‘Yellowstone' star Luke Grimes reacts to his new spinoff ‘Y: Marshalls'
Kayce Dutton isn't hanging up his cowboy hat, yet.
'Yellowstone' star Luke Grimes, 41, will return for a spinoff series called 'Y: Marshals,' CBS announced.
According to the official logline, 'With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals.'
The plot will follow Kayce as he combines, 'his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region's war on violence.'
Grimes posted the news on Instagram with the caption, 'Cowboys don't say goodbye, they say see you later.'

The hit cowboy drama premiered in 2018 and ended in 2024 after a five season run that attracted over 17 million viewers, according to Paramount.
Ahead of the Season 5 premiere, 'Yellowstone' star Ian Bohen coyly told The Post that 'it's not necessarily' the end.
The story followed the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in Montana, including patriarch John (Costner) and his adult children Kayce (Luke Grimes), Jamie (Wes Bentley), Beth (Kelly Reilly) and Beth's husband, Rip (Cole Hauser).
When the show ended, Costner left after the first half of Season 5, amid rumors of a feud with Sheridan. The show handled this by killing John off.

Jamie, who was indirectly responsible, got killed in the finale, and Rip and Beth headed off for new pastures – and another spinoff show. Meanwhile, Kayce sold his family's iconic ranch to Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birminghan), the leader of the local Native American community who was John Dutton's sometimes enemy, sometimes ally – for the paltry price of a dollar twenty-five an acre, since that's the deal their ancestors made.
His condition was that Rainwater could never develop the ranch or sell it and Kayce and his family gets to stay in East Camp, the area where he lives with his family.
So, 'Yellowstone' left Kayce living a quiet life on a small corner of his family's ranch, which he was no longer in charge of. But, his new spinoff show will have him see more action and adventure as he reconnects with his military past.

This is one of numerous spinoffs. Michelle Pfeiffer will star in another spinoff called 'The Madison,' and after the prequel series spinoff '1923' had a heartbreaking ending, it's still getting a follow-up series called '1944.'
During a November 2024 interview, Grimes told The Post that the show has been a one of a kind experience.
'Any time we got to do any of the big cowboy stuff – like on horseback with cattle – with a lot of the cast and a lot of the real cowboys, there's no way to fake moving cattle. Or CGI cattle. So we'd actually just have to get on [horses] and do it.'
He added, 'I don't know any other way in my life in which I would have had that experience.'

'Y: Marshals' will premiere in Spring of 2026. No further cast members have been annoyed beyond Grimes.
'Yellowstone' creator Taylor Sheridan will exec produce, but the showrunner will be Spencer Hudnut ('SEAL Team').'In terms of Taylor's involvement, we're still early in the process. He's a very busy guy, but we'll take what we can get,' CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach told reporters, per Variety.

