BEAUTY BUY Wedding MUA does a full glam with only Primark products – her faves include a Charlotte Tilbury dupe that's £6 not £79
A WEDDING make-up artist has proved you don't need to splash the cash to look flawless after creating a full glam look using only Primark products.
Rebekah Eller, who regularly shares her beauty tips on TikTok, decided to put the budget retailer's cosmetics to the test in natural lighting to see if they really hold up against high-end favourites.

And one product in particular had her followers racing to stores was a dead ringer for Charlotte Tilbury's pricey cult product.
The real deal costs a whopping £79, but Primark's version is just £6 and Rebekah says she actually prefers it.
Rebekah said: 'In fact, I think I like this one better. It's not as greasy and my skin feels really smooth.'
She pointed viewers towards the £6 Primark PS Pro Hydration Cream that's supposedly a dupe of the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream but costs £73 less.
From there, Rebekah moved on to Primark's Luminous Filter Primer Foundation, which she compared to another Charlotte Tilbury and was impressed with the glowy, skin-like finish.

The pro likened it to the Hollywood Flawless Filter Foundation that retails for £39.
But this bargain buy will only set you back £6.
'It's more of a put-on-and-go product if you're not feeling like wearing heavy makeup,' she said, noting that she'd boost the coverage with other products layered on top.
For contour, she tried the £2.50 Cream Bronzer in Caramel, which she described as 'very creamy' and easy to blend.
She also swore by Primark's Flawless Cover Concealer in Cashmere, likening its performance to Tarte's Shape Tape.
Dunnes Stores have new phone case that is dreamy dupe of a luxury brand, perfect for gloss and just €5
She says a little goes a long way and described its coverage as "amazing".
Her blush of choice was the £3 Liquid Blush with Vitamin E in Violet, which she said reminded her of Rare Beauty's viral version.
Rebekah warned the product is super pigmented so you'll only need a tad.
While she loved most of the products, the only letdown was the Liquid Highlighter with jojoba oil, shea butter and vitamin A, which she found too gloopy and underwhelming.
Still, she told her followers the rest of the range was 'cheap" and "cheerful" and said fans should "definitely take a look".
Her glam transformation created entirely with Primark bargains , quickly won praise from beauty fans, many of whom said they were heading straight to the high street to stock up.
One fan said: "I use the double wear dupe from Primark and the amount of compliments I get about my skin being flawless is crazy I will never splash out in the real thing it's soo long lasting"
Another added: "Love Primark makeup. I'm the same never hard the original prep and illuminate but for what I paid for the dupe. I love it"
While a third said: "The Primark foundation is incredible."

Moment rapper stops concert to 26,000 fans to berate ‘irresponsible' mum who brought her one-year-old BABY to gig

THIS is the awkward moment a famous Colombian rapper stopped his concert to berate a mum for bringing her baby. Maluma, 31, was performing in Mexico City when he suddenly spotted the tot in the crowd - prompting him to tell the mum off for "waving them around like they're a toy". 4 Maluma scolded a fan for bringing her baby to his Mexico City concert 4 The rapper said he would never bring his one-year-old daughter, named Paris, to a concert Credit: Instagram 4 Some have accused the rapper of overreacting When the rapper was well into his show at Palacio de los Deportes in the Mexican capital over the weekend, he stopped the music to strike up a conversation with a mum. The rapper, currently on his +Pretty +Dirty World Tour, said in Spanish: 'With all due respect, how old are they?' He continued: 'A year old? Less? Do you think it's a good idea to bring a one-year-old baby to a concert where the decibels are this f***ing high? 'That baby doesn't even know what it's doing here.' A video of the rapper's rant has since gone viral online. Maluma, who has a one-year-old daughter with his girlfriend Susana Gomez, told the mum she should have taken precautions to protect the baby's ears. 'Next time, protect their ears or something,' he said. 'For real. It's heavy. It's your responsibility.' He went on to scold her, saying he would never do that as a parent. 'You're waving them around like they're a toy,' he said. 'That baby doesn't want to be there, for real. I'm telling you with all love and respect, now that I'm a father… would never bring them to a concert. For the next time, be a bit more aware.' Justin Timberlake fans fear for 'tired' star after series of 'lazy' performances on world tour Maluma's remarks have sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some praising his comments and others criticising him for shaming the mum. One person wrote on TikTok: 'Every mother knows what she has to do with her child. If not, they should limit the capacity to a certain age. "What's the point in putting her through that in front of so many people?' But another applauded him, writing: "He probably saved that kid from not being able to hear for the rest of his life." Others criticised the organisers and security for allowing a baby into a rap concert. Maluma's tour is set to continue across Latin America, the US and Europe. It comes as fans of Justin Timberlake recently slammed the singer for a string of "lazy performances" during his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which wrapped up on July 30. Critics claimed Justin was 'hardly singing' and leaning too much on the crowd, with many branding the shows 'lazy.' However, after his July 23 gig in Tbilisi, Georgia, a wave of support hit social media, with fans urging the pop star to rest.

