I saw Lana Del Rey at Glasgow's Hampden Park
The singer opened the door to her home, quite literally with a house on stage, to thousands of adoring fans at Scotland's national stadium.
And while this spot normally houses the tartan army, it was Lana's own army of fans that was ready and willing to take direction from the star.
(Image: Roberto Ricciuti) Armed with their Lana merchandise, they screamed in unison as the beauty smiled from ear to ear to say, 'You are so special. You are so special, Glasgow.'
Diving into Henry, Come On, those delicate vocals echoed around the arena, and she sounded simply enchanting.
A cover of Tammy Wynette's classic Stand By Your Man quickly followed, allowing her to put her own stamp on the country classic.
While the Rick-Rubin produced Ride - taken from the 2012 album Paradise - delighted fans who rhymed off the lyrics with ease, before Video Games sent the crowd into a frenzy.
Her vocals even took the spotlight when she did a section of the song a cappella, she sounded phenomenal.

(Image: Roberto Ricciuti) A show like this is about the fans. Those who live and breathe her lyrics and music.
Many travelled from all over, queued for hours so that they could secure the perfect spot to embrace that Lana magic.
And it's easy to see why, the 40-year-old New Yorker draws you in from the moment she steps on stage, she oozes charisma.
Young and Beautiful - which featured in the 2013 Baz Luhrmann movie The Great Gatsby - was a moment to remember before she amped up the atmosphere further with Summertime Sadness and Born to Die.
This trio of tracks took the show to its pinnacle before she introduced new song 57.5 - a reference to her millions of monthly listeners on Spotify - which caused a bit of a stir during its debut earlier this year when she confessed she kissed country star Morgan Wallen in the lyrics.

(Image: Roberto Ricciuti) Finishing off with her cover of John Denver's Take Me Home, Country Roads, it almost felt a little rushed that the show was coming to an end so soon.
But Lana spread her magic to those who matter the most as she stepped off the stage to pose for selfies and sign autographs for her dedicated fans at the front.

The family of Scottish comedian Gary Little have launched a fundraiser for the volunteers who found his body in the Highlands on Friday. Little had been hillwalking on Five Sisters of Kintail in the Highlands when he failed to return home. His body was later recovered by Kintail Mountain Rescue, assisted by Glenelg Mountain Rescue Team, Police Scotland and the Coastguard. Police confirmed that the death was being treated as 'unexplained, but not suspicious'. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course. The 61-year-old was a regular at comedy clubs in Scotland as well as the Edinburgh Fringe and Glasgow International Comedy Festival. Following the news of Little's death, tributes poured in on social media from comedy clubs and comedians alike, highlighting his comedic skill and 'joy he brought to the world'. His sisters, Lorraine, Alison, Karen, and Claire, have launched a fundraiser for Kintail Mountain Rescue in honour of their late brother, who they described as an 'avid mountain walker'. So far, £2,160 has been raised. The GoFundMe read: 'As a family we are so very grateful that the volunteers from Kintail Mountain Rescue stayed with him until the help of HMCG Helicopter from Stornaway arrived and this comforts us knowing 'the big man was not alone'. 'As an avid mountain walker Gary was appreciative of the work these volunteer based organizations done and how valuable they are so any donation would be extremely appreciated. 'Thank you from his sisters, Lorraine, Alison, Karen and Claire.' You can donate to the fundraiser here. Declutter Before You Pack Sort through your belongings and get rid of anything you no longer need. Donate, sell, or recycle items to lighten your load. 2. Create an Inventory Make a list of all your items. This helps keep track of everything and ensures nothing gets lost in the move. 3. Use Quality Packing Materials Invest in sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape. This will protect your belongings during the move. 4. Label Everything Clearly label each box with its contents and the room it belongs to. This makes unpacking much easier and more organized. 5. Pack a 'First Day' Box Include essentials like toiletries, a change of clothes, snacks, and important documents. This will keep you from rummaging through boxes on your first day. 6. Take Photos of Electronics Setup Before unplugging your electronics, take photos of the wiring setup. This will make it easier to reconnect everything at your new place. 7. Use Suitcases for Heavy Items Pack books and other heavy items in rolling suitcases. This makes them easier to transport and reduces the risk of injury. 8. Colour-Code Your Boxes Use different coloured stickers or markers for each room. This will help movers quickly identify where each box should go in your new home. Meanwhile, a fourth said: "I can't fault you and I completely understand. I can't big you up enough because you want a better life and what you are passionate about is your kids being SAFE." "This is a dream to me. Wouldn't have a clue where to start though,' claimed a fifth. Someone else added: "Lovely little life."

Love Is Blind UK Katisha's shock note and what it said as star storms off show
Love Is Blind UK's next batch of episodes have dropped showing the five new couples navigating their lives together *Warning: Contains spoilers for Love Is Blind UK Season 2* A Love Is Blind UK contestant has dramatically quit the programme after leaving a shocking message for her fiancé in a surprising turn of events. Love Is Blind UK season 2 witnessed the latest batch of episodes drop today (August 20) as the five fresh couples work through their new relationships together. Following extensive dating in the pods, the selected pairs chose to advance their romance to the next level and get engaged whilst planning their nuptials. However, pressure mounts for the couples as they encounter obstacles in their partnerships, reports the Mirror. This week, one participant has dramatically left the programme, leaving a single message for their other half. Devastating moments showed Scottish native Katisha and Javen battling with their communication, which followed Katisha's last minute choice to pick Javen, despite confessing a deeper bond with Demola in the pods. Yet Katisha broke down in tears on the programme following Javen's surprising choice this week. Previous moments featured a get-together with the couples and fellow cast members, before Javen seemed to be getting friendlier with singletons Sophie, Yolanda and Aanu. Javen chose to head back out with the group and left Katisha on her own at their accommodation. Subsequent scenes showed Megan confessing to Katisha that Javen had actually spent the majority of the night with the other three women, which left Katisha far from pleased. Megan revealed to Katisha: "I'm not going to lie, he went straight to Sophie. "He was chatting to Sophie a lot and then I watched them get into a photo booth..... I didn't see any photo." She continued: "It was the weirdest thing, he just kept laughing. He was just being like yeah, nothing, nothing. After that he moved on started talking to Yolanda, eventually started talking to Aanu." However, when Katisha confronted Javen, a row quickly erupted as she declared she was "going home." Left disappointed by his behaviour, Katisha was later overheard saying: "I have no desire to speak to Javen again, I've been in relationships like this before and I've trusted them and I've taken them back again and again and again. I didn't come here to make the same mistakes." Before departing the programme, Katisha penned a farewell note to Javen, placing it beside her engagement ring on the table for him to discover upon his return. The note read: "I truly wanted this to work, we are obviously more than our mistakes but I can't marry potential. I'm sorry, all the best Katisha." Upon discovering the message, Javen confronted Megan, demanding to know what had been said to Katisha before branding it "lies" as a heated row erupted. What lies ahead for Love Is Blind UK? Viewers must wait until August 27 when the concluding two episodes air.
