Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have flown from Romania to Dubai on a huge private jet dubbed Tate Force One after being required to report to a police station in Bucharest.
The pair, under investigation for human trafficking and other alleged crimes, had been obliged to return from the US to Romania to check in with authorities as part of their probation conditions.
They did that on March 24 and are now at liberty to travel until they must next present themselves before Romanian authorities in two months.
In a video post on X titled 'Tate Force One – take-off', Andrew Tate offered a tour of the jet's cream-coloured seating areas, conference tables, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and luxury furnishings.
The 38-year-old was wearing a blue top, dark trousers and sunglasses while his brother Tristan, 36, wore a flamboyant pink suit and a dark shirt.
'Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have departed Bucharest, Romania, for Dubai, for a leisure visit,' a spokesman for the brothers said. '(They) wish to reaffirm their respect for the Romanian judicial system and its commitment to due process, which they have consistently supported throughout the duration of their case.
'In accordance with the recently implemented judicial regulations, they will return to Romania within the stipulated two-month timeframe to comply fully with all legal requirements.'
On Monday, the Romanian authorities returned all the brothers' previously seized vehicles, 'pursuant to a favourable ruling by a Romanian judge', the spokesman said.
The cars include an Aston Martin Vanquish Volante V12, a Porsche Cayman GT4 RS, a Porsche 911 GTstreet R, a McLaren 765, a Lamborghini Huracan Evo LP 640, a Ferrari 458 Italia, a Rolls-Royce Wraith V12, a Ferrari 812 Superfast and two Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Prior to their return to Romania, the brothers, who are fervent admirers of Donald Trump, had spent a few weeks in the US.
Andrew Tate has described himself as the 'king of toxic masculinity' and has voiced misogynistic opinions.
He doubled down on those opinions in a recent social media post in which he accused women of engaging in 'weaponised victimhood, isolating men from their children, and brutal ungratefulness for their protectors and providers'.
In a post that has been viewed 384,000 times, he added: 'Men are not the predators. Women are.' He has 10.7 million followers on X alone.
The brothers are under investigation in Romania for forming an organised criminal group, human trafficking, trafficking of minors and money laundering. Andrew Tate also faces allegations of rape and sex with a minor.
They were arrested in Romania in late 2022 and accused of duping young women, transporting them to Romania and subjecting them to sexual exploitation.
Seven women have told investigators that they were led to believe they were entering into romantic relationships with the brothers. They then allegedly found themselves being kept at a property in Bucharest where they were compelled to appear in pornographic videos that were uploaded online.
The brothers deny all the charges and have vowed to clear their names.
Andrew Tate said recently: 'I am investigated everywhere on the planet, because I am one of the most important people on the planet.'
A senior British police commander warned last week of his influence on young men.
Gavin Stephens, chairman of the National Police Chiefs' Council, said the popularity of the controversial influencer had become 'ubiquitous' among young boys.
'Whether you talk to educators or others, the harmful effect of Tate is plain to see,' he said.
'Young men are being influenced, drawn into this horrible material. It's really concerning and worrying, the scale of the threat.'
In a recent lawsuit, a former girlfriend of Andrew Tate accused him of sexual assault and violent behaviour.
Brianna Stern said he initially acted in a kind and loving manner but later turned abusive.
In the lawsuit, filed last week in Los Angeles, she accused him of choking and beating her during sex in a hotel in Beverly Hills.
A lawyer for Mr Tate said his client denied all allegations of violence.
Four British women are suing him in the UK after the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute him on sexual violence and other abuse charges.