From Gaeltacht to TikTok - the rise of Irish language creators

IN THE noisy world of today's social media, the Irish language is finding itself a powerful new voice in an unexpected digital revival. Lifted from the confines of classrooms and small communities, Gaeilge now echoes across our phones. This is thanks to a new generation of digital storytellers embracing their native tongue through education, music, and humour. So, what's the craic? What are these Irish creators doing, who's watching them and why does it matter? This movement is reimagining how Irish is heard and who's tuning in. Bilingual creators are incorporating everyday conversation, slang, poetry, and sean-nós music into short TikTok videos, Instagram reels, and podcasts. This content is playful, modern, and unmistakably Irish. Its result? Younger audiences are listening. With humour, music, and casual speech as entry-points, this once endangered language is suddenly cool again. Tiktok's own newsroom highlighted the rise of the vibrant '#GaelTok' community, with over 39k posts using #Gaeilge earlier this year. By consequence, Irish is resurfacing beyond influencers, increasingly appearing in pub chatter, daily idioms, and even Instagram captions from non-fluent speakers. The Irish government's official website notes that Irish now regularly trades places with Spanish as the most learned language on Duolingo in Ireland, proving that the revival isn't just passively online, but interactive. But it's not all polished media. Some of the most powerful voices come from captured everyday moments - with teachers, families, and kids sharing nursery rhymes, Irish name lists, and lost phrases online. It was @rionasally's instagram videos displaying interactive children's songs in Irish that inspired this piece. Her simple, enchanting Gaeilge sound attracted a non-irish speaker to follow her page, thereby capturing the essence of this digital revival: connection. Recommendations Whether you're fluent or just flirting with your first cúpla focal, here are some popular creators right now; Ireland's biggest bilingual podcast, ' How To Gael' , uses conversational Irish to explore daily topics from pop culture to politics, aiming to 'bring more Irish into life, no matter your level.' Influencers such as Instagram's @Gaelige_bheo have seen a rise in attention due to their weekly series of 'cancelling english words to replace them with Gaeilge' in hopes of reintroducing the language in an approachable way, however brief. Tiktok creators such as Kate Brady ( @heyitskate98 ) have grown a following by displaying fashion videos and OOTDs (outfit of the day) in Irish, demonstrating the popularity of the fashion and wellness Gaeilge community. So, why does this matter? The surge in Irish-language content is about pride, visibility, and access. By reaching new audiences at home and abroad, Irish is no longer contained in textbooks or Gaeltacht regions. Through the catalyst of social media, Irish is being reclaimed, reimagined, and powerfully reinserted into conversation. From pop-up Gaeltacht events in cities like New York to viral clips explaining witty Irish phrases, the language does not only survive, it thrives. Irish is a deeply literal and poetic language, full of colourful proverbs and turns of phrase. The digital generations are pushing away from Gaeilge being a forgotten childhood chore towards it being a fun and expressive form of Irish identity - something to listen to, post about, and be proud of. At the time, fans claimed the man was Zayn, who was dating Perrie Edwards. Due to the man on the call having a Northern accent and Zayn being from Bradford, fans were convinced it was him. Another "clue" that left fans thinking the man on the other end of the call was Zayn was because he mentioned a friend called Harry who wanted "booty". Advertisement At the time of the rumours swirling, Zayn did not address them. But 13 years on, Tricia Corona has claimed she was the woman on the phone and detailed her version of events. Taking to TikTok to describe meeting Zayn and the rest of the boys at a One Direction event at a Walmart store, she recalled: "We're standing in line and Zayn's making eyes at me." She then explained how her pals told her to give Zayn her number. Advertisement "Like the hoochie that I am - or that I was I should say because I'm a happily married woman now - I wrote my number down and I stuck it right in my bra," she recalled. She then claimed that as she reached the front the queue, Zayn said: "I like your jubblies [breasts]." Harry Styles fans shocked as 1D star snaps pic of them on holiday in Rome - and DMs it to them months later Tricia then recalled: "I pulled my number right out of my dress, slid it across the table and said 'if you wanna hang out later - call me'." She the alleged that Zayn told bandmate Harry to put the note "in his pocket". Advertisement Tricia then recalled how when she and her pals were driving home, she received a call. "I answer and you can hear all of them yelling and giggling and talking," she alleged. "I say hello and they don't say anything and hang up," she went on. Tricia then claimed that the prank call happened an "absurd amount of times". Advertisement But then she allegedly got a call from Zayn at midnight asking her to join him at his hotel in Philadelphia. She agreed and her and her pals drove back. "He's calling me every two minutes 'where are you? How far away are you? You have to be quicker - you have to get here fast because we do have to leave.' "We finally get to Philly and he calls and he's like 'we left, we had to go, I told you. We're going to New York City why don't you come meet us there?'." Advertisement Tricia then claimed Louis Tomlinson called her and said: "Don't shoot the messenger, our tour manager has put his foot down and he says no girls back to the hotel tonight." Tricia then explained how she sent Zayn a text saying: "If you want to rebel against your babysitter tonight, let me know and we'll still come." She then alleged that he replied saying: "F**k the babysitter, come anyway." Tricia and her friends then drove to New York and arrived at gone 2am. Advertisement Zayn allegedly then told hotel staff hat she was their makeup artist so she was allowed to their room. Tricia claimed that no NDA [nondisclosure agreement] was involved but said her mother had heard the leaked audio and was upset - which is why she never spoke out at the time. "It was not funny at the time," she said, adding how Zayn had "his own stuff going on". Tricia added: "And yes he is a celebrity and all that but he is still very much a person and I didn't want to throw him under the bus like that. Advertisement "So you can use your imagination I guess about what happened when I got up there. "That's the story of Crystabel Riley," she concluded. The Sun has reached out to Zayn Malik's representatives for a comment. Fans of the band, who were familiar with the leaked call from 13 years ago, were quick to react.
