Five people charged over alleged defence firm raid
The group is accused of forcing their way into Elbit Systems UK, based near Bristol, on 6 August 2024. They are charged with aggravated burglary, criminal damage and violent disorder.
Counter Terrorism Policing South East carried out a series of raids on Tuesday before making the arrests.
Palestine Action allege Elbit Systems UK is involved in the manufacture and supply of weapons to the Israeli military - a claim the company strongly denies.
Finn Collins, 20, from Whitstable in Kent, Harland Archer, also 20 and from Whitstable, Salaam Mahmood, 19, from London, Moiz Ibrahim, 27, from London and Louie Adams, 33, from London, will all appear from custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court later.
A 66-year-old man from Bristol was also arrested, but has since been released without charge.
Ten people were arrested shortly after the incident last year and a further eight in November.
All 18 were later charged and are awaiting trial.
Palestine Action was proscribed as terrorist organisation by the UK government earlier this month.
Supporting the group is now classed as a criminal offence, with membership or expressing support for it punishable by up to 14 years in prison.

Police update after six arrested in Newport incident
Police have provided an update on last week's incident in Newport, which led to the arrests of six people. As previously reported, Hampshire and IW Constabulary was called to Nelson Road at 4.22pm last Thursday (July 24). Police responded to reports of a suspicious incident involving a person climbing over the garden fence of an address. A 17-year-old was subsequently arrested. An officer was assaulted during the incident, the force said, but was not injured. "Attending officers also located some cannabis at the address", a spokesperson said. Police have provided the following update: 16-year-old girl – released with no further action. 39-year-old man – released from custody but remains under investigation. 57-year-old woman – released from custody but remains under investigation. 28-year-old man – released from custody but remains under investigation. 37-year-old man – released from custody but remains under investigation for possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. He will face no further action in relation to obstructing/resisting a constable.

Police make huge find after searching 'suspicious' man in Piccadilly Gardens
Police made a huge find after stopping and searching a 'suspicious' man in Piccadilly Gardens on Saturday night (July 26). Officers were on patrol in the city centre as part of GMP's Operation Custodian when they identified a man in the gardens. The force said he was 'behaving suspiciously'. After he was approached, he was then searched which later revealed a number of small snap bags and a quantity of cocaine. Scottish easyJet passengers tackle man who 'shouted about bomb' on flight
The moment brave Scottish passengers tackled a man who allegedly shouted he "had a bomb" on an easyJet flight was caught on camera. In a clip the man appeared to say he wanted to "send a message to Donald Trump" He was hauled off the EZY609 flight from London Luton after it touched down at Glasgow Airport at around 8.20am on Sunday, July 27. Death to America. Death to Trump", reports The Record. Shocked passengers can be seen watching on as the man continued to scream at the top of his voice at the back of the plane. One man got out of his seat and tackled him to the ground before another pinned him to the ground and said "don't move". It's understood some passengers were left in tears as the man was handcuffed and removed from the plane by police. Officers have since confirmed the 41-year-old has been arrested following the "disturbance". Their investigations into the incident are ongoing. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a man causing a disturbance on a flight arriving in Glasgow around 8.20am on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
