Iconic Wallace and Gromit character lands spin-off movie – but there's a catch
AN Iconic Wallace and Gromit spin-off character has landed another spin-off movie.
However, for fans hoping to see Wallace and Gromit following the success of their Christmas flick, Vengeance Most Fowl, they will be left disappointed.

Shaun the Sheep has landed his THIRD movie but there will be no appearances from the much-loved Wallace and Gromit.
Aardman Animation has confirmed that Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, is in the works for release this Halloween.
The movie will be produced in association with StudioCanal with Sky on board as UK distributor.
Teasers for the flick reveal that the residents of Messy Bottom will be looking forward to a spooky and fun-filled Halloween but the clumsy Farmer soon wreaks havoc and trashes the beloved pumpkin patch.
Shaun will then try to help and will don his best mad scientist hat to come up with a solution.
But things are sure to go awry when Shaun is involved.
When things spiral, a wild beast will soon be roaming around the woodlands.
Sarah Cox, the chief creative director at Aardman, said of the new flick: 'Shaun the Sheep is an iconic character, beloved by viewers of all ages around the world.
'In our new animated movie, we bring family-friendly thrills to this light-hearted, spooky Halloween adventure.
"Expect smashed pumpkins, wayward science, and a wild hairy beast on the loose in Mossy Bottom – all delivered with the Flock's trademark joyous comedy.'
The previous instalment's director Steve Cox will be back to direct the movie.
StudioCanal's Anna Marsh and Ron Halpern added: 'We have taken such pride in establishing Shaun the Sheep and the flock as a cinematic must for audiences across the globe and in this – our third feature film in the franchise – we have a tantalising seasonal hook in Halloween with thrills, spills, surprises, a touch of science and characters old and new.
"We cannot wait to reveal more of this highly anticipated family treat in the coming months.
"It's a genuine pleasure to be back in partnership with Aardman for Shaun's very welcome return to the big screen.'

Patsy Palmer leaves crowd in hysterics and Jane McDonald appalled with her 'vagina monologue' during British Soap Awards - as fans claim ITV edited out even more X-rated comments!
Patsy Palmer left both the crowd and viewers at home in stitches during the British Soap Awards, as she went off in a tangent about vaginas during her award acceptance speech. The actress, 53, won the prize for Best Comedic Performance at the annual ceremony, held on Saturday night at London 's Hackney Empire. She scored the win for her role as Bianca Jackson on EastEnders, beating out stiff competition from Jack P Shepherd, Nicola Wheeler and Nicole Barber-Lane. Natalie Cassidy makes rare comment on relationship with her daughter's dad over ten years after bitter split
EASTENDERS star Natalie Cassidy has made a rare comment about her relationship with her daughter's father. The actress, who played Sonia Fowler on the BBC One soap until her exit in April after a 32-year stint, spoke about her marriage to former fiance Adam Cottrell. 4 4 Natalie, 42, got engaged to the transport manager from Bristol in 2010, but split a year later. During their relationship, Adam was charged with assaulting her and received 120 hours of community service. Natalie later reconciled with him for a brief time as she tried to make it work for the sake of their child Eliza, who they welcomed back in 2010. Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast Life With Nat, the actress was joined by her aunt Linny, where she admitted her relationship with her ex "wasn't a happy one". Discussing her parenting, mum-of-two Natalie said: "We don't raise them the same, of course we don't..." She told her aunt: 'It's a cementing of your marriage, or your life... it's everything… but I didn't have that experience. "I was in a relationship, it wasn't a happy one. "Eliza was my absolute life, but the experience that came with it wasn't a nice one. "So again everyone has a very different experience." Natalie previously spoke about the reasons she briefly ereconciled with her ex Adam back in 2010. She said: "It was my decision. I'm really glad I gave it another chance. When kids are involved you almost have to. I can always say to Eliza, 'Mummy tried, but it didn't work out.'" Natalie went on to star in her own reality show with Adam. Becoming Mum hit our screens in 2010 and followed the pair prepare for their first child. The pair started dating in 2009 and were in an on/off relationship until 2013. A year later Natalie started a relationship with Marc Humphreys. They got engaged in 2015 and welcomed their first child Joanie Elizabeth into the world in 2016. Just two months ago, Natalie waved goodbye to Walford as she quit the soap after three decades. Before leaving, Sonia left flowers for her ex-husband Martin (James Bye), who died after a metal beam collapsed on him following a fire at the Queen Vic pub during the soap's 40th anniversary live episode. Sonia was then persuaded to jump into the boat on the back of the trailer to depart Albert Square with Bianca. She was then asked by the neighbours if she would be going to Bali. Sonia replied: "Well yeah, that's where we're going to start off, Bex is going to find us some visas and everything, and then we're just going to wing it." Bianca then handed Sonia her trumpet as she exclaimed: "I've got an idea, look, for old times' sake as we drive off, come on, it'll be a laugh. You can put it in the bin when we get to Stansted." The character was known for her poor trumpet playing, which angered her family and neighbours, during her early days on the soap. Sonia played the instrument as they finally left Walford, driven away by her daughter Bex, as the residents of Albert Square waved them off as Julia's Theme played out. 4
