Summer officially kicks off on 21 June, and it will last for 93 days, 15 hours, and 39 minutes.
The summer solstice is taking place on June 21 at 5:42 am (Cairo time).
Summer is the hottest of the four seasons, and it situates after spring and before autumn.
During the summer solstice, daylight hours become longer, on the other hand, darkness hours become shortest.
In addition, day length decreases as the season progresses after the solstice. The earliest sunrises and latest sunsets also occur near the date of the solstice.
Summer is defined as starting at the summer solstice, the time of maximal insolation, identified on June 21.
The season takes place in the months of June, July, and August in the northern hemisphere and the months of December, January, and February in the southern hemisphere.

Serbian Prime Minister Visits Saint Catherine Monastery in South Sinai
H-Tayea Serbian Prime Minister Đuro Macut visited the historic Saint Catherine Monastery in South Sinai as part of his official visit to Egypt, which includes tours of key archaeological and cultural sites across the country. The Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation were welcomed by Gamal Mostafa, Head of the Islamic, Coptic, and Jewish Antiquities Sector at Egypt's Supreme Council of Antiquities, and Bishop Dimitri Dumanos, Metropolitan of Saint Catherine Monastery. During the visit, the delegation toured major landmarks within the monastery, including the Church of the Transfiguration, the Fatimid-era mosque, and the renowned ancient library, one of the oldest in the world. The Prime Minister was introduced to its rare manuscript collection, including Serbian texts connected to Saint Sava and his historical contributions to the monastery's legacy. At the end of the visit, Macut expressed deep admiration for the monastery's spiritual ambiance and its exceptional historical significance. "Thunderbolts" Sets Digital, 4K & Blu-ray Release Dates
Yara Sameh The New Avengers are coming home. Marvel's latest adventure, "Thunderbolts*", will hit video on demand on July 1 and get a 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD release on July 29, with preorders coming soon. "Thunderbolts*" stars Florence Pugh as Yelena, David Harbour as Red Gaurdian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, a ragtag team of antiheroes who are pitted against each other by Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. While "Thunderbolts*" underperformed at the box office, it was well-received by fans and critics, and seen as a return to form after Marvel's at-best uneven Phase Five. The July 1 streaming date means fans who missed it in theaters will be able to rent or buy it at home, although there's no word yet on a Disney+ release date. The 4K Ultra HD digital and physical release will feature Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, as well as bonus features like deleted scenes, a gag reel, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and commentary by director Jake Schreier.
