The round, secured from a wide syndicate of investment angels, encompasses capital injection in the Holding Company and for the idea-L overall Project, as well as valuable 'to be unveiled' partnership contributions. These funds will accelerate technical hiring, prime the launch of the firm's governance token, GovToken, alongside a world-leading DAO-managed deVC Fund™, and expand the i-Luminary™ mentor network.
