Snoop Dogg Drops ‘Iz It a Crime' Album Featuring Sexyy Red, Wiz Khalifa & Pharrell: Stream It Now
Snoop Dogg's longevity, work ethic and versatility can't be matched by many — if any — in the hip-hop realm. The Death Row legend returned on Thursday (May 14) with his 21st studio album, Iz It a Crime?
The project boasts 21 tracks with features from stars like Pharrell Williams, Sexyy Red, Wiz Khalifa, Charlie Bereal, Jane Handcock, October London and more. The title track from the LP fittingly samples Sade's 'Is It a Crime.'

Snoop stopped by The Breakfast Club on Wednesday (May 14) where he detailed how he's still feeling inspired to drop music at a high level even over 30 years into his Hall-of-Fame career.
'I'm an MC and I love to rap and I love to make music, and people love my voice and they love when I make great records,' Snoop said. 'When I don't make great records, people let me know that as well.'
The Long Beach native continued: 'I hear all of that and it makes me say to myself, 'I should treat myself like a musician and not like a rapper.' If you a musician, you can make music until you die, but when you're a rapper they try to put a cap on you.'
Snoop Dogg also previewed an accompanying movie for Iz It a Crime? during a private screening in NYC on Tuesday (May 13), but it's unclear when exactly the film will arrive.
It's been a busy six months for the 53-year-old mogul. He reunited with Dr. Dre for Missionary in December, as the joint album debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard 200.
The Death Row gospel label compilation, Altar Call, which arrived in April and was dedicated to Snoop's late mother, also saw contributions from The Doggfather.

Sir Elton John said 'we will not back down' in an awards speech where he pleaded with the UK Government to 'do the right thing' by strengthening copyright protections when artificial intelligence (AI) models learn from creatives' content. Veteran rock singer Sir Elton, 78, who picked up the Creators' Champion Award at Billboard's Global Power Players Event on Wednesday, is among hundreds of creatives who have raised concerns over AI companies using copyrighted work without permission. In an Instagram post he thanked the US magazine for the award and said: 'Supporting the next generation of British artists is one of the major driving forces in my life. 'As everyone in that room was aware, the Data Bill is currently looming over our industries and the future livelihood of all artists. It is an existential issue. 'Earlier this evening, the Government was defeated for an unprecedented fifth time by the House of Lords who have backed the crucial amendment to the Bill. 'I am now calling on the Government to do the right thing and get transparency added to the Bill. 'Administration of copyright must be transparent. And it must have an artist's full permission. These two principles are the bedrock of our industry. They must be included in the data Bill as a backstop. 'Let's be clear – we want to work with the Government. We are not anti AI. We are not anti big tech. We are not against Labour. We want a solution that brings all parties together in a way that's transparent, fair and allows artists to maintain control of their work. 'We will not let the Government forget their promise to support our creative industries. We will not back down and we will not quietly go away. This is just the beginning. 'Thank you, Billboard. Puerto Rican reggaeton star and partners open Japanese-Latin restaurant in Miami
There's a new restaurant serving Japanese-Latin fusion in Wynwood. Casa Crudos is a collaboration between Puerto Rican reggaeton star Zion (formerly of Zion & Lennox, which disbanded last year) and twins Daniel and JC Rosario. The restaurant aims to blend the flavors of Tokyo and the Caribbean. The project is about legacy, says Zion, whose real name is Felix G. Ortiz-Torrez. 'We've made waves through music, and now we're channeling that same energy into hospitality, something that's personal, fresh and deeply rooted in our culture.' The design of the restaurant virtually screams Wynwood, with an indoor industrial feel with exposed ceilings and colorful lights, and an outdoor patio flanked by colorful murals. The menu ranges from tiraditos — salmon and the intriguing tuna parmesan — to ceviches, crispy rice to bao buns (pork belly, salmon, short rib). There are a variety of sashimi options, too, as well as rolls, including a barbecue truffle unagi roll. Shareable plates are also an option: shishito peppers, gyoza dumplings, chicken wings, mussels and more. Most items are just below or just above $20.
