Rangers see Viktoria Plzen threat to Champions League status reduced as deal 'struck' to sell star man
Pavel Sulc scored 20 goals for Miroslav Koubek's side last season while laying on another 15 for his teammates.
However, Fabrizio Romano claims a deal worth up to €10m has been struck that will see Sulc sold to the Ligue 1 outfit.

It's expected that the 24-year-old Czech midfielder will depart before Russell Martin 's side face Plzen in their Champions League third qualifying round showdown.
Gers booked their spot with a 3-1 aggregate win over Panathinaikos thanks to Wednesday night's 1-1 draw in Athens.
They welcome the Czech's to Ibrox next Tuesday before heading to Plzen for the return leg a week later.
And their skipper, former Derby County and Watford star Matej Vydra, reckons the pressure is all on the Scottish club, especially with a Europa League safety net for him and his teammates.
"We'll go there to Rangers and give it a go against them for sure.
"It's really great that we're already assured of the Europa League now and we don't have to think about what will happen if we get knocked out.
"We know that the certainty of the group stages is in our hands and we can be a little more relaxed because the pressure is off.
"That could help us.
"I'm incredibly proud of this team.
"We were down twice against Servette – after losing the first leg and then going 1-0 down in Switzerland, so to recover from that shows what we can do.
"The joy in the dressing room after the match was unbelievable, I've probably never experienced anything like it here."

Baptisms of fire do not come much more scorching for UEFA Super Cup debutants Spurs and new boss Thomas Frank. Paris-Saint Germain became the envy of Europe as they marched to long-awaited Champions League glory in May, a spectacular 5-0 rout of Inter in Munich the fairytale ending to a famous treble-winning campaign for coach Luis Enrique's side. Advertisement A week prior in Bilbao, Spurs had ended a trophy drought of their own – albeit under wildly different circumstances. Despite 22 Premier League defeats, the most by any side without getting relegated, a 17th-place domestic finish was eclipsed by the ending of a 17-year wait for a major honour, as Brennan Johnson's bundled strike decided the Europa League final against Manchester United. It was a goal that stamped the north London's side's ticket into the Champions League and rescued their season but it was not enough to save Ange Postecoglou as the Australian was sacked and replaced by former Brentford coach Frank in June. A home league opener against newly-promoted Burnley awaits the Dane this weekend, with PSG heading to Nantes, but not before the respective winners of UEFA's two premier club competitions raise the curtain on the European season on Wednesday. Tottenham Hotspur will face PSG at Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, Italy on Wednesday, August 13, with kick-off slated for 9pm local time (8pm BST). UK coverage will begin on TNT Sports 1 from 7pm BST, while CBS Sports Network, Paramount+ and Fubo (Save $20) head up broadcasting duties in the United States, with kick-off set for 3pm ET/12pm PT. PSG set to meet Tottenham in UEFA Super Cup
UDINE, Italy (AP) — Paris Saint-Germain get back on the hunt for trophies in the UEFA Super Cup against Tottenham on Wednesday. It's the annual early-season match between the winners of the Champions League and Europa League — and PSG starts as the big favorite. Coming off winning the treble, including the Champions League for the first time, the Qatari-backed team from the French capital will look to bounce back from losing to Chelsea in the final of the Club World Cup in the United States. Facing them at Stadio Friuli in Udine is another London club in Tottenham, which ended a 17-year wait for silverware by winning the Europa League by beating Manchester United in the final. Spurs have a new manager in Thomas Frank but also some big absentees, with attacking midfielders James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski injured and long-time star Son Heung-min recently sold to LAFC. It is Tottenham's first appearance in the Super Cup. PSG has played in it once, losing 9-2 on aggregate to Juventus over two legs in 1996.