President Donald Trump Pardons NBA YoungBoy On Gun Charges
NBA YoungBoy, also known as YoungBoy Never Broke Again, was pardoned by President Donald Trump on Wednesday (May 25). According to ABC News, this means the 25-year-old will not have to follow the terms of his probation, including drug testing, since he finished his home confinement sentence last month. 'From Louisiana to Utah, the battles have been endless, and now he can concentrate on first and foremost his family, and then, of course, his amazing career,' expressed the rapper's lawyer, Drew Findling, in a statement to the news outlet. Rolling Stone reported that Findling 'did not do the pardon application, but can confirm he was pardoned.' 'I want to thank President Trump for granting me a pardon and giving me the opportunity to keep building — as a man, as a father, and as an artist,' explained the Baton Rouge native in a statement shared to Instagram stories. 'This moment means a lot. It opens the door to a future I've worked hard for and I am fully prepared to step into this.' In August 2024, the 'Outside Today' performer, legal name Kentrell Gaulden, pleaded guilty to possession of firearms by a convicted felon, hoping to have the courts transfer the litigation from his hometown to Utah. In Utah, he faced charges in a prescription pill drug fraud ring. He was sentenced to 23 months behind bars in December 2024 with five years of supervised probation after his release. According to HipHopDX, the rapper was released from a federal correctional facility in Talladega, Alabama, in March 2025, earlier than his projected summer release date, and transferred to Utah to complete his house arrest. Ahead of his presidential pardon, NBA YoungBoy announced his first headlining trek. 50 Cent Shares Clips Of Diddy Insulting Donald Trump Amid Talk Of Potential Pardon
Diddy has sought every way out of his potential doom within the last year, and a recent report suggested that he may go to President Donald Trump for a pardon if he is convicted in his current trafficking trial. 50 Cent, the constant thorn in the controversial mogul's side, has now reminded him why Trump may not be willing to help him out by sharing a few old clips. In October 2020, Puff sat down with Charlamagne Tha God for an interview ahead of the 2020 presidential election. He emphatically endorsed Joe Biden's candidacy and announced the launch of Our Black Party, a collective focused on advocacy for the African American community. Fif shared a portion of their conversation on his Instagram. 'If Trump gets elected, I really do believe in my heart there will be a race war,' the Bad Boy co-founder said in the clip. 'That's why this message is not just to Black people, you know what I'm saying? This message is to everybody. This man is really trying to turn us against each other and put us in a situation. America messed up.' In a second clip, the former REVOLT chairman took things even further and said, 'White men like Trump need to be banished.' Watch the clips below. Time and different circumstances have seemingly changed Diddy's tune on Donald Trump, as he is reportedly 'angling' for a presidential pardon if he is convicted. If found guilty, the 55-year-old artist could face life in prison. 'He's willing to do anything to get out of jail,' a source who has been close to the 'Last Night' artist for a decade told Rolling Stone. 'He's always been this way. He's always going to do what he has to do to get out of a situation.' 'Brother Love' couldn't have found himself in this situation at a better time. Just last week, Trump pardoned YoungBoy Never Broke Again, who had been recently reprimanded for gun-related charges. YB had been released from federal prison in March and sent to home confinement in Utah due to credit for time served, which ended in April. With this pardon, he won't have to follow any probation terms, the worst of which was drug testing. Trump also commuted Larry Hoover's federal life sentence for operating a criminal enterprise last week. The kingpin isn't completely off the hook, though; while he gets to leave the supermax facility in Colorado, he returns home to Illinois to continue serving his 150 to 200-year sentence for a murder he committed in Chicago in 1973. Nonetheless, Diddy may find himself needing Trump's help at the most opportune time. This past Friday (May 30), Donald Trump was asked about his willingness to help Diddy. 'I haven't spoken to him in years,' he told Fox News. 'He used to really like me a lot, but I think when I ran for politics, that relationship busted up, from what I read. I don't know, he didn't tell me that. But I'd read some … nasty statements in the paper all of a sudden.' The 78-year-old President admitted that he had to keep the United States in mind when considering what to do with Diddy's personal affairs. 'You know, it's different,' he said. 'You become a much different person when you run for politics, and you do what's right. I could do other things, and I'm sure he'd like me, and I'm sure other people would like me, but it wouldn't be as good for our country.' Ultimately, he didn't have a final answer on what he would do at the time. 'It's not a popularity contest, so I don't know,' he admitted. 'I would certainly look at the facts. If I think somebody was mistreated, whether they like me or don't like me, it wouldn't have any impact on me.' Nicola Peltz Beckham Sets The Record Straight On Claims She 'Cut Brooklyn Out' Of Her Film
Nicola Peltz Beckham is speaking out about reports that she cut husband Brooklyn from her first film. Last year, Nicola made her directorial debut with the drama Lola, which she also starred in. In the lead-up to its release, the Transformers: Age Of Extinction star admitted that her famous husband was 'really upset' that a cameo scene he shot wound up on the cutting room floor, after she previously claimed his attempts at an American accent left her 'laughing so hard' in the editing room. However, in a new interview with Glamour, Nicola maintained that Brooklyn is still in the film – you just have to look hard for him. 'Just to be clear: No, I did not cut Brooklyn out of Lola!' she insisted. 'He wanted to shoot this scene where he and a friend stumble out of a strip club – it was supposed to be subtle. Instead they crawled through the scene like it was a comedy.' 'Apparently, I also looked into the camera too much,' Brooklyn noted, while his wife said that he also sounded 'way too British', meaning he 'just didn't fit' in the finished product. 'Honestly, he is in Lola; you just have to look closely,' she added. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Glamour (@glamourmag) Last year, Nicola told The Hollywood Reporter: 'Brooklyn is actually really upset that he did get cut from his one little cameo. He had one line, 'Hi', but he kept saying it in a British accent and he was staring directly into the camera. 'I was like, 'oh God, we have to move on, good lord'. So, Brooklyn ended up on the chopping block.' Meanwhile, during the same Glamour interview, Nicola spoke out about the 'fake news' of which she is often the subject, amid widespread reports of a rift among the Beckham family.
