Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen brands Clive 'unbearable' as she shares health update
Amanda Owen updated fans on her former husband Clive's recovery during a repeat broadcast of Our Farm Next Door, which airs tonight.
Amanda revealed to audiences that Clive had made his way back to the farm after his hip surgery because he had "lost his crutches".
"It has been a few weeks since Clive had his hip operation," she explained. "He has dumped the crutches, he's lost his crutches, actually.
"It puts him in a bit of a better humour when he can come outside and be a part of what is going on."
The mother-of-nine continued, "It has been very frustrating for him; that is me being polite," reports the Manchester Evening News.
Speaking directly to Clive afterwards, Amanda declared, "You have been unbearable," which made Clive chuckle.
"I have not," he shot back before insisting, "I have not, I have kept myself to myself. I've minded my own business, I don't think I have shouted at anybody or anything."
Offering him an illustration, Amanda responded: "One day, you were sat in your underpants staring at the floor in the kitchen."
"It's a really frustrating and horrible thing," Clive remarked as Amanda told him, "You really are a frustrating and horrible thing."
Clive appeared unfazed by the remark as he brushed it off with laughter.
Throughout the repeat of last week's Our Farm Next Door episode, Clive acknowledged he had been a "horrible patient" after his procedure.
"I have definitely been a horrible patient because I am impatient," the farmer admitted. "I couldn't have managed without these lads to do what needed doing. So yeah, they have done very well.
"It means from now on they needn't hand the reins back to me, they can just carry on," he added before joking with his son: "I could find myself redundant, what do you think, Miley?"
"That is what family farms are all about, everybody has to help."
Our Farm Next Door is available to watch on All4.

Amanda Holden's teenage lookalike daughter poses topless in racy photoshoot
Amanda Holden's 19-year-old has shared her most recent modelling photo on Instagram. Amanda Holden's teenage daughter has shared a raunchy new photoshoot where she is seen posing topless in one of the snaps. Nineteen-year-old Lexi Hughes, who Amanda shares with husband Chris Hughes, looked stunning as she struck a number of fierce poses during the revealing shoot. Uploading three of the snaps to Instagram, model Lexi was seen sporting a wet hair look while wearing a full face of makeup. In one racy image, she is seen looking over her shoulder with her arms covering her naked chest. Another fully clothed wet-look style snap saw her crouched down in a pair of blue jeans, a white vest top and white pointed heels. The teen shared the snaps with her 39.5k followers as she simply captioned them: "Wet look," with an emoji of eyes looking. Her famous mother, Amanda Holden, was among those showing their support on the post as she proudly hit the like button on her daughter's shoot. Lexi, who is no stranger to a bikini snap on her Instagram page, limited the comments on the post. Earlier in the week she shared another photo shoot, captioning it: "Just a little shoot," with Ashley Roberts among those approving of the upload. On Wednesday, she also shared a snap of her soaking up the sun in a designer bikini as she posed on a sundeck chair poised on a boat in the middle of the ocean. It's not the first time Lexi has showcased her modelling talents online with the teen regularly posting to her Instagram grid. In a recent snap with her unknown boyfriend, she also packed on the PDA as she shared a snap of them kissing in their swimwear as he can be seen leaning over her. Her famous mum Amanda confessed she was nervous about her eldest daughter living her life in the limelight. While the BGT judge insisted she is delighted that Lexy has decided to follow in her footsteps into the industry, she has also shared some of concerns. Amanda, 53, shares her daughters Lexi and Hollie, 12, with husband Chris. The Heart Breakfast radio presenter often shares glimpses of her family life on social media, and her lookalike daughters have grown up in front of the public eye and last year Lexi landed her first role in the industry. Lexi opened the show at London Fashion Week last year in her very first catwalk which Amanda admitted she had been "super nervous" for. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Destination X viewers left distracted by 'naked people' as new clue exposed
BBC viewers were left distracted by a group of totally nude people during Wednesday night's instalment of new reality show Destination X Destination X returned to BBC One on Wednesday evening (August 6) with yet another gripping episode, though viewers were utterly perplexed by one particular moment. Host Rob Brydon is currently guiding a team of participants across various European destinations with a single mission - to work out their location using solely the hints collected from tasks in each programme. Throughout the reality series so far, contestants have already explored Paris in France, and Switzerland's iconic Matterhorn whilst travelling aboard the mysterious blacked-out coach. However, in the coming episodes, additional players face elimination from the journey if their guesses prove too inaccurate when pinpointing their position on the map. The final remaining contestant will claim an incredible £100,000 jackpot. In Wednesday's episode, participants journeyed by rail through stunning rural landscapes in an undisclosed nation, reports the Manchester Evening News. Their challenge involved sampling local cuisine and deciphering transport tickets written