Delnaaz Irani on her knee injury says, 'I had to take a step back and focus on health, but work won't suffer'

Actress Delnaaz Irani, despite her knee injury, continues to keep shooting for TV and performing on stage. Sharing about her knee injury, she says, 'This was last year, around August, when I had a major fall, but I took a painkiller and ignored it for a while.
I had a fall again at home on the same knee after a few months, and that's when I went to a doctor who told me that it was a ligament tear. I didn't want to get it operated so he gave me medicines and asked me to do physiotherapy."
She adds, 'I was recovering nicely until the pain returned. I had to take a step back and focus on health, and I even thought of quitting theatre, but the makers of the play, Akbar Birbal, made a few changes in the script, which allowed me to continue it.
I'm thankful that they considered my situation and I didn't have to give on something that I love doing. On the other hand, I am also shooting for the TV show Mannat. I have been able to manage it because I do get a break between shots and it is not hectic for me and my work will not suffer.

On juggling multiple projects, she says, 'I will continue doing my TV show Mannat as well. I can't sit idly at home, I am a workaholic. But I am also taking care of my knee as the doctor has adviced me. I'm such a happy person when I'm doing theatre. Apart from that, I have more projects in the pipeline which I am working on and excited for people to see once it is out.'

Stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Suniel Shetty have frequently made headlines for high-value property transactions. While many Bollywood celebrities are known for purchasing luxury apartments or investing in commercial spaces, a significant number also prefer renting high-end properties instead of owning them. According to real estate consultants, some Bollywood actors, despite having the means to buy, choose to rent properties due to personal preferences, such as securing a sea-facing view in a specific location. Experts also point out that in some cases, the desired property may not be available for sale. In other instances, actors may rent high-end apartments to enjoy a certain lifestyle, even if purchasing the same property is financially out of reach at the time.
