Halo: The Master Chief Collection Coming to PS5, Says Industry Insider
Playground Games just announced Forza Horizon 5 is coming to PS5. While it isn't groundbreaking that a first-party Xbox game is heading to PlayStation, it is surprising Microsoft is bringing one of its premier franchises to Sony's gaming platform. More surprising still, it seems Microsoft might be bringing its incredibly popular first-person shooter to PS5.
A recent tweet from Okami Games asked audiences a simple question: 'Halo on PS5 is really happening, isn't it?' As mentioned, Forza is widely considered one of Xbox's key franchises alongside the likes of Halo and Gears of War. The tweet calls this trio the 'big three,' which is a pretty apt name considering how much they represent Microsoft's gaming brand.
According to Windows Central's Jez Corden, the answer to the proposed question is yes, Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming to PS5. No new information was given, but it seems there is potential for John-117 to bring his fight to a PlayStation platform sooner rather than later.
Numerous rumors surrounding the Master Chief's arrival to PlayStation have been swirling for quite some time now. Corden had mentioned Halo would be heading to Sony's gaming platform earlier last year. He has also claimed other Xbox first-party games, including Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, would inevitably make it to PS5.
Others insiders have mentioned Halo: The Master Chief Collection going multiplatform. A recent episode of the Nate The Hate Podcast claimed the game would come to PS5.
Like any rumor, take this with a grain of salt. While it may have been true that Halo: The Master Chief Collection was coming to PS5 at the time an insider was told, it doesn't mean that is necessarily true today.

Pragmata, Capcom's long-delayed PS5 game, is (probably) coming in 2026
To view this content, you'll need to update your privacy settings. Please click here and view the "Content and social-media partners" setting to do so. Pragmata , a new sci-fi, third-person action game from Capcom, finally has a new release date. As part of Sony's summer State of Play on June 4, Capacom shared a new trailer showing off gameplay from Pragmata and revealing that the game is now targeting a 2026 release. Based on the trailer and a blog post on the Playstation Blog, you'll play as two characters in Pragmata : Hugh, a spacesuit-wearing lunk, and Diana, a young robot who appears to be able to hack into the lunar station you'll spend the game navigating. You apparently have to use both characters' abilities at the same time to get through rogue robots and other obstacles. In the trailer it look like a lot of hacking and smashing, but it'll presumably have more variety in its final release. Pragmata was announced all the way back in 2020, before the release of the PlayStation 5, targeting a 2022 release. The game has been delayed multiple different times since then, most recently in 2023 when Capcom delayed the game indefinitely. It's not clear how much of Pragmata has been reworked since then. Pragmata will be available in 2026 on PS5, presumably alongside releases on Xbox Series X / S and PC, as previously announced.

Silent Hill f is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on September 25
To view this content, you'll need to update your privacy settings. Please click here and view the "Content and social-media partners" setting to do so. It had only been a few months since our last look at Silent Hill f , so it was perhaps a little surprising to see the first Japan-set game in the series pop up during Sony's latest State of Play stream on Wednesday. The trailer provided another chance to see some gameplay and those gorgeously grotesque visuals, but the key information was saved for the end: a release date. You'll be able to experience the terrors of Silent Hill f yourself on September 25 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. In this '60s-set installment, you'll take on the guise of high schooler Shimizu Hinako, who has to survive the horrors that plague her fog-ridden hometown of Ebisugaoka. You will have to solve puzzles (some of which involve scarecrows) and fend off enemies, including some creepy mannequin-like monsters. Producer Motoi Okamoto wrote on the PlayStation Blog that "the combat will have a heavier focus on melee and be more action-oriented compared to last year's Silent Hill 2 . "

DDG Files Motion To Block Halle Bailey From Taking Their Son Abroad
DDG and Halle Bailey's relationship has been experiencing some intense hurdles over the last year, with their disagreements often involving their son, Halo. The Pontiac, Mich., rapper filed a motion on Wednesday morning (June 4) in an attempt to keep his one-year-old in the United States against the plans of his child's mother. Per TMZ, DDG filed an emergency motion to stop Halle from taking their infant son out of the country. The 6x nominated songstress reportedly had plans to travel with Halo to Italy on Saturday (June 7) for work, and her ex-boyfriend requested an emergency hearing because he 'worries about what she might do if she leaves the court's jurisdiction,' according to the outlet. He is claiming Halle poses an 'imminent emotional and psychological risk' to the child. DDG also cited multiple alleged events that support would his claims. In the motion, he said when Halle was pregnant, she allegedly took his gun and left the house without telling him where she was going. He eventually found her outside holding the weapon, and it remained unused by her. DDG also claims the Little Mermaid actress tried to have an abortion behind his back, but did not go through with it. The rapper added Halley once sent 'a series of alarming text messages threatening to kill herself and suggesting that their infant son, Halo, might also be harmed.' Allegations of negative behavior have come from both sides of the former relationship. The Chloe x Halle member was granted a temporary restraining order against DDG last month after accusing him of physical abuse. In an incident with photos included in her complaint, she alleged DDG once slammed her face on a steering wheel, chipping her tooth, while he came to pick up Halo. She addressed her Italy travel plans in her complaint, which was approved on May 15. 'I have family and a nanny who will be traveling with me to care for Halo while I am working,' Halle wrote in the court documents.
