Representatives of Atalanta star Ademola Lookman will soon return to Italy to try to unlock talks with Inter Milan.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the player's agents are on their way back to the country.
Lookman's agents have been in Barcelona to sort out Marc-Andre ter Stegen's wobble at Camp Nou.
Now, they're heading back to Italy to resume negotiations with the Nerazzurri.
Meanwhile, the player is in London, waiting for the clubs' decision with bated breath.

Despite agreeing on personal terms with the Nerazzurri, Ademola Lookman remains far away from San Siro.
Indeed, Atalanta are holding out for their €50 million asking price, making it difficult for Inter to close the deal.
As for the player, he has distanced himself from the Bergamo club.
He has been in exile since the beginning of August, refusing to return to the Gewiss Stadium in protest.
However, Lookman's attempts to force his exit have done little to unsettle La Dea.

Italian soccer coaches call for Israel to be suspended by UEFA and FIFA over Gaza war

FLORENCE, Italy (AP) — The Italian Soccer Coaches' Association is pushing for Israel to be suspended from international competition over the war in Gaza. Ahead of Italy's crucial World Cup qualifiers against Israel in the next two months, the AIAC says 'Israel must stop. Soccer must also take action.' The AIAC has written a formal letter to the Italian soccer federation, to be forwarded to European and world soccer's governing bodies, calling for Israel to be suspended. 'The AIAC Board of Directors unanimously believes that, given the daily massacres, which have also resulted in hundreds of deaths among managers, coaches, and athletes … it is legitimate, necessary, indeed a duty, to place at the center of federation talks the request, to be submitted to UEFA and FIFA, for the temporary exclusion of Israel from sporting competitions,' the letter concludes. 'Because the pain of the past cannot cloud anyone's conscience and humanity.' Italy is set to play Israel on neutral turf in Debrecen, Hungary on Sept. 8, before hosting the return match in Udine on Oct. 14. 'We could just focus on playing, looking the other way. But we believe that is not right,' AIAC vice president Giancarlo Camolese said. The Azzurri also played Israel in Udine last October in a Nations League match that saw protests before and during the game and intense security measures, including snipers on the roof of the stadium. Since then the situation has continued to deteriorate with the Palestinian death toll from the 22-month war passing 62,000 earlier this month. 'The world is in flames. Many people like the Palestinians are suffering,' AIAC vice president Francesco Perondi said. 'Indifference is unacceptable.' ___ AP soccer:

Report – Inter Milan Keen To Sign Rennes Starlet To Bolster Midfield Options

Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan are reportedly keen to sign Rennes youngster Djaoui Cisse to bolster their midfield options. According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Italian giants have switched their attention toward the 21-year-old. Despite trying to lure Manu Kone away from Roma, Inter are on the verge of admitting defeat. Indeed, Gian Piero Gasperini's men have no intention of selling the French star after a superb season. Therefore, Inter could soon lodge an opening bid for Cisse. Indeed, scouts have described the France U21 international as a modern-day midfielder. Cisse's technical qualities and versatility make him an appealing option. Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri remain attentive to market opportunities, and one such could be Mahamadou Doumbia. Contracted to Antwerp until 2027, Doumbia is among the brightest talents in the Jupiler Pro League.