in foreign languages to unlock clues about their next stop. Yet as their train crossed a bridge, a small gathering of individuals could be spotted beside a camping structure, apparently without any clothing whatsoever. The group appeared to be observing the passing locomotive and gesturing enthusiastically as it sped by, leaving players amused. Destination X audiences were completely mystified by this bizarre sequence, with one viewer posting on X: "Dying at the naked people just casually waving #DestinationX." One fan couldn't contain their excitement, exclaiming: "Nude! #DestinationX", while another quipped about the contestants' reaction: "It was at this point that the contestants asked for the windows to be frosted over again.." Speculation ran rampant as one viewer pondered: "Could this weeks Destination X be Copenhagen? Red Shoes on the football magazine could refer to The Red Shoes by Hans Christian Anderson, and naked people Emperors New Clothes? #DestinationX". Meanwhile, another fan found humour in the unexpected, joking: "#DestinationX didn't expect to see a man waving his sausage". The third destination of the show was later revealed as Munich in Germany. Destination X currently airs every Wednesday on BBC One and is available to catch-up on iPlayer

Superdrug's £12 perfume shoppers 'smells like' £290 Tom Ford favourite
Superdrug's £12 perfume shoppers 'smells like' £290 Tom Ford favourite Superdrug's Cherry Noir is said to be similar to Tom Ford's Lost Cherry - and it's a fraction of the price Tom Ford fans stunned to find £12 Superdrug perfume that 'smells like Lost Cherry' (Image: Superdrug) Many fragrance enthusiasts know that top-tier perfumes often come with a hefty price tag and that budget-friendly options can often fall short. But Superdrug shoppers are raving about a perfume that's being hailed as smelling very similar to a high-end Tom Ford fragrance - and it's £12. While the luxurious Lost Cherry by Tom Ford costs £290 for just 50ml, the affordable alternative called Cherry Noir, is a massive £278 cheaper. Fans are claiming it smells identical to the original and are praising its impressive staying power saying it "lasts all day." While the scent doesn't reveal the breakdown of its fragrance notes online, it does features cherry, amber, sandalwood, vanilla, musk and coconut. The bitter almond, plum and cinnamon found in Lost Cherry do not seem to be present in the £12 Cherry Noir fragrance. The budget-friendly perfume has achieved an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 on Superdrug, according to the Manchester Evening News. One customer commented: "Amazing! I have had Tom Ford's Lost Cherry, I've had more expensive [alternatives] to Lost Cherry...I came across this and it smells exactly like it! A tiny fraction of the hundreds of pounds you would pay for Tom Ford and a smell that lasts all day, even through a 14hr shift at work. I'm amazed and I'll be buying this over and over again!" Another customer added: "This is supposed to be an [alternative] for Tom ford lost cherry however I have never smelt that before so can't compare. However I absolutely love this scent, it's definitely got notes of cherry which is a scent I already adore but it's also long lasting which is fantastic as some perfumes only last a couple of hours. It's a decent size bottle for the price too, I am very impressed with this perfume and look forward to trying more of this range." Artiscent Cherry Noir £12 Superdrug Buy Here Product Description This scent is being compared to Tom Ford's Lost Cherry, which is £290 for 50ml One was disappointed by a 'medicinal' note though, explaining: "Cherry Noir definitely smells very similar to the Lost Cherry fragrance, especially once the perfume has settled on the skin. However, the opening notes of Cherry Noir smell very synthetic and almost medicinal, which initially put me off the scent. Cherry Noir comes in the standard white bottle that all Artiscent fragrances use. The bottle is 50ml, so it's convenient to take along during daily activities or travel. In terms of lasting power, this stayed on my skin for around 6 hours. I wore it to work and could still faintly smell it at the end of the day." Meanwhile another commented: "Perfume for the spring. The freshness of juicy cherries smells sweet and mysterious. Amber and Sandalwood gives a lovely warmth to the scent. It lingers for a long time on the skin and even longer on my clothes. it's a great choice for everyday, This is affordable yet screams luxury from the bottles minimalistic design to the scent." The 'premium' fragrance isn't the only product at Superdrug drawing comparisons to high-end alternatives. The 100ml £3.50 Fruity Mist Caramel and Pistachio is being likened to Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa 62 - with customers claiming it's superior. One declared: "Before trying this mist, I was worried that it would be too sweet, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of freshness it gives. Save your money on Sol de Janeiro and buy this, you won't regret." Article continues below The there is the hefty 120g tub of B. Melting Cleansing Balm - a fragrance-free and sensitive skin-friendly way to remove makeup. One customer commented: "Lovely product, skin texture is noticeably softer and smoother directly after use...I would prefer if it had a subtle natural spa smell but then guess that'd make it Elemis and potentially irritable - maybe make 2 versions?" The Elemis balm in question sells for £52 for a 100g tub. Also available is the Optimum Collagen Day Cream, priced at £15 or £7.50 for members, which has been likened to Elemis with the brand's Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (£95 for 50ml).
