Abu Abdel team qualified for the final of the Martyr Leader Football Championship in Hajjah, which is organized by the Hajjah branch of the Game Federation in coordination with the General Mobilization and under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office in the province.
Abu Abdel's qualification came at the expense of Shabab Al-Gharib team, which received 7 goals, which were scored by players Bassam Qadish two goals, Ibrahim Sharaf Al-Din two goals, Mohammed Al-Hamdani, Asim Al-Turabi and Haitham Al-Yemeni one goal each, while the only goal of Shabab Al-Gharib team was scored by player Ashraf Mohammed Al-Nashri from a penalty kick.
Tomorrow, the two teams of Al Fajr and Shabab Tihama will face off to determine which team will meet Abu Abdel in the final.
The match, which was attended by tournament director Amer Al-Shatbi, was officiated by referees Khalid Al-Awami, Abdullah Al-Shater and Mustafa Al-Ghalbi, assistants, and Mujahid Al-Qaili, fourth referee.

The final match was attended by Ali Hadhban, Deputy Minister of Youth for Sports Affairs, Abdullah Obaid, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the Municipality, his deputy Zaid Jahaf, and several youth and sports leaders, along with a large crowd. The match featured a strong competition between the teams of Al-Tahrir and Bani Al-Harith districts, ending in a 1-1 draw in regular time. Al-Tahrir eventually secured the title by winning on penalties. Al-Tahrir district team was crowned champion of the tournament, which was held under the patronage of the Supreme Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, in cooperation with the Capital Municipality's Subcommittee and the Al-Shaab Social Development Foundation. The championship aimed to enhance the sports, educational, and cultural aspects of summer school students. At the end of the match, the winning teams were honored—Al-Tahrir as champions and Bani Al-Harith as runners-up. Additionally, the winners of the cultural competition were recognized, with Al-Sab'een district team taking first place, while Al-Ma'in and Al-Wahda district teams shared second place. Sultan Team wins Yemeni Unity Football Cup in Taiz

Taiz - Saba: The Sultan team won the Yemeni Unity Football Cup, organized by the Youth and Sports Office in the province under the supervision of the local authority and mobilization, as part of summer activities. The Sultan team secured the cup after defeating Imam Ali bin Abi Talib Center team (Al-Jund) with a clean score of 5-0 in the match held today in celebration of the 35th National Day of the Republic of Yemen (May 22). At the conclusion of the match, Saeed Al-Sanafi, a member of the Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses, expressed his happiness at organizing the football event in honor of this cherished national occasion, which reinforces the spirit of unity in the minds of generations. He praised the role of the local authority in the province, which places great emphasis on sports and cultural activities in line with the directives of the Revolutionary Leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the government's Change and Construction Program.
