The Champions League club lashed out at "serious events" in the late rounds of the Portuguese Cup and Liga Portugal season that saw them miss out on both trophies to Sporting Lisbon.
Benfica's statement requested disciplinary reviews against VAR officials from the Portuguese Cup final and the immediate release of audio recordings from the match.
While they also detailed that they would inform the FPF that they will not host national team matches at the Estadio da Luz "until integrity prevails in domestic competitions" - barring Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates from the ground.
That vow could prove costly to the two-time Champions League winners, who face a ban and a fine if they follow through with the threat.

That's because FPF rules state that any club that refuses to make their stadium available to the national team "without justified cause" will be subject to a penalty.
That penalty consists of a stadium ban running from one to three months and fine.
At present no action has been taken against Benfica.
Benfica narrowly missed out on the Primeira Liga title by two points following a 1-1 draw with Braga on the final day of the season.
Benfica's requests
Take a look at the action that Benfica have requested is taken following their complaint about officiating in Portugal... To request disciplinary review against the refereeing and VAR team of the Cup Final.
To request disciplinary review against players Matheus Reis and Maxi Araújo for the multiple attacks on player Andrea Belotti.
Demand the immediate release of the audio recordings between the Referee and VAR from the Portuguese Cup Final, as well as the scores given to them.
Make a statement to FIFA, UEFA and IFAB regarding the illicit application of the VAR protocol in Portugal, which has called into question integrity.
Demand that the newly elected Refereeing Council take a public position, presenting concrete measures and solutions to correct its actions, under penalty of not being able to continue in office.
Suspend participation in the Centralisation League working groups and request an urgent hearing with the Government, informing it that, at this time, the conditions to move forward with this process are not being met.
Inform the Portuguese Football Federation that, until integrity prevails in domestic competitions, Sport Lisboa e Benfica will be unavailable to host matches of the National Team in its stadium. Sport Lisboa e Benfica demands that the next season be decided on the pitch, in a transparent manner, which did not happen in the sports season that is now finished. We always assume our responsibilities. We demand that those who oversee and govern Portuguese football also assume theirs.

While they fell to a controversial 3-1 defeat to Sporting in the Potuguese Cup final too, conceding in the 11th minute of injury time before shipping two more goals in extra-time.
Club president Rui Costa slammed the officials after the conclusion of the cup final.

He said: "Benfica lost, I accept that responsibility, but we have to look at Portuguese football. We definitely have to look at Portuguese football."
Adding: "So, let those in charge of refereeing, let those in charge of the referees analyse this game and see how a VAR that can cancel out two situations for Benfica can't see two plays like this.
"He's probably going to be rewarded now and become the leader of VAR in Portugal, which is an extraordinary thing.
"I repeat: you've rarely heard me talk about referees, but there are situations that go beyond that. I've tried, I've tried to be a president of an institution the size of Benfica that is responsible and tries to help Portuguese football in this regard.
"But there are situations that go beyond all limits, because these aren't mistakes that we should be discussing here: whether it was a foul, whether it wasn't a foul, whether it was a penalty, whether it wasn't a penalty.
"We're talking about two clear, obvious assaults, not seen either by the linesman, who was standing next to the play, or by the referee, or by the VAR."
Benfica are currently preparing for the Club World Cup.

Franck Ribery hits back at Cristiano Ronaldo over Ballon d'Or claim

Franck Ribery has hit back at Cristiano Ronaldo after the former Real Madrid and Manchester United forward claimed that players need to win the Champions League in order to be in contention for the Ballon d'Or. Ronaldo has won the Ballon d'Or five times during his career, second only to Lionel Messi, who has won the award eight times. Ribery, meanwhile, did not win the Ballon d'Or during his career and the closest he came was a third-placed finish behind second-placed Messi and the winner Ronaldo in 2013. The former France international was tipped to pull off a huge upset by beating Ronaldo and Messi to the award after he won five trophies with Bayern Munich that year, including the Bundesliga and the Champions League. Ribery was also named UEFA's Best Player in Europe off the back of his impressive performances for Bayern. But it was Ronaldo who won the award despite failing to win a trophy with Real Madrid in 2013, although he did score 66 goals in 56 appearances. Speaking during a press conference on Saturday, Ronaldo was asked about this year's race to win the Ballon d'Or and the 40-year-old insisted that only Champions League winners should be picking up the individual award. 'The individual awards have lost some consensus, I can't say anything about who should win,' Ronaldo said. 'In my opinion, those who stand out and win the Champions League should win. 'But there is no consensus. I don't believe much in individual awards because I know what goes on behind the scenes. 'Lamine [Yamal] could win, like [Ousmane] Dembele or Vitinha, other emerging players… but individual awards are irrelevant.' However, Ribery hit back at Ronaldo's comments on social media as he posted a message on Instagram which read: 'So you NEED to win the Champions League to win the Ballon d'Or?' More Trending Ribery's message was accompanied by three laughing emojis. In an interview with Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport in 2022, Ribery criticised the decision to give the Ballon d'Or to Ronaldo in 2013. 'It was unfair,' Ribery said. 'It was an incredible season for me and I should have won it. They extended the time for votes, and something strange happened. I felt that it was a political choice.' Kylian Mbappe bites back over PSG's Champions League win and Luis Enrique dig