Andrew Tate caught speeding 146km/h over limit in Romania

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has been caught speeding at 196km/h (121mph) in a 50km/h zone in Romania, officials have said. The British-American national was recorded driving at nearly four times the speed limit in a village about 184km from the Romanian capital, Bucharest. The 38-year-old received a fine of £310 ($420), in line with local traffic legislation, and had his driving licence suspended for 120 days due to the severity of the offence, police said. Tate has denied he was speeding and said he would appeal. The self-proclaimed misogynist and his brother, Tristan, are currently facing charges including rape and human trafficking in Romania, as well as separate allegations in the UK and US. They deny any wrongdoing. The brothers are allowed to travel in Romania, where they live, and abroad, subject to court-ordered conditions while their cases are pending. Andrew Tate was caught speeding on Saturday in the central village of Bujoreni, police said. They added in a statement that excessive speed remained one of the leading causes of road deaths in Romania. Tate later described the assertion that he was speeding as "grossly false" and said he would contest the matter in court on Monday. He wrote on social media that he had attempted to explain to the officer who stopped him that the radar gun - used by police to measure a vehicle's speed - "must be calibrated incorrectly because I would never do this". Tate said he looked forward to being proven innocent, and claimed he would "enjoy full and normal driving privileges in the mean time", despite the suspension. Tate brothers to return to the UK to face charges Brothers travel to the US despite inquiry Who is Andrew Tate? The elder Tate has often flaunted his collection of sports cars, including Bugattis and Lamborghinis, frequently posting photos of himself alongside them on social media. The former kickboxer has gained millions of followers online, where he has often mixed political messages with showcasing a flashy lifestyle. He has been caught speeding on numerous occasions in Romania. In April 2021, Tate was stopped in a town near Bucharest for allegedly driving a Porsche at 138km/h, according to local reports. A year prior, he had received a speeding fine in Germany. Several of his luxury cars were seized by Romanian authorities in 2023, as part of legal proceedings against him. Tate has reportedly criticised British police for refusing bribes during traffic stops, calling it "offensive". He has cited such attitudes as among the reasons for moving his businesses to Romania in 2017. A central theme in Tate's online messaging is the idea that an "elite club" of successful individuals live free from the challenges faced by others. Tate has stated that he escaped "the Western world" by moving to Romania, "where corruption is accessible to everybody". A fan site quoted him saying: "If corruption exists, which it does, let us all play." British prosecutors have said Andrew and Tristan Tate will return to the UK to face 21 criminal charges - including rape and human trafficking - once proceedings against them in Romania have concluded. The brothers are also facing a separate, civil lawsuit brought by four women who allege they were coerced into sex work. Andrew Tate also faces a lawsuit in the US from an ex-girlfriend who accuses him of sexual assault. The brothers have characterised themselves as innocent in relation to all the cases against them.

Pierce County man sentenced in ‘high-volume' drug redistribution tied to prison gangs

A Pierce County man described as a 'high-volume' drug redistributor for the leader of a drug distribution ring tied to white supremacist prison gangs was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma. Gregory Beers, 32, of Edgewood, received a total of 12.5 years in prison from U.S. District Court Judge David G. Estudillo. 'This is a very serious crime,' said at sentencing, according to a news release from the Acting U.S. Attorney's Office. 'It involved thousands and thousands of fentanyl pills, which wreak havoc on our community. There are people literally dying from these drugs and it leaves a wake of destruction for those who survive.' According to federal prosecutors, Beers was a high-volume drug redistributor for Jesse James Bailey, the leader of one of three branches of the drug distribution organizations tied to two Aryan prison gangs. On March 22, 2023, law enforcement made two dozen arrests on federal charges. Law enforcement seized 177 firearms, more than 10 kilos of methamphetamine, 11 kilos of fentanyl pills and more than a kilo of fentanyl powder, three kilos of heroin, and over $330,000 in cash from 18 locations in Washington and Arizona. 'Earlier in the investigation, law enforcement seized 830,000 fentanyl pills, 5.5 pounds of fentanyl powder, 223 pounds of methamphetamine, 3.5 pounds of heroin, 5 pounds of cocaine, $388,000 in cash, and 48 firearms,' the release noted. Prosecutors say Beers fled his residence on March 23, leaving behind drugs, cash, body armor and firearms. Law enforcement said that the residence contained heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine and detailed drug ledgers. Police also found guns as well as bullet-proof vests in two of the bedrooms, digital scales, ammunition and nearly $5,000 in cash. Inside Beers' Mercedes, agents found more weapons and ammunition, as well as two Kevlar ballistic vests, and small bags of heroin and fentanyl powder. The trunk held another handgun and a bag of bullets, law enforcement said. Beers was arrested on April 11, 2023, after being found living in an RV parked at a Tacoma home and dealing narcotics, according to prosecutors. 'Even after seeing that his co-conspirators were arrested and knowing that he too was sought by police, Gregory Beers continued his drug trafficking, arming himself with guns,' Acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller said in a statement. 'He was arrested with two firearms, $7,000 in cash and some $36,000 worth of jewelry that he would wear around his neck — all proceeds of drug trafficking.' Last June, Beers pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. In asking the court for the 12.5-year prison term, prosecutors noted that Beers was blatant about his drug dealing. 'Beers flaunted his drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession, sending videos of his firearms and drug proceeds to (Department of Corrections) inmates,' prosecutors wrote to the court. 'All of this was done for the purpose of his own personal enrichment, including his purchase of expensive jewelry.' According to Friday's release, three connected drug rings in the case were identified over an 18-month wiretap investigation. The three distribution rings were working together as the Aryan Family/Omerta Drug Trafficking Organization, the release stated, one of which was led by Beers' co-defendant Jesse Bailey. Bailey has pleaded guilty and is scheduled for sentencing on July 2, the release added.
