
August 3: Hot, Humid Weather for Egypt on Saturday, Cairo 34°C
The General Authority for Meteorology predicts that on Sunday, August 3, temperatures will continue to drop in Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt.
Dr. Mahmoud Shahin, the Director of Forecasting and Early Warning at the Meteorological Authority, revealed that the weather today will be hot and humid during the day in most regions, with extremely hot and humid conditions in South Sinai and southern parts of the country.
The weather will be mild and humid at night and early in the morning.
There will be light fog expected from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM on many highways from and to Cairo.
Moderate winds will blow across most areas, helping to cool the atmosphere at night.
The maritime navigation in the Gulf of Suez will be disturbed, with wind speeds ranging from 30-50 km/h and waves reaching heights of 1.5 to 2.5 meters.
There are also poor chances of light rain in scattered areas of the northern coasts, as well as Halayeb and Shalateen.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 34°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Marsa Matruh, 38°C in Sohag, 39°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.

Yara Sameh The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot and humid weather will prevail in most of the country during Tuesday's daylight hours. Moderately hot and humid weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early hours.
