when we're down to it, they said it'll be you or Cody, and that was the night before.' Advertisement 'And then the day of, Jamie Noble's helping us out. He's like, 'They might switch it while you're out there, I don't know.' I go, 'Go f**king head, I'm climbing that ladder. Even then, once I got the briefcase. The boss goes, 'You're going to lose even more now, but it's going to mean so much more when you cash in.' 'All this bulls**t ends, and you become our guy.' I was like, Whoa. okay, cashed in, greatest freaking moment, came to the back. I thanked everybody and Vince. And then Michael Hayes goes, 'Hey, go tell him thank you.' I'm like, 'I did.' He goes, 'Do it again.' Vince McMahon told Nic Nemeth he would lose WWE World Title in few months 'Sir, thank you for this opportunity. I hope you heard that crowd. I'm here to do whatever the hell you want. I'm going to be your guy one way or another.' And it's something along the lines of, 'Yeah, you're just holding it for another month or two until we get Del Rio some sympathy, and then, uh, he's going to take it back.' And I went, 'Well,' I go, 'It looks like I got two months to prove you wrong, boss.' And he went, 'Okay,' and then put his headset back on.'