Kylian Mbappe left Paris Saint-Germain for Real Madrid last summer in the hope of winning the Champions League, but it was the French side who actually lifted the European Cup this year Kylian Mbappe has insisted he does not feel bitter over Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League win. The French side finally won Europe's most desired crown last week by smashing Inter Milan in the final in Munich. It is the first time PSG have won the European Cup in their history and fulfills a long-held ambition for the club. They have been desperate to win the Champions League ever since being taken over by the Qatar state back in 2011. ‌ That desperation saw them assemble a Galactico-filled side containing Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Neymar and Mbappe himself. But they failed to follow through on their promise, wwith all four leaving by last summer. ‌ Mbappe was the final one to remain at the Parc des Princes, before joining Real Madrid on a free transfer, citing the desire to win the game's biggest prizes. After leading PSG to the crown, boss Luis Enrique made a sly dig at Mbappe, insisting he could have been part of the historic team. Enrique said: 'We would have loved to have him, but his decision was different. We've shown that we have stars at the service of the team, and not the other way around.' Mbappe though has now fired back at Enrique, insisting he made the right decision to move on. He also revealed that he did indeed watch the final and hailed his former team-mates for their efforts. "Did I leave too soon? No," he said on Saturday. "My story was over, it had to end. No bitterness, I had reached the end of the road. I would have tried anything. It was just fate that meant it had to happen without me. "I was in Morocco, I watched the match at the Fairmont in Marrakech. Do you want all the details? I was happy, they deserve it, they've been through so much trouble, I've been through that too. ‌ "I've been through every stage of the Champions League except the victory. They were the best team in Europe. I don't remember seeing a 5-0. It's 100% deserved, they're becoming the team everyone wants to beat." Mbappe recovered from a difficult start at Madrid to score 43 goals in 56 games, though they failed to win a major trophy. But the Frenchman hit back at suggestions that the season was a failure, pointing to Madrid winning the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup. "A blank season? Are you sure? What's a blank season? What's a blank season? Do you watch the matches? We won two titles. That's the importance of words. We missed out on important titles," Mbappe added. ‌ "This year has been enriching. PSG winning the Champions League without me, it doesn't affect me. It's a good thing. I think that in a career we all have challenges. I'm a little more in the eye of the storm, it's good. "I've always liked being in these positions, it's up to me to work. I've reversed a lot of trends in my career, a lot of things were pinned on me, and I managed to get them off my chest. It's up to me to work."

Ex-PSG keeper recalls visit to 'cathedral' Celtic Park

The now 52-year-old, who won seven French league titles in his playing days, turned out against Celtic in Glasgow in 2003 with Lyon. Goals from Liam Miller and Chris Sutton secured victory for a side managed by Martin O'Neill on a memorable Champions League night. Read more: Recently speaking to L'Equipe, Coupet was asked to recall the top three most memorable atmospheres he played in. "I put Celtic above all because there is a cathedral effect, magnificent chants, no animosity," he said. "It's magical. "I put Fenerbahce [second] because I don't know if it's still the case, but at the time, the stand was across the entire width, not behind the goals. And they had big drums, really warlike chants, extraordinary. "In third place, I think it's all the derbies I've known, both at Gerland [Lyon's stadium] and at Geoffroy-Guichard [home of Lens]." Coupet is only the latest figure to praise Celtic Park's renowned ambience. His fellow countryman, Adrien Rabiot, recently spoke of his experience in Glasgow's east end: "With PSG, we played against Celtic Glasgow," he told CARRE. "We were winning 5-0, but the guys kept singing, it was incredible, I'd never seen that before. "You know, it's the emotions you experience, even though you're the opposing team. "Even my family was in the stadium, they still remember it, because it's the things you experience. You say, the guys took 5-0, but they're singing all over the stadium. "So it's things like that that mark me, but Marseille, I place it at the top."
